When I got there they could not find it but the person who is helping me, I'm sorry I don't know his name, dug around until he found one for me. It was an important piece for a project were doing so I'm very happy that he was willing to go the extra mile.

Nathan Marsh: Ivan at Ferguson helped us find replacement parts for a broken Grohe kitchen faucet, which I really appreciated after the Grohe customer support line refused to help at all. Will come back here to shop for appliances and fixtures knowing we’ll get good support in the future - but won’t buy Grohe.
