Bill Richardson: Its a good morning out. It's well organised. We did it easy in an hour and a half. It might be slower on wet days.Visited on Weekday Wait time 30–60 min Reservation recommended Yes …

Mike H.: Not so cheap to see the old building, but worth seeing one time.Visited on Weekday Reservation recommended Yes …

WL Tan: This one of our highlights in our SF visit. Appreciate the audio tour. Even though much was said about how terrible the place was, I think Alcaltraz waa much better than some prisons in South East Asia. I recommend that this is a must-go place when in SF.

James Baker: A must place to visit if in San Francisco. There is no admission to the island, however there is a fee to take the boat to the island. The views from Alcatraz are amazing. A FYI there is a lot of walking on the island, a lot of up hill. There are some people movers but it's first come first serve. There is an audio tour of the cell house which is very interesting. Plan about half a day between the ferry to and from and touring the island.

Javier Santos Martínez: A very nice place to walk and get lost in the dozens of shops there. Eating here can be more expensive than usual, but if you walk a little further you can find places with good options at more affordable prices. It is interesting to read the signs distributed throughout the port about the history of its construction. In the sea lion area there are also small infographics about these animals that gather there freely.

Gül Ecevit: Very nice atmosphere and fun places

Kamalasan Reddy VB: Pier 39 is a lively and popular destination in San Francisco, located along the city's waterfront. It offers a variety of attractions, including shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. A highlight is the colony of sea lions that often sunbathe on the docks. Visitors can enjoy street performances, visit the Aquarium of the Bay, and get great views of Alcatraz Island and the Golden Gate Bridge. It's a family-friendly spot and a must-see for tourists exploring the city.

christina lanier: Incredible incredible experience please bring your kiddos and adult friends alike here it's amazing. The tactile dome can be really overwhelming if you are scared of small spaces crawling and pitch black so please be weary I almost had to step out at first. BE kind to this space it's so special. Your kids will 10/10 love it.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

Mike Ryker: There are so many interesting hands-on activities the science practically teaches itself. I love the well curated and thoughtful exhibits - the staff clearly has taken great pride over the years adding to and maintaining the experiences. The place can get pretty crowded on holiday weekends and during the week with field trips, but members hours on Sunday morning leave you feeling like you have the place to yourself.

Ali Hamdani: The exploratorium is a great attraction in sf a must see. I would recommend the tactile dome if you get a chance. I’d you are going as an adult I would go during after hours.

Fabian: I went to the Exploratorium on the advice of two friends. There is really a lot to discover and try out in several areas. Whether electricity, optical illusions, nature or inventions, there is a lot to see here. I initially imagined something different about the museum and in my opinion it is something for young and old.But I can recommend this more if there are at least two of you. As a single, this can seem uncomfortable at first because you have to try out many stations and some stations require two people. I recommend a visit duration of around 2-3 hours.

Hannah Brinkman: Fantastic! Went with my husband as as 2 adult scientists we had a blast! Plan on bringing my nephew next time.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

sato: One day is not enough. It is a museum of experience and knowledge.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …

Sheena R: A must visit place for kids, adults, science lovers and for anyone who is curious about or inspired by science. We went on a weekday so the place was less crowded and we got to explore every exhibit in detail. You definitely need around 6-7 hours to get around the whole place especially on crowded days. But for smaller kids it would be a better idea to cover 2-3 sections only per day lest they lose interest and get tired.Every section and each exhibit is carefully planned and placed to invoke one’s curiosity. People of any age and experience have something to learn on visiting here. The place is soaked in history and proudly exhibits its journey through over a century in photos and displays. It is a good place to make your grade schooler fall in love with science and math. So do not miss an opportunity to visit when you plan a trip to SFO..

A Phoenix: The Exploratorium is a great place to visit if you are a tourist, have small children, or both! there are lots of fun hands on educational activities and attractions located here that will appeal to many ages!Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Vinny T: Just a fantastic stay at this hotel last week from Tue to Friday. From Jane at the front desk to the room service staff, they were all extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable bedding, quiet AC. As a Marriott Platinum member I was made to feel special during the check-in. Definitely a benchmark for other Marriott properties.

DvGns DG: This place was really good I am kinda late to review this place but I was obsessed with the lobby and the pool. Once in a while they put movies for kids to watch in the pool and its old class made the whole hotel chic.

J. R.: , excellent service, the individual petit sandwiches were delicious and the desserts provided were nicely displayed and tasty. Beware, just the tea service will run you $65 each. We purchased a bottle of Chandon sparkling wine and that added another $75 to our tab, plus the Palace valet parking is another $30

The Simple Travels: Situated in the financial district of San Francisco the hotel is easy to get to from the airport via the BART Montgomery St Station. While the Palace Hotel is a fantastic overall hotel, the crown jewel is indeed the Garden Court. Situated in the heart of the hotel, enjoy breakfast from the menu or from the buffet or have lunch or tea.Visit the Pied Piper Restaurant to see the famous painting and visited the small mini museum of keepsakes from hotel past. The hotel staff was fantastic from Juan at the concierge desk to Yenny from house keeping. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and most certainly would return if/when we get a chance.

Carmetta Joyner: Hotel highlights Luxury

Pedro Pablo Ge Acuña: , the pool girl who works in the housekeeping department, she took excellent care of us and gave me nice details for my birthday I got an excellent opinion this is the best hotel in San FranciscoRooms: Exelente

Garth Riley: We had a wonderful stay here on our vacation. Excellent location for exploring. Comfy rooms. Great staff. The Pied Piper was nice to relax in for a bit and the breakfast buffet was decent.Rooms: Smallish room but very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Danielle Scardino: I had the pleasure of staying at the W San Francisco, and it was an awesome experience. The beautiful view of the Bay Bridge from my room was simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The food and drinks at the lobby bar were fantastic, and the atmosphere was cool and sexy. I particularly loved the window seat in my room, where I could relax with snacks and drinks while enjoying the stunning views. The hotel made me feel very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I just wish I could have stayed longer.I can't wait to go back again this summer. Highly recommended!

Juan Francisco Esteva Martinez: It is a nice, peaceful place to meditate and contemplate the beauty of mother nature.

Albert Wong: I like how the scenery transport you to Japan and make you feel like living in the past where bonsai trees surround the temples, shrines, and ponds. Their landscape is a great place for anyone that considered to play a honeymoon or romantic date, should visit this garden to enhance the sentimentality and bondage.

Dre Dre: It's beautiful

Lluis Higini Melero Peris: Expanded.- Taking advantage of our stay at a relative's house, one of the places to visit was Golden Gate Park, walking through it we arrived at the Japanese garden. This garden has something to say about it, it was originally built as part of an International Exposition in 1894, it is the oldest public Japanese garden in the US, a complex with many paths, ponds, pagodas, a Japanese tea house and a bridge. Truly a luxury to be able to walk through it firsthand, a very beautiful atmosphere, an experience that even today, seeing the photos I took many, makes me remember beautiful moments. I accompany 1 video.

Drew Siebert: This place was nice, but frankly a little underwhelming for the price. It is small and the area by the two main buildings was closed off for renovations.

Danielle Richards: Beautiful gardens. The one area with red structures was closed for construction/development while visiting.

Lu jim: A nice experience! For a while he is transported back in time to Japan to a beautiful small park, full of love for nature. The woodwork is very well detailed. The trees cared for with a lot of love and respect.Beautiful small lagoons with birds. There are local birds that harmoniously complete the beautiful garden. 💮🌸💮🍁🌳

Jota Ce: Beautiful Japanese garden. Zen atmosphere. Beautiful bonsai forest. During spring with the cherry blossoms it is spectacular. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 09:00 to 10:00 it is free.

Felix Gago: This is place is a gem..and if your a resident you pay nada for your entrance..but you already knew that
