gg baldi: The Little Mission Studio is a well organized, supportive environment for my children to love learning how to play the guitar and violin. I highly recommend LMS if your child is interested in music.
Chasse Carroll: My kids have been going to LMS for 9 years. It's like a second home to our family. The individual lessons, ensemble groups, and summer camps are all great. They don't just focus on learning an instrument; they help kids become well-rounded musicians.
SC: I’ve been singing for 25 years. I started in choir from age 5-18, and just started my private voice lessons with Rebecca at Little Mission Studio. My experience so far has been incredible! On day 1 I received helpful feedback and homework to improve parts of my voice that I’ve always wanted to work on but didn’t know how to on my own, felt instantly comfortable with Rebecca, and left the lesson feeling inspired, creative, and confident in myself and my decision to join this studio. Even though it’s private lessons, I look forward to the community aspect this studio brings by attending the studio wide sessions where we get to perform what we’re working on and give feedback to other studio members to help our creative process expand and flourish, as well as the recitals where we can invite friends and family and perform for them what we’ve all been working on! If you’re seeking quality and fun private lessons with a community of other musicians and creatives, Little Mission Studio is the place for you!
Matt Warren: Great music studio. A misnomer only in that it's not little at all! You could get lost in there.
Kristin Kobey: This is an awesome school and music community. My kids have taken lessons here for piano and percussion here for years and love it. I took a singing class I enjoyed. I would highly recommend Little Mission for all ages and music abilities!
teri halliwell: I feel so blessed to have found the studio and to have Phil as my piano teacher! LMS is my family!
coo pidge: Everyone is kind, supportive, and knowledgeable.
Harry Topalian: LMS is a gift of creativity to San Francisco. Musicians of all ages, infleunces, and instruments are inspired and nurtured here. I have learned so much and feel a part of a remarkable community. Whatever your goals, the faculty is there for you and are true artists and educators. The founders Claire, Christian, and Matt are highly gifted and have created a very special school.
Christine Villalta: Both our children are taking music classes here and are very happy with their classes and proud of their new musical abilities. Matt and Claire are very encouraging and give them exercises and songs tailored to their level and interest. We are happy to have discovered Little Mission Studio.
Kapil Easwar: This place is the cutest. The instructors are so bubbly and happy and welcoming!
Jen Klimas: Claire is a wonderful teacher and the space is clean, warm and inviting. Def advise taking lessons here.

Sean McGrogan: Worth stopping in, fun for kids.
jacob xlegoxgaming: Went there yesterday, met with a Great girl named Jade that helped me get a small button and inform me about the project behined the store.10/10 would buy an Eye Patch.
L Rosenberg: The name is great, and they have some fun stuff here. However, it seems a bit touristy than an experience *Edit, they replied that the store is a non profit that uses the proceeds to benefit under resourced students, which is cool so I bumped to 5 stars*. I will say that if you are in the area it's a nice shop, neat, worth a stop.
Carson Everett: Saw friends there!
Raymond Xu: Cool tutoring spot
Geert Barentsen: Best pirate supply store in the country!
Lisa Phillipson: Cute little shop to explore. Pirate themed nick-nacks and more. Worth popping in for.
Olivia Wong: Excellent fish theater
Kevin Taylor: , but the staff and selection were amazing. Listening to the kids in the back was joyous, and I was proud to support their charitable endeavors.
Evren Eryurek: Cool place, lots of interesting things to discover as giftsAnd they have writing, tutoring and publishing offer for students 6-18
Dan Quine: One of San Francisco's proper eccentricities, a pirate supply store. It's a feast of imagination and oddity. Come for the fun curios and endless draws full of Visual jokes. Leave with pocketfuls of pirate trinkets. And all the proceeds go to funding writers workshops for kids. Don't miss digging for treasures in thesa d or the amazing fish theater. Buckets of fun for kids of every age.
David Gold: Great, passionate and caring staff

Kaustav Mukherjee: My kid has been enjoying his piano lessons with teacher Tan at CCM. Teacher Tan is patient and supportive and encourages my kid to push himself with increasingly complex pieces. Very happy to have found this school!
jessica kassis: Teacher Nicolas is fantastic! Our son was hesitant about piano to begin with and is now fighting with his sister to practice. He present things in a fun and easy way for my son to understand. Teacher Maggie is also amazing. My daughter has come so far in only a few months thanks to her. She is also great about giving prizes to encourage her to continue to practice and improve. Highly recommend this location and these teachers!
Vineeta Agarwala: Teacher Nick is wonderfully kind and patient with a 5yo first time piano student! He makes lessons fun.
John Berg: After many, many years I have decided to begin voice lessons. It takes skill to teach children, but it also takes a special skill to teach adults. I could not be happier with the lessons I've already had; even after a few lessons I can feel progress. But even more important, I could not be any more pleased or impressed than I am with my teacher, McKenna. Being with her is a joy and an inspiration. Her ability to encourage me along, offer tips yet be supportive is quite remarkable. And when she opens her mouth to sing, not to be hyperbolic, it's angelic. I feel honored to have her as my instructor.I think CCM is a fabulous place for anyone of any age to further their studies in any discipline relating to music. My highest recommendation!!!
Kevin Sugar: I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Dario, the music teacher who has worked with me on improving my voice and my confidence. He is patient and positive and is an incredible musician and singer. I have, for my whole life, wanted to sing well. I'm still not there yet, but Dario has shown me that I can carry a tune and have an ear for it. Dario has shown me how rewarding and fun singing can be.Sincerely,Kevin Sugar
Sia Charonis: Teacher Dario has been really great with both of my sons. I’ve seen such a switch in their interest levels aw compared to when they took lessons at home since we joined CCM. Teacher Dario at CCM has made it fun for my sons to engage and develop their skills in piano and at a pace that makes sense for each of them! I loved seeing them performing at the recital! Thank you!
sarah isjustsarah: Instructors Yuetong and Joan are the best! I have learned so much! Thank you both 🎻
Virginia MacWilliams: My daughter is very happy to study at The California Conservatory of Music. Teacher Chris has been teaching her guitar for several months and he always positively encourages my daughter to continue improving, we really like the warm atmosphere of the school.
Emma Wang: My daughter has been studying piano with Teacher Nik for three months now, and she has truly flourished under his guidance. She thoroughly enjoys her lessons and has shown remarkable growth. Teacher Nik's patience and support have been instrumental in keeping her highly motivated and deeply passionate about learning.
Akshay Aravindan: I have been taking adult voice lessons with Breanna for the past 2 years and I have enjoyed every lesson. She is very patient and puts in a lot of effort to work on songs with me each week. I highly recommend taking lessons with her.
Mariana Schmajuk: My 8 year old has been playing piano for the last four years but has been with CMM for the last 9 months. My kiddo has made so much progress under Dario’s tutelage! He balances her desires to be creative with learning proper technique in piano playing. Working with the conservatory is really easy. We love it.
Chengchen Li: Teacher Tan is amazing and my kid has made so much progress after starting 1-1 lessons. She is more interested in playing piano and practices on her own!
Elise Sbarbori: My son is 7 and has been playing piano for over a year at CCM. We are very pleased with our experience there, and quality of the music teachers. Teacher Sean is a knowledgeable, patient, and positive music teacher who is truly thoughtful about how children learn music. Highly recommend.
Jiawei Lv: Awesome place to learn the musical instruments! The instructors are superb, they're really patient with young kids, encouraging, and make learning a fun experience. They have 2 recital opportunities every year, they're really well organized; and the staff are great and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Gordan Budimirovic: . The staff are friendly, and quickly respond to scheduling communications. I will continue to be a student of the California Conservatory of Music for years to come.
Young Baek: My 6-year-old son started a guitar lesson at CCM early this year and loves it. His teacher is so patient, flexible, and professional. The staff is very friendly and attentive all the time.
Pallavi Rao: My kids love their teachers and my older son in particular, who plays the guitar has really advanced quickly! The style of teaching is great - supportive but holding the kids accountable for practicing.
Zarmina Wartena: My son has been attending for a few years now and we have had only the best experience! The teachers are top notch and the staff have always been kind and professional. I’m so glad we are part of this community!
Dean Johnson: CCM is a great place to study music. Any instrument, any level, any age. The teachers and staff are highly skilled, infinitely patient and very friendly. I had never studied music before in any form. I decided to learn guitar at the age of 70. My hands were beaten up from years of martial arts training. I am left-handed. I told CCM all of this and they said "come on in." Now, I play everything from classical to rock. I would recommend CCM to anyone who wants to open up the wonderful world of music.
Yi Quan: It is a great place for kids to learn music!
