Chris Heslin: I’ve adopted twice from SFSPCA and they are always very accommodating and work hard to find the best possible homes for all their pets. We went on a free adoption day and when we left they had adopted out over 60 dogs and cats in one day! They gave us as much info as possible about our new family member and she is fitting in splendidly.
Jasmine Glasper: I was very satisfied with the whole visit because I obviously have the most beautiful puppy ever HERCULES and he was surely worth the wait.☺️
elizabeth dunne: Doggie Lovers ❤️
robertheuer: . :-
Vacation SF: my sweet cat from SPCA thank you
Sean Simerly: A beautiful adoption center filled with passionate people. Adopting our pup was an easy process that was made better thanks to the help of everyone there.
asma stricklin: Clean and modern place.People working there are patience, kind, and very professional. Meeting with my new best friend was really Unforgettable! Thank you SF SPCA!
Laz Nunez: The adoption process was extremely easy and fast. We met our new family member, fell in love with him, and less than half an hour later we took him home. Ours was an eight weeks puppy and he was already trained at SF SPCA to sit. The staff were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. I highly recommend the SPCA in SF.
Natalia Logan: Great experience
Kay Hawkins: This place is so clean and fancy modern.I walked around to see the dogs and cats, and fell in love with a couple of pets, but my husband is reluctant for us to get another pet for now....

Alexandra Murphy: because of a warrant for failure to appear at court. They were just going to site me out, but that usually takes the whole night. So my 2 dogs were going to have to get picked up by SF Animal Care and Control. I was very unhappy about this because my previous experience with ACAC was very disappointing and devastating. In the past I had contacted ACAC for help because my 2 year old German Shepherd got hurt by getting hit by a taxi and needed medical attention… ACAC ended up taking my dog and would not release him to me until I had the surgery already scheduled.. it was going to take me a few days to make the funds for the surgery, but long story short they were never intending to return my baby to me. They ended up lying to me multiple times and wouldn’t let me say goodbye or even tell me where he was. And that dog was my baby
Sterling Gerard: . Anyway~ when i was putting the dog to bed he ended up trying to attack me. It was wild…so scary!! The nice people at the SF animal care & control came & picked up the dog for us. The dog was locked up in the bathroom because that’s how crazy he was acting. They came to pick up the dog & took care of the problem for me. They held onto the dog until homegirl got out. They even spayed the dog before they gave him back to her. So cool!!
Patrick: Friendly staff informative & helpful
Warren Milstead: How many more uncared for cats and dogs would be on our streets without SFACC?
Rafael V. Rivas: I love this place. They have fee waivers for local bay area animals experiencing homeless and or low income.
girlgeek cz: Adopted a cat that refused to eat. They were very helpful.
Sengdara Mata: We dropped by just to check out their new spot. And came home with a puppy
Jessica “J.Lynn Redd” Red: They , do a ; great job
Ana Aureoles: JUST THE BEST STAFF AND OTHERS. WE NEED TO SUPPORT OUR CITY'S BEST SHELTER.

Bree Zabala: It was great timing when we went in at 1pm, there were only 4 of us in the group. We got to mingle with all the cats. Staff was very welcoming, and the place was so cozy.
Shane O'Mac: Cool place. Go to one of their movie nights for sure. It's about the same price as going to the movie theatre, but you get to play with cats and can bring your own snacks, which is way better. There are plenty of cats to go around, and you get to have more interaction than other places. It's definitely the place to go.
Francisco Muñoz: Heatherina and Paul are great. Cats are great. KitTea cafe is great!
DBA Visual Team: Had a nice time visiting all the cats and the cats love visitors!Make sure you look at the wall of photos hanging to see which one you can adopt …Love it!
Leo (Leyo): i love them
Brandon Richardson: Excellent place to destress with toe beans, biscuits and fuzzy friends. Head and butt scritches will win you some temporary attention from the feline staff. 🐈 you take your shoes off and store them in a cubby at the front of the store before watching a short instructional video on cat and KitTea Cafe etiquette. The owner is very sweet and plays with the cats and chats with customers. It's a 10/10 experience if you like cats
Jennifer Gray: . The odor is a little strong
Sarah Janus: My serotonin levels got a lovely reset by simply spending an hour in a room of kitties. If you share your life with a kitty, you know kitties sleep a lot. So there are sweet sleeping kitties to pet. So many! Some are super social and climb into laps. One even hoped into our shoulders! Others want to play. Some wander around and check out towers and baskets and scratchers. It's wonderful. It's clean! The cats are very well taken care of. Leaving your shoes outside of the cat area help keep it clean! Not my first visit and not my last. We love it here!
Regina McEvoy: Who doesn't want to play with cats for an hour? This place was a delight and we will definitely be back. The cats were chill and everyone was respectful of their space. We went at 1pm on a weekday and I was surprised at how many people there were, the 2pm group appeared to be much smaller. Cool little spot, you should check it out.
Cinthia V. Mendoza: Wonderful place to hangout with lovely cats, but I’m not sure if they allow walk-ins, as far as I know you have to make an appointment to be able to come in. Any clarifications about this would be greatly appreciated!
Pranav Sekhar: Very helpful staff, cute atmosphere. Also, cats - what more reason do you need to visit?
RadioShack Guadalajara: Fantastic cats, experience and staff! ESPECIALLY HEATHERINA!!!!!! Slay girl slay
Violettt: Cool place

5p1ic3: Visited Cat Town 2x pre-pandemic. Once before the human cafe was added to the back, once after. The option to adopt cats and buy merch from CT is AWESOME! I still have a CT tee I lovingly wear. Support cat cafes and cat adoptions!🐱💖
Jayanti Hunter: The happiest cutest kitties just waiting to be adopted! They’re so well taken care of, props to all the staff! If you’re looking to get a cat, please please please check out this cat cafe! I guarantee you’ll fall in love with one or more of all.
Maria C: They are responsive, come to you with the cat and supplies, and are available for emergencies by text or email.
Katherine Patterson: Had such a nice time with all their furry friends!
Alexandra Quinones: Staff are very knowledgeable about the cats that they have. The place is very well-maintained.
Joe Watson (Joe Cool): Amazing place!!! 👏 We donated items after our beloved cat passed. They were kind and sympathetic.
James Dress: Amazing cats and caring staff who go above and beyond for the kitties!
Danielle Sauers: , as I'm not local. I made it a point to visit the first cat cafe in the country again, though, because I think they do a wonderful job. The cafe and merchandise room was closed when I visited due to short staffing, unfortunately. But the main attraction is the cats, and they have a main room and another section with smaller rooms where you can interact with cats who are still being socialized/not quite ready to join the main room. All of the cats are adoptable, which is amazing. Cat Town is a non-profit cat rescue and they take in cats that would have a tough time finding homes otherwise. All of the cats were very relaxed and I could tell that they are well taken care of. All of the volunteers were also very helpful and knew all of the cats' personalities. I highly recommend visiting and supporting Cat Town!
Danielle Taylor: This place is just wonderful. They do an amazing job taking care of each of their kitties needs and still adjusting people to get to know them. Kind hearts everywhere!
