Ken Pulverman: Kash and his team are super helpful. It is increasingly rare these days to find a bike shop with a "can do" spirit, especially in the Bay Area. These guys are creative and helpful. If they can't do it themselves, they know how to get it done. Recently I was in trouble because I couldn't find a critical part I needed for a bike tour. Kash was able to source it and literally saved the trip. This is the type of team you want to work with. People who love bikes and love getting people going on them!

Jason: If you're going to ride an electric bike in San Francisco you need to go to warm planet and get a mid-drive bike. The rear hub motorbikes just don't cut it in San Francisco and most of the companies that sell them have no backup plan for parts. This is the spot.

Cliff Bargar: I had been having issues with my chain occasionally falling off of my big ring since last fall. I had mitigated it a bit by replacing my chain and adjusting the derailleur but it still wasn't perfect. I finally brought my bike in to Warm Planet and within days they got it back to me as good as new - I was able to smoothly shift into my highest gear without fear of a dropped chain for the first time in months. Very pleased!

Shop is quite busy so make sure you call ahead and get a slot, don't try waltzing up if possible. Have to mention the surrounding area isn't so... appealing so it's nice and smart to set up an appointment, get in and get out quickly. Recommended

Katherine Lee: Was experiencing electrical issues with my Brompton and after researching online was mentally preparing for a long, expensive journey with getting my Brompton fixed. I’m SO glad I came by Huckleberry Bicycles first. It was the shop recommended to me by Brompton support: turned out to be an easy fix and while I was in the shop, got my gear shifter fixed and got a rear rack installed… was so cool to see all the Brompton models and accessories in the store! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable as well!!

This after a full year of visits to probably two dozen bike shops, where I was informed that no touring bikes were available for purchase. A. something: I’ve brought my bike in a handful of times to both the new and old location, and everyone I’ve met has been super helpful and kind. Sometimes the appointment slots can just be booked a bit far out if they’re getting a high influx of repairs, but not the fault of the repair guys they have working here. Andres in particular is super helpful and informative!
Rose Harless: The SF location of Vanmoof is the shining star of the entire company. In the 3 years of owning my bike they have continuously gone above and beyond in customer service.
Michael Amatt: I had a great experience. Jeremy took great care of me along with the Bike Doctor. I needed a new E Shifter and the team even did the scheduled maintenance under warranty. Communication was solid all the way around, and my expectations were managed perfectly.
Romke Mooiweer: My VanMoof S3 was having problems after 2 years so I made an appointment online, brought the bike in, picked it up 2 weeks later as scheduled, and it was good to go! Everyone at the store I dealt with was helpful, understanding, and most importantly went above and beyond to explain and repair the bike. New battery under warranty and all this during the Dutch company's bankruptcy.....and they repaired other items as well: trued the rims, tightened bolts and headsets, and more. Great bike....my biased opinion. Great SF VanMoof team.....unbiased opinion!!

Steven Ye: Trek is a good brand but it's the people at this store that made the experiences exceptional. Matthew and Muuqi at the shop helped me with the warranty process for a frame that had started to develop a crack. They were efficient and communicative throughout and made the entire journey better than any outcome I could've expected. Dave did a solid job building up the bike with great attention to detail.If you're looking for a bike where the company has the vertical integration from the local shop all the way to the HQ to support the customer, Trek is the answer.
Joel Damon: My 30-year old daily rider, a Trek 950 Singletrack, was recently stolen from my garage, so I was in the market for a new bike. I had a lot to learn, as bike technology and features have evolved so much over the last 30 years. The Trek website was very helpful for me in determining the features I would want on my new bike. My salesman at Trek Bicycle San Francisco Cow Hollow, Matt Furnish, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not try to up-sell me. I took the FX 3, that I had selected on the website, out for a test ride. I was very pleased with the hydraulic disc brakes and somewhat surprised that the 10 gears pretty much functionally replaced the 21 I had available on my old bike.

Eric Murphy: I've been a customer of Bespoke Cycles for as long as they've existed; more than sixteen years. They're the only shop ever to have worked on my Serotta Legend in that time. They know the bike inside and out, they know how I ride, and they know my standards for mechanical work. As someone who rides frequent centuries out in the middle of nowhere, absolute mechanical reliability is of paramount importance to me, and Bespoke has maintained that level of meticulousness and attention to detail through my entire experience with them. There's no one else I would trust to work on my Serotta. If you have similarly high standards for mechanical work, Bespoke is the shop for you.

Ari has been taking care of my bikes & fitting me for a few years now & it's truly a pro-level service, the bikes just ride differently. If you're looking for high-end service, definitely give him a call and schedule an appointment. You won't regret it!

ALF96: Excellent bike fit service.I came to Bespoke for my first ever bike fit. I’m new to cycling and was having some knee pain. I cannot compare this to any other fitting service, however I really appreciated the one on one service. It seems like they do maybe one client a day, so you will likely be the only person in the room, getting focused and personalized service.

Derek Lee: The best bike mechanic in SF/Nor Cal! Needed to upgrade some parts on my Colnago and Ari was very knowledgeable and provided explanations for what was needed and what was not. He was able to order parts quickly and installed…fine tuned my Campagnolo groupset too. Runs flawlessly and he really is the King of Campagnolo in Northern California! Excellent customer service and genuinely a really nice guy with amazing attention to detail.
Charles Freedman: Ari is the best! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Picked my bike back up after a service and it rides better than it did when it was new!
Kevin Mckenna: . He refit my bike, added a saddle and adjusted my cleats.I was more comfortable in my bike over 7 days and 545 miles than I had previously been in 50-70 mile rides. Shoulder pain, stiffness, back ache, all gone. I can't recommend Ari strongly enough-he worked miracles in making adjustments that definitely improved my comfort and performance.
Kate Brown: Great and honest service! If you need your bike worked on, this is the place. The supply chain has been disrupted due to COVID, but the mechanics are honest and forthright and let you know if there will be any issue in getting parts as opposed to up-charging you.

Vardan Yepremyan: It's an unusual-looking store with fun vibes. The line is well organized and properly staffed. Surprisingly easy street parking and they have their parking lot, too.
