Martha Vincent: This place is wonderful, their Staff are all friendly. And their meal portions big and generous. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
dovalyn: Peter's Cafe is always a great place to eat, the staff is friendly and personable. Hours have been reduced and are posted on their website. Convenient location in Millbrae.**** Good comfort food, awesome staff and a nice place for a sit-down lunch.
Lindsey Meservey: We came for brunch on Mother’s Day while stuck at the Milbrae station waiting for our train. The staff was incredibly accommodating of our high-energy children and inconvenient luggage. Service was fast, food was good. The fries were good—this establishment changes their frying oil! Very comfy feeling and decent prices for the area.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian or pescatarian options, just ask to hold the sausage/bacon. Beyond burger option for hamburgers.
Mark C.: Reminds you of the old dinner back home as soon as you walk in ❤️.Quick and friendly service, food came about 5 min after we ordered. Food was exactly what we wanted, great taste, great value and the staff checked on us a few time to make sure everything was good and if we need anything.Three of us with drinks and the bill was $58.Definitely coming back here.
Carissa Veloso: Classic American breakfast diner type. Ambience was great, food was delicious!! Especially liked the classic pancakes which had really great mouthfeel and the generous serving of hash browns. We also ordered a German baby pancake, very much worth the wait!! Also enjoyed the Loco Moco, sauce was very flavorful. The couple who owned the place was very hands-on and answered all our questions about the menu items happily. Service excellent!
Matt Swallow: My first breakfast visit to Peter's, while visiting friends in Cali, was an absolute delight, with great food, RAPID service, and a really appealing eclectic atmosphere.I knew I'd be coming back. The second visit, although less busy at the time, there was a slight drop off in service, as I noticed some time lapsed between being seated and having my server come to my table. Once she finally got around to me, I was able to order and got my food relatively quickly...and as before, the food was really good!4.25 stars outta 5 - I will definitely be back the next time I visit South City.
Chris Brase: This is always my go-to Cafe and always has been. Have met Peter and have been helped and checked out by him and he's a great man. He and his wife are wonderful folks and they always recognize us whenever we're there. Their menu is all around and you can get practically anything comes to mind in a cafe. For breakfast lunch and dinner there's always a variety of items to choose.
