Gregory Heberlein: This place is amazing. I was turning my Jeep in at the end of lease and they cleaned it so well the dealer said they wouldn’t need to touch it and it looked brand new. I have 2 hairy bulldogs and they were able to remove 4 years of embedded dog hair. Great job and totally worth the cost. I’ll be returning with the new Jeep often!
Vamonos: for a regular interior and exterior standard wash. They went over their detailing service and did look inside my car when I first arrived, but that is normal business to push more expensive services and I understand why they want to look inside first since someone can have lots of trash/crumbs everywhere which would make them work more. I could see some marks from the products they use, but I am not upset because I think that is normal. But if you are looking for a regular wash at a good price, this is a place to check out. Everyone was respectful. You can wait inside or you can walk around the Castro while you wait.

It is pretty obvious to me that a lot of their five-star reviews are fake, which makes me question the integrity of the people running the business.They did try to upsell me when I brought in a very old, dirty car to be cleaned, but I was able to get them to agree to the lowest price option, acknowledging that the car wouldn't turn out perfectly clean.After the wash, it was definitely a lot cleaner than when I arrived, but it did feel like they put kind of minimal effort into it, leaving some bird poop on the outside for example. Overall it was ok and I would probably use the cheap service again, but not sure I would trust them with a detail.

klarese donnelly: Love that they have vacuum stalls. The auto car wash doesn't work well though. They've got a lot of broken spinners and if you have a smaller car like mine they don't adjust in. For the cost, I'd expect each area to at the very least touch my car. I checked it after and still had smudges on my car doors...but would be great for bigger vehicles.

Anushka GVO: It's awesome 95% of the time except when I get there and they're doing emergency maintenance. Or whe. The rollers don't work and my car just gets a rinse. I pay the 44.99 price monthly so I expect my car to be properly washed the one time a week I take it to wash. But I still give them 5* because the workers there are nice and the manager has always been prompt in responding my questions.

L J: Long story short, coffee spilled on my rubber mats and i didn’t think it went through to the carpet. A couple weeks later i noticed a smell getting worse and then looked under my dry floor mats and it was soaked and smelled gross. Paul identified how it had even gone below the carpet and recommended the ozone and enzyme treatment. He was really accommodating with my startup work schedule and was able to get the ridiculously rancid odor out during a recent rain storm. Thanks for the help Paul!!!
Lawrence Chhu: There was a storm recently which led to my car being intruded with water due to a leak. I was worried that it could start growing mold due to the fact my seats and carpets were soaked and I couldn’t dry it out properly. I found Paul, one of the only mold specialists in the Bay Area and contacted him to see what he could do. His shop is located in San Francisco and he went beyond to come down to South Bay to check out the car and see if they could work on it. Right when he came he pulled apart the seats and carpet and showed me how much water seeped in. Doing so, showed me that he has a lot of experience with working on cars with these problems because of how quickly he was able to show me. He told me that it definitely could be a problem if i didn’t get it properly inspected and worked on right away. After taking it back to his shop, he found more water intrusion and told me what the options would be regarding all the damage done on the car. This was all on the same day. Him and his team work really quick. He sent me over 50 photos of the car and all the work they had done. While figuring out what to do with my car, he was very communicative about everything and contacted me each day. I have never had a shop be as communicative as Paul. All in all, definitely a business with experience and speed.
Gary: Came to see Paul after a huge water intrusion with my Mercedes…it’s been nothing but professional help from him and his team….when you want things done right don’t waste time looking for a cheaper imitation!

Gurpinder Brar: Where do I start with Paul?This man knows his stuff inside and out. He has been thirty plus years in this business and it shows. I really enjoyed the fact that he walked me through the process step by step and explained everything as we went along.My car had sat for a bit and the interior floorboards were damp. I thought it was a simple job of getting the the car shampooed. My thoughts were shared by two other shops, but I went to Paul for another estimate and I am so glad I did. The other two shops missed a serious problem and going through them would have been paying for my problem to get infinitely worse.I requested the right solution and that is exactly what Paul gave me. He took apart some moulding in the back, unbolted the seatbelt and pulled up the carpet to show me that water had pooled underneath the carpet and soaked the backing under the carpet. If I had let some other shop shampoo my car I would have just made the problem that much worse.Paul knew exactly what to do, helped steer me towards my insurance and offered an incredible value because the diagnosis was free!I would have been in a world of trouble if it hadn’t been for Paul and I cannot recommend him any more highly. Ross Bagwell: I brought my car in to get detailed inside and out. I had some stains on my seat and middle console, years of dust and dirt, and plenty of dog hair. When I picked my car up, it looked brand new; no signs of any stains, dust, wear, tear, or dog hair. Best Detail did an excellent job cleaning my car and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Wes Montgomery: Jose and his team hella good! Best full interior/exterior I've ever had, and at competitive pricing. I'll be coming here for my annual summer detailing from now on. Best Detail washed and dried the carpet, buffed out any scratches they found, and since I brought a paint pen I bought from the dealership they were even able to touch up all the rock chips on my front bumper. Their work brought out whole new level of shine & color, my baby literally looks like I just drove her off the showroom floor. Definitely living up to their name, this shop is a cut above all of the full detail jobs I've paid the same price for in the past.
