Lauren Bensinger: Great fun and experience for a parent's night out!
Michelle Kwon: The Attraction was by far the craziest, most immersive / mind blowing, out of this world escape room.Definitely would want to go back and try their other rooms. 10/10. It's on the pricier side, but 100% worth it. We had 5 people, and no one was standing around waiting doing nothing.Puzzles were thought out, and once completed, we were rewarded with instant delight / surprises at every room.
Luis Yuja: It was actually really fun! But credit to my team for their brains and for being highly invested in figuring things out.
Myishia Dean: Oh my great googly moogly!!! This was the BEST escape room I've ever done! A group of 6 embarked on a journey to escape from the "Attraction" and we did, but the journey was no easy feat. We laughed, we yelled, we had FUN. We HAD to use our noggins in a group effort to escape. If you're looking for a challenge and something immersive THIS IS IT! Worth every penny!
Heidi Kim: First off, this venue is in the Palace of Fine Arts, which is an incredible site and tourist destination SF. It's just gorgeous. Palace Games is in the back, a little bit hard to find, but incredible location. We booked the Edison Room and private game room for my daughter's birthday party. The whole experience was outstanding. The escape room itself was super interesting and challenging. While the kids were in the escape room, the parents were in the game room watching them work via CCTV. It was super entertaining and fun for us to watch them work out the clues and work together. It was an awesome bonding experience and super fun. A few of my daughter's friends told me that this was the best escape room that they've done. The staff was truly exceptional. They were so accommodating, easy to work with and nice. AND the game room! Fantastic room: nice decorations, a sink, microwave and ice machine, plenty of table space and seating. The party was a smash success. We will be back to try their other rooms, and a few other parents/ families are also interested. Thank you Palace Games for an awesome, memorable experience!
Yusuke Osada: Was very fun and thematic, great atmosphere.Try arriving early though, since SF local traffic can be a nightmare.
Abhijeet Pate: The attraction was amazing!

Mikaila Smith: We absolutely loved the medieval madness room and the wizard trials room — it’s delightfully challenging! Andi was so wonderful and helpful and made us feel so welcome. We wish there were more rooms to try!
David Azpeitia: It's fun and challenging 😃👍
Erika Check Hayden: The wizard room was great for 5 teens and the staff was friendly and easy to work with.
Siim Põder: . Great experience!
Clifton Smith: Very chill and knowledgeable staff.
Cynthia Mosqueda: We came here for a work event and completed the Wizard Trials one. It was challenging enough and a great team building exercise!
Lyrical Rose: Big thanks to Andi and EJ who were super helpful when we arrived at opening time
koolkraft boutique: Enjoyed the red wire escape room. Able to escape with some help with the host. The host was super nice. We came in the evening and the area was a little sketch but will go back again to try another game.
Heather Campbell: I had the best time! I loved that I had the opportunity to ask for a hint- and it really was one- when we got stumped. The room was so creative. Honestly, though, what put it to a full five stars was how accessible it is. I’m disabled and work with a service dog and they were amazing at asking questions and offering solutions before my experience to make sure I had a fun but safe time. I felt confident and understood. The staff are amazing.
Lynn Shannon: Great staff!

Yesenia Collazo: Great experience and excellent customer service. Definitely will come back!
Chelsea Cheyenne: Madilyn and Lennon were the best they literally were so much help! It was our first time doing an escape room and it was so much fun! Can’t wait to come back!
Ken Wong: January 2024:Tried the lost treasure room. We had four people total and almost completed the task. The place is very nicely decorated. The workers are very friendly. This seemed like a very well run place. I will definitely come back again to try another room.
Francisco Villalobos: 7 deadly sins was fun but also very challenging. Our game host Anthony was great and made it a good experience.
Brianne Sherman: Generally a game master will let you know to skip something if it can’t be in play due to technical issues. We escaped but left feeling a bit like we’d wasted our money. We got an email afterwards saying we didn’t escape but we definitely did within the time allotted, even with broken puzzles and misplaced pieces.I’d be willing to come back and try another room as maybe this one was just an off night. It was still fun!
Erica Bristol: The staff is so kind and helped us out with some Groupon issues. The room was difficult but they gave us a few extra minutes so finish the room. Such a great experience.
Mary W: Great first time experience! Loved the private aspect of it and the puzzles and room were curated perfectly. Can't wait to go back!

Que W.: very fun!! we did king arthur and the puzzles were entertaining as well as the decor. very kind hosts as well
Bill Mooney: King Arthur room was very clever and well-designed, with a couple of highlights near the end. Julian was very nice.
57 MAX: Came near days end. Staff are great. Gen is absolutely awesome and supportive. We had a blast. Best out of all other escape rooms.
Zael ...: Great escape room, puzzles were on an appropiate level. I enjoyed the level of immersion with such simple details. Would come back for other rooms
Jess Tetro: Loved King Arthur's legacy. We have played many escape rooms. My partner and I have designed some as well. This is by far one of the best I've ever played. The puzzles were solid. Our host Julian was great. There were many satisfying moments and our successes had a good pay off. We went as a group of 3. There are enough puzzles that I would also say a group of six would enjoy it as well. The theming and decorations were cool. Make sure you play this one!
Rose Ritonya: . It was a blast! Reminded me of an old-school escape room flash game, and the puzzles flowed naturally from one to another!
Mark Templin: The King Arthur Experience is definitely a brain teaser and was fun for my team from work! Thank you!
Jon Holsbach: Great escape room. Well thought out. Lots of fun and very challenging.
Dhiraj Bhat: Great for bonding and team building!
scott weires: Friendly staff and inventive multi-room mid-evil adventure.
Rich K: Had a team building event for 40+ people and found EscapeSF! They were able to come onsite and set up their "Sabotage" game to accommodate our large group - Andre was really easy to work with and responsive to questions, and most importantly the game was fun and enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely recommend!
Joe Parreira: Wonderful Experience, will happily recommend and do it again.Thank you for the opportunity

Bruno: Decent escape room. Staff is friendly but present in the escape room too.
Jenn Omura: I booked a 30 person event for my executive eBay team. We were absolutely THRILLED by the escape room challenges!! My team had so much fun and are still talking about it, a week after the event. Mike and his team run an excellent program. Mike, was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this escape room adventure!
Linda Newcomb: I had so much fun in the Patagonia Survival Race. Sometimes you feel like you lost an hour of your life you never get back. I honestly enjoyed every minute and I wish it would have been longer. Time flies when you are having fun!
Samari Ijezie: Great experience!!!
Haley Zhao: Having been to multiple escape rooms in multiple states and this escape room feels that it captures the tech identity of San Francisco. Where there are a bunch of people who are all using the latest and greatest gadget to solve problems. We had a group of 18 people and I was scared that there wasn't puzzles to be solves but what I didn't realize was people all have their own fun. Some like sitting back and watching other peoples struggle while others don't mind the struggle to get to the end goal.Overall the group said they really enjoyed themselves and would want to do Sonar also! Everyone also got really excited that there were multiple rooms to explore. In summation, would I do this again with another group? In a heart beat.PS Mike, the founder, is awesome when coordinating a group this large.
Stephen Lenz: Lead and follow - it’s a great setting to practice both of these and especially the one you need to work on!2
Lori Gray: to the countdown at the end
Maria Antonieta Mujica: Very kind email support!
Chris Lacasse: Really fun and challenging puzzles, great tips from the host to help get us unstuck at the right times. Highly recommend for a team event like ours.
Tyler Adams: I went here with my company’s team of about 10 to the Glitch escape room. It was an amazing experience and the puzzles were well put together. The technology integrations made it feel very polished
David S: Fantastic experience! The whole team loved it. Glitch and Mars were super fun. Very imaginative and inventive escape room.
Yun Wang: My team had a very enjoyable time in the virtual escape room!
Nellie Stewart: Our team had a blast with the Moonshot Experience. It was a nice moral event that included all team members working together.
Karl Strube: , very creative. They split our group of 14 into two teams in two diff Zoom rooms. FYI to make sure ppl who will be on opposing teams aren't in the same physical space so that they don't leak clues.

Jenny Xu: Came here with a group of 5 to do the Asylum escape room and we had 6 minutes to spare!Alyssa was our game master and did an awesome job explaining everything. Also very generous with hints so we didn't really feel too stuck at any times.Overall the experience was really chill - honestly not as scary or immersive as other escape rooms but had some really innovative mechanics which made us work our brain a bit extra. It was fun to go through each room to solve the puzzles and discover clues.Difficulty I'd say was a 3/5.I would have liked perhaps something a bit more immersive and higher production value, but it was still a good time.
rachel larsen: and we loved our host. She was really in character and it helped amp up the experience and mood for the whole group. We did "Escape the Asylum" and were a group of 9. Thanks
Arun Tejasvi Chaganty: A fun escape room! I attended with colleagues at work: it was just about challenging enough to keep us engaged, but still complete the puzzles.
Anu P: This was a great experience for me and my team. We were really close to completion but ran out of time. Highly recommend for office team activities.
Tennessee Wieck: FIVE STARES
JJ Lang: Really great experience. The staff were friendly, patient, helpful, and entertaining. The room itself was very complex, engaging various senses and requiring more creativity than some of the 'find all the keys and codes' rooms.
Valerie LaMendola: It was my first time and I enjoyed it very much !
Alice: Very fun Escape room. Unique puzzle setup. Reasonable for large and small groups. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Tim Durkin: A fantastic team building experience

Ana Sierra: Good
Suzy R: Overall a great experience! It was a bit confusing to locate. You have to go upstairs to find the entrance. Greeting was prompt. Restroom is on site. You get 3 hints, 4 if you answer the riddle of the day. My family of 5, including a child with asd who did not actively participate tried the Prison Escape Challenge. We completed it with 9-11 seconds left on the clock. Good luck! 😀
Bryan Wang: Very nice
Brandon Swanson: We had a great time, the puzzles were well designed and engaging. The staff was friendly and helpful. will be going again!!
Nikita G: Thank you Kelsey for helping out our group. You're the best
Dennis Troper: Super realistic and it makes your brain work hard.Amazing experience !!!
super bacon: Chad was amazing!
Serena Hanes: Chad was a great host!
Rashmi Ramaswamy: The kids had a wonderful time and can't wait to be back! Highly recommend it for kids.

WL Tan: This one of our highlights in our SF visit. Appreciate the audio tour. Even though much was said about how terrible the place was, I think Alcaltraz waa much better than some prisons in South East Asia. I recommend that this is a must-go place when in SF.
Parcelero88: Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes
James Baker: A must place to visit if in San Francisco. There is no admission to the island, however there is a fee to take the boat to the island. The views from Alcatraz are amazing. A FYI there is a lot of walking on the island, a lot of up hill. There are some people movers but it's first come first serve. There is an audio tour of the cell house which is very interesting. Plan about half a day between the ferry to and from and touring the island.
