Had linner and shopped around in Costco and these guys made it happen! Thank you, again! Definite recommend! No wonder they won Employees of the Month twice!! 👍👍 TIPS: buy your tires online and have them shipped here. Then once delivered, an email will be sent with link to schedule your online appointment. Do this ASAP! Spots fill up fast! Glad they had specific Tire service only parking spots. Made it so much easier to get in/out.

Tianau J: I had a great experience with Nelson. In the beginning, I did worry if he was rude but he was VERY helpful. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have thought to contact the dealership etc to get valuable information. I would love to purchase a tire here, but a 5-7 day wait I’m like 😩 I would say, it would be nice to know the 2 car dropoff options BEFORE paying! Because after what I heard, it can essentially take 1+week to get an appt to change the tire although you’ve just paid or there is a 10 person limit per day and you have to get in a long line hoping to be 1 of the 10 🤦🏾‍♀️😩

Molly King: Special shout out to Julio and Erwin who put our spare on right before close with it pouring rain outside. Always stressful getting a flat, especially in downtown SF. We pulled in just so we could call roadside assistance and Julio jumped up to help us. We were able to get back home to Vacaville that night thanks to them going above and beyond. I sure wish we lived closer--we would have bought all of our new tires and had them installed at this store. Dealing with the poor customer service at the Vacaville Costco Tire Center makes me realize how lucky we were to have had these two help us out when they definitely didn't have to.

My fears were set at ease when I met Chris @ Auto Sound Performance 4830 Mission Street! He installed a sound system with amplifiers, converters and 12 inch woofer speakers into my Mercedes without altering any of the factory functions, and my sound system sounds AWESOME... so clear! I can only imagine the other great works he can do with his skills, thank you Chris*

Flight Suit: I am extremely happy with Auto Sound Performance, so much so that I am now a repeat customer. When the on-off switch on my Fiesta's factory head unit began malfunctioning, I determined the only fix was to replace the head unit.This would have cost a fortune at my local Ford dealership, but a guy in the parts department told me I could trust Auto Sound Performance to do an aftermarket install, and he was correct!A 2011 Fiesta is a somewhat tricky thing, because the factory head unit lives inside a really weird, proprietary dash board housing. But service writer Axel and owner Andrew knew just what to do, in terms of sourcing an adapter that allowed them to install a "floating" touch screen in my car.Axel and Andrew were very sensitive to my comfort level regarding the cost of this job, and this is important to note: I'm sure most people who come to an aftermarket stereo and electronics shop are looking to drop big money on a "system" that can make the pavement ripple, but all I needed was a mild upgrade that would fit within a specific budget. And Auto Sound Performance delivered!My original goal had just been to replace my malfunctioning factory head unit so it would stop turning itself on and draining the battery while the car was parked. What I got was a fully modern touch screen stereo with new speakers and a back-up camera, for a very reasonable price.And the sound quality in my car is now off the charts! Suddenly I can hear nuance and beauty in every piece of music I listen to, and, at long last, when I play an audiobook, I can actually hear it without having to crank the volume all the way up.Furthermore, when it came to any little doubts or concerns I had about any aspect of my install, or how it was configured, Axel and Andrew were always eager to have me come back in and have whatever I wanted tweaked or adjusted so I'd be completely satisfied. These guys are not looking to sell you a system and have you never bother them again; they are building relationships with their customers, and that is why I more recently brought them my friend's van so they could similarly work their magic on that vehicle.If you need a stereo, subwoofer, amp, dash cam, or anything else installed on or in your car, Auto Sound Performance should be the first shop you talk to!

Jury is out on the product, since it needs a few years to be properly judged, but their advice and service was excellent. They texted install photos at key points where decisions could be made and included customer in the process. The initial quote was exactly what they charged with no BS. Recommended.
