Nicolle Holt: Very clean and beautiful space. The employees are very professional and the bathing ritual is fantastic for downtown SF! Highly recommend the CBD massage.

D: Great small upscale spa on the 8th floor of the hotel vitale. Staff is very friendly and the massage was great! Make sure you book the rooftop bubble bath as well, very relaxing !!

Carolyn Kandpal: Did the bath and aromatherapy massage. Small but very private. Would definitely go back. Channing did a great job with the massage.

Pomme Sasivarun: Great spa.

Catt Small: An intimate spa with very kind staff. I booked an 80-minute refresher massage and they were able to take me 30 minutes earlier than expected. It was my first massage without clothes, so I was very green to the process. The masseuse was very nice and patient with me. She guided me to the cabinet where I could hang clothes and store belongings – I assume there's one in each room, as there was one in mine. While she was working, the masseuse asked what levels of pressure I wanted and checked in to make sure I was feeling comfortable. I left feeling calm and renewed. I'll be back next time I'm in town. They take next-day appointments, so I don't have to worry about a wait!

Jenny Jenny: I had an incredible experience at Qua Spa – truly the best facial ever! Highly recommend to anyone seeking a fantastic facial. Joey worked wonders, and my skin looks amazing. Thank you!!

Soo Hyun Kim: Amazing facial ! Can’t wait to go back ! Clean rooms and facilities!Make sure to make appointments ahead of time!

Sarah Tarantula: Going through the neighborhood when getting to this place has me questioning my choices but this is totally a hidden gem! Everyone was friendly and I had a great massage.

Mecia: I would recommend Qua The Spa at Soma Grand...These ladies were kind to me and my siblings. They made us feel comfortable and most importantly the service was awesome..I left feeling rejuvenated and refresh.

Bodywork•Therapy Collective: This Spa, though hidden in the SOMA area, is a relaxing gem of a place. The therapists are all kind and compassionate, timely, and experienced.Tables are classical Asian style with no face cradle. It's built into the table.Therapists use hot towels in numerous ways, which gives a luxury to the overall experience. The Owner is a genius with technology and is an overall great human being. If people judged establishments on the character of the owners, it's likely this place would be number one on everyone's bucket list.

Rajes Khan: Ra s

Reem Rahmaoui: Great experience, the service is of high quality. The front desk receptionist is super friendly and considerate and so are the massage and facial therapists. Overall great service, offers Water and sweets, smells very nice and clean area. Definitely recommend and coming again!

Snigdha Agarwal: Really good signature massage. I was surprised by the foot scrub but I wish it was more thorough.Really nice touch with the heated bed. Jessie applied the right amount of pressure without the need to be corrected. The massage was calming without being painful at any point. I thoroughly enjoyed it and came out properly relaxed. Though I believe I'm gonna need more than 1 90-minute session to take out all my knots

Alex Olcott: Relaxing, personal, and very tailored massage!

Claire Lee: Eva is so knowledgeable about skincare making the oxygen facial an exceptional experience.

Stephanie: Location is sketch but had a great massage experience.

Jennifer Vega: One of the best massages I’ve ever had. David zeroed in on my pain and worked magic. He’s an incredibly intuitive therapist. I felt great after walking out, but it was really the next day that I realized how much different my body felt. Thank u so much!

Jeffrey Ward: I’ve gone here twice now and both experiences have been great. Jose is your man if you have tough knots and kinks to work out!

Jennifer Greer: It was a lovely way to treat myself. I drove in from Berkeley, so I turned it into a day trip to the city. I got a massage from Carlos who is AMAZING. I would highly recommend him to anyone--- he is just so good!!! I wish he lived closer to me in East Bay! Then I went to the spa area--- which as people have said has showers, a cold bath and a hot tub, plus a sauna and steam room. I mainly used the hot tub. I knew in advance the days that are women's days--- so I choose a Wednesday. There were a lot of nude women--- I wore a swimsuit bc I am shy that way--- but it was perfectly fine and everyone was very chill and respectful. It's a very relaxing, peaceful environment, and I definitely recommend it and would go back. I personally found the staff to be nice and helpful--- nothing over the top, but not rude as some have said. My only criticism is I have chemical sensitivity and I don't like those scented oil diffusers they have everywhere. Totally unnecessary and not great if you are sensitive to smells, as many people are.

Erik Johnson: Fantastic onsen style communal bathing with steam and dry sauna, cold plunge, large warm soaking tub, as well as both western and Japanese style showers. Make reservations online and check the calendar for men, women, and all gender days. Men’s and women’s days are clothing optional. All gender days require bathing attire. The baths offer tea and water infusions and salt for scrubbing. These amenities are frequently tended to by the staff. There is a meditative, quiet vibe throughout. They offer fantastic massage services. The overall experience strikes the perfect balance of being incredibly relaxing and restorative - without feeling unapproachably luxurious - and accessible and inclusive to all.

Lauren Bryant: Love it

Alison Enthoven: I absolutely loved my four-hour spa experience at Kabuki. I had an 80-minute massage appointment and you can come up to two hours early to use the showers, saunas, and pools. The spa has a relaxing, moody vibe with dark walls, candlelight, and beautiful lanterns covered in deep red roses. They provide you with a robe, two towels, and a locker. They have sanitized, rubber shower slippers you can borrow and as many small towels as you like. There are many stations to get spa water or tea where you can also grab rubbing salts or an iced towel for the sauna. They have full showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as face cleanser and body lotion. My only regret was that I forgot to bring my own face moisturizer.

Sandy Kusano (Sandy): Really love this place. My boyfriend and I go at least once every time we return to SF!

Yana Benjamin: I can’t express enough how wonderful my experience was. I started with an absolutely magical lulur body treatment and massage with Maxine, and then spent about 2 hours using the baths, sauna and steam room. My skin has never felt better. I had a very stressful month and this time I spent at this beautiful oasis of mindfulness helped me get back to a more peaceful state. Thank you tons, I can’t wait to visit again.

anahita molavi: Amazing experience! Loved the Japanese style communal bath.

Carmina Escobar: O M G!!! Such a healing place, and so tranquil! Sometimes is rough in spas when people are just talking but here is so serene, it is such a beautiful place, dry sauna, steam room where you can scrub with salt, hot and cold tub, delicious tea, water, toiletries. I loved it so much much, when I am back in San Fran I am absolutely coming back!

Mary Burns: was very clean, had every amenity we needed, and the robes and shoes provided were comfortable. We chose to wait for our treatments in the quite relaxation room, which was very comfortable, and got us in the right headspace for our upcoming treatments. The treatment I chose for myself was the Himalayan Scrub and Stone. It was the best spa treatment I've ever had

Kelly S.: was incredible, as was Sarah

Zee Tyson: Had an excellent Gua sha massage, left feeling tension free and relaxed. Facilities are okay, clean, and comfortable.

Robin phillips: I had the best massage with Travis on Friday! He was very attentive, double-checking that the pressure was appropriate to my needs, which it certainly was. He hunted down every sore spot and aching muscle, and I left feeling a hundred times better than when I arrived. The level of conversation was interesting and enjoyable, but he also had no problem with the quiet times too, when we worked together to breathe out the tension. I wish I could get a massage from Travis every week!

Ayla H Ugur: Wonderful place - very clean and personnel are very attentive. Loved the steam room in the lady’s locker room.

Anthony Abushacra: .

Delphine Bernard: Этот спа фантастический.

Stephen Reed:

RIch Harris: We wanted a hotel near the docks in Sausalito so the Casa Madrona was out choice. Perfect location for shopping and dining, and service was good. I only rated it as 4 stars due to the "sterile" and cold reception area and hotel amenities. The rooms were clean, but Spartan compared to other hotels at this price. The cost did not justify the stay.... But hey, it's Sausalito and California....Rooms: Clean but pretty basic... No frills for the money.Nearby activities: Great parks, shopping and restaurants.Walkability: Great place to spend a pretty summer day!

Laura Daudistel: We were in room 360. Balcony with ocean views. Room was clean. Odd thing about this particular room was there were steps up to the bathroom. I didn't like having to do the tile steps in the dark at night. If we had stayed longer than a couple of nights I would have asked for a different room. When I made our reservation I thought the weather would be cooler. If I'd known it was going to be as sunny and nice as it was I would have gotten one of the hillside rooms with a larger deck to suit and enjoy the view. Restaurant downstairs was very convenient with excellent food. Walking to all the little shops was easy. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Shawn Gillis: The casa madrona offers top quality rooms and service in a central location that can't be beat. The variety of rooms between the Victorian house, the hillside cottages in the spacious rooms. Next door for something for everyone. The staff is extremely helpful and ensurers you have everything you need. The on-site spa and restaurant are excellent.Rooms: The rooms are definitely a highlight of this property. Whether it be the classic Victorian house with incredible views of the San Francisco Bay, Bay bridge and San Francisco, or the hillside cottage is located below, every room has a different feel and layout. Many offer a fireplace or large soaking tub. Opt for a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and croissant while the sun rises in front of you or sip your evening wine while you watch the boats below in the harbor and on the bay.Walkability: The casa madrona is literally steps away from everything Sausalito has to offer, including numerous restaurants, bars and shops . A short ferry ride from Sausalito to San Francisco makes it easy to explore with the ferry terminal being in walking distance. You are also a short 5-minute drive to the Golden gate bridge and of course San Francisco. To the north Muir woods, the wine country and the incredible coastline offers many daily excursion optionsNoteworthy details: Be sure to explore the property when you stay there. The Victorian house at the top of the hill is well over 100 years old with quaint cottages that ramble up the hillside next to the house. Below that, the hillside cottages wind down to the main Street with every single one having incredible Bay views of the harbor and even a glimpse of San Francisco. You literally can park your car and leave it there during your entire stay. The on-site restaurant and spa, as well as the many restaurants and shops within walking distance provide plenty of options..

Janet Minker: Lovely historic hotel in the center of Sausalito.Nearby activities: Hiking the Marin headlandsWalkability: Great location in town

Cindy S-R: We had a lovely stay at Casa Madrona that exceeded our expectations. Found this beautiful hotel online just a couple days before our trip. Our room overlooking the marina, was absolutely lovely, clean, and very spacious. The bathroom was the largest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room, including two sinks, a very large shower, as well as a separate bathtub. The location is fabulous- to either walk along the water or find great cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Everyone working at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a great couple days and wish we could stay longer!Food & drinks: Poggio is a great Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. Many great places to eat within walking distance- Equator Coffee is great for breakfast and lunch - and fabulous coffee, Sushi Ran is a 7 minute walk and has great Japanese food.

Carter Reese: I would love to stay here again and for a few days rather than an overnight! There are lots of amenities I didn't have time to utilize! The staff was wonderful and my room was clean!Jim was so kind and I enjoyed chatting with him. Friendly staff is always the hallmark of a good stay! Carlton and Demarcus were super friendly and courteous as well!Location is great, you can walk to so many local eats and the water!! My room itself had great lighting and the hug tub was a plus!I enjoyed my time and I hope to book a stay again soon!

Cheyenne Blackwolf: Casa Madrona was a great hotel for our anniversary weekend celebration. It was our first time to Sausalito and I will 1000%be coming back! The views from the mansion rooms is incredible. Although the room walls are thin and you can hear other families, the view makes up for it. I also loved the rainfall shower. The service is all amazing!! The valet guy was so nice and gave us a ton of recommendations. Helped us with our bags and spoke to us several times throughout our visit and we didn't even use the valet service! He was so nice. Great place overall. Expect a lot of stairs.Walkability: The prefect location to everything in town! You can walk everywhere

Daniel White: .The gym is tiny and the spa services seem to be limited to massages. We recommend Osteria Divina for Italian and live music; Firehouse Coffee; and Sushi Ran for sushi all within 5-10 minute walk.Bring or rent bikes if you can to see even more of this great area.Walkability: 100% walkable to anything and everything

jennifer: I recently got my first facial at Cavallo Spa for my Birthday and I had an amazing Spa experience! The quality of the facial and products they used were beyond any I'd had before. The staff was super gracious. The grounds are lovely and the Spa is clean with cozy fireplaces and views. From the steam room to outdoor jacuzzi..I really loved the warm outdoor pool! I will be back but I wont wait until my next Birthday!

Karla Boisvert: This Spa is amazing! Had the most amazing facial with Tracy. The products are all high quality and super clean/organic. Spent time going in the pool, jacuzzi and the wet sauna before my treatment. You can also relax inside by the fire with a cup of tea. The grounds are well maintained and the locker rooms super clean. Overall a lovely, relaxing experience, highly recommend!

alain mutricy: Overpriced.

Meg Gupta: Had a great experience, highly recommend!!

Drew Wolfe: Excellent massage!

Lisse Beau: Jan is simply the best.

Melissa Dee: Clean and comfortable, simple decor but worth every penny

Lisa Palazzolo: I thoroughly enjoyed the massage!

Silas Amaral: I had a nice experience. The masseuse did an excellent job, the place was simple but suitable, and service was affordable. Strongly recommend!

D King: Jenny gives a firm massage and found the tight spots in 2 min…. I would definitely go back when in town again. Wish I’d booked more than 1 hour. Very nice lady as well.

Daniela Miley-Zendejas: I had my first massage ever here and I loved it. I went on hung over and came out feeling great. Really saved my day.

Adarsh Srinivas: Great massage. Price is affordable and massage was very relaxing. Very nice staff and very friendly. My therapist was Mina and she was great. Definitely recommend this place.

Maria Morris: Located downstairs next to the Korean BBQ. Informal, but affordable. If you're looking for someone to fix your problems, Jan's the one for you. If you're looking for a zen spa experience, go elsewhere. My therapist was amazing and I would go back in a heartbeat. They even stayed open an hour later than normal so my husband could get a massage too. We didn't press for that or anything, they just offered! They prefer cash or Venmo, but I believe they do accept card. Please go see Jan. It's worth it and your back will thank you.

: The aunt is fun to chat with, the price is very cheap, and it is indeed very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Peilin qu: Auntie is super skilled, she massages the whole body and relaxes her

Lieb Fischbach: Very healing and relaxing. Great price.
