My last roommate would regularly cook pizza without putting anything underneath it, leading to the cheese falling next to the heating coils only to then char onto the bottom of the oven. After berryclean took a crack at it the oven looks brand new. They also managed to get through the build up of grit on the countertops which another not so easy feat.

You do have to pay for add-ons like cleaning the refrigerator or the outside landing, so it's not like having a "cleaning lady/man" who you can just ask to do some additional things ad hoc. But I understand why they have to do it, and it's great that they can provide pretty much any cleaning service you need, including carpet cleaning, window washing, etc. Overall, after over 2 years of service, we are very happy with Cleanerific.

Requel, from Sparkling Clean Pro, came to do a move-out clean of the rental condo after we left to go back to one of our own condominiums. They offer other services and we used them to wax and seal some tile and it came out really nice. Reliability is excellent. It sometimes takes some follow up to have done and keep having done certain things but Rudy and his team leaders are very responsive. Communications with the management team are excellent and zero lag time. Some crews are non-english speaking and that can present some barriers but again, the management is very responsive so issues can be addressed quickly. For the 3 years we have had this service, overall we have been very pleased. I would and have recommended them to other businesses.

They even cleaned and organized the mess of clothes and boxes under my loft, which was totally unexpected or required. The only problem is they didn't mop my kitchen floor, clean out my refrigerator or clean on top of it. I'm a little disappointed, but overall very happy.
