Richard Beer: Fantastic guys delivering a great service. I picked up a refurbished MacBook here after just walking in without an appointment and they found exactly the right laptop for me at exactly the right price. When there was a tiny issue the next day, they went out of their way to fix it. They take their one year warranty seriously and I'm looking forward to my Love Haight relationship.
Adon Anglon: My hard drive got corrupted and they were quick to recover all of the data that would've been lost! Azam was very nice and saved me quite a bit of money with their great work.
Erma Price: I just picked up my HP desktop PC from these guys and am writing this review on it. This is the second computer i've taken to them, and they've done a great job at a fair price on both. Next time i have a computer problem, i'll go to 'em.

Keith Metcalfe: Well above average physical store to go and compare computers, televisions, laptops, accessories, tablets, and more. If you work on desktop computers this is an excellent store to buy new hardware.

Alan Shirek (Alan): Best experience I have ever had at Best Buy. A Geek Squad member named Mike helped me deal with an older laptop that had died. I had gone in with the idea of replacing the old laptop. I bought a replacement with some advice from Mike. He worked with me for over an hour to begin to transfer as much data as he could from the old laptop to the new one. A really good experience.

Julia H: It's so nice to have a brick and mortar store to go and look around compare and get customer service for my items. They could use more help because I was waiting behind someone who was in the customer service line and there was no one at the register. However it wasn't terribly long until someone else came up and manned the register.
zoecalifornia: I didn't go inside, but I used their drive up service. It went well, I didn't have to wait long for my products to be brought out. The associate that brought my things out was polite. No complaints.

Paul Okubo: This store is truly a huge community resource, uniquely serving, as i understand, not only our neighborhood but also the city of San Francisco. The store seems adequately stocked, but most importantly, their personnel - at least the individuals i was lucky to encounter - were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My order-online-pickup-at-store hit a couple of snags but they were quickly overcome with the help of associates. i will single out Michael and Many by name from the few that i interacted with. Having this store and the associates in the neighborhood is awesome.
Elizabeth Dalton: The service was fast and efficient and my customer service rep seemed truly interested in making sure my print job was a success.
Jessica Arroyo: Working on a little DIY project and staff went above and beyond helping my family and I get all the supplies we need! The manager was also very friendly and made sure we were satisfied
Tony Howard: Had to get a resume printed out last minute and had an issue with the storage drive I brought that I thought I had saved the document to. Dupree saw I was frustrated and came over to help without me asking and was amazingly kind and helpful! Assisted with finding a solution to get that resume printed and even found my keys that I left in haste to get this done. Thank you!!!
