Annie Wilson: Grateful isn’t a strong enough word for how I feel about Pedro’s Moving Company. Less than a week ago I wasn’t sure how I was going to move my family, which includes plenty of furniture and lots of stuff, across the bay. I called on Tuesday and spoke with Pedro. He said they were available to move us just a few days later on Friday, explained how it all worked and reassured me everything would be handled in the most professional way. I went to their website and easily filled out the information they needed and he sent exactly what I needed! Four amazing guys ready to work with great attitudes and all the supplies one could ask for. I have moved so many times in my life and I never felt more at ease than when I worked with these guys. I could tell from the first moment they wrapped a piece of furniture that everything was going to be moved safely. It was like they were moving their own items! And they came so prepared. Plastic to wrap items in boxes with no lids, paper to protect large picture frames, wardrobe boxes… Everything I needed! Everyone was so easy to work with, and so nice! Even the woman who called to confirm was so kind. Everyone made me feel like confident and at ease, like I was more than just a number, that my family and I mattered. Thank you, Pedro, for creating a company that really does deliver on what you promise. You’ve employed and trained an amazing team and I will be referring you to everyone! Bravo!!
Melissa Davies: This was the 3rd time I used Pedro's. It was also the biggest move I've done with them. Our family of 3 moved to a new apartment. Jose, Enrique, and Wilson were amazing and efficient. We packed up as many boxes as we could but I was stumped by how to pack my plants and paintings.Not to worry, they had it covered. My plants arrived in beautiful condition and our sentimental art was moved expertly. They even disassembled and re-assembled our kitchen table to get it through the door. If you've never used a moving service before, I highly recommend Pedro's!

There are no hidden fees whatsoever: at the beginning of the move, my movers walked me through all fees and pricing at the beginning. I had an incredibly technically challenging move going up and down a spiral staircase; somehow Zhenya and Georgiy managed to move 5 sofas, a bed, and a cabinet. My movers were professional, friendly, and hard working. They worked tirelessly for 5 hours without taking a break. Thanks so much for helping make my new apartment feel like home!

They had supplies to spare, wrapped and protected all my furniture, and took extra care with my belongings. They had their work cut out for them with stairs and long walks to the loading dock, but they did not hesitate and worked efficiently to complete the job.

I had a specific case with in terms of my move from SF to LA which was very time sensitive. Long story short, I was flying from Philadelphia, stopping in San Francisco, then flying to LA the next day. So I really had a small timeslot. Ivan I believe that’s his name took my call and helped me create a quote and he was just communicating with me with me prior to the move. He’s very professional and will call you back right away!!They did everything they could to accommodate me. To be honest I’m always very skeptical about hiring movers. I’ve heard so many horror stories. So I’m just here for real to let you know that these guys know what they’re doing. Jose was the main guy helping from the pickup and the drop off and he was so amazing. I forgot the other guys name but he was amazing as well. Jose was fast, hard-working, friendly, and very nice. He communicates very well. And I’m definitely going to hire them again the next time I move. The week of my move was incredibly stressful with the move and hiccups with closing on my new home, but every mover was very nice, friendly and efficient. It really felt like 1000 pounds were lifted off my shoulders once they were there and they made this aspect of the move seamless and stress free. Everything was delivered clean and had no broken items. I would 100% recommend them and use them again if I were to move again.
A U: from the Bay Area to his new apartment in LA. Given that these items were all free “hand-me-downs”, I didn’t want to pay a fortune to transport them. Most moving companies have a minimum move price that is pretty steep especially for smaller jobs, but Mo offers small jobs by consolidating with bigger moves at a very economical and reasonable price. He runs a moving truck between the Bay Area and LA a couple of times per week so there wasn’t a long wait to get a time slot. Mo coordinates everything. He is honest, flexible, reliable and communicated with updates throughout the move. His team was professional, organized, fast, and efficient. My son’s stuff arrived on-time, in perfect condition with nothing broken or even scratched. I highly recommend Mo, his team and Bay-La Express Moving for anyone looking to move stuff between the Bay Area and LA whether it is big or small. Call them, and you will see first-hand how great they are!
