Philip Lum: Wow ! Walked in after speaking with Noe on the phone. He showed my wife the watch, explained it came with a 2 year international warranty. His assistant was very helpful, she also explained everything to know. My wife walked out a happy and excited customer. Great staff.
harsh vardhan: Me and wife were looking for Rolex watches and visited this store over the weekend. Toni was very accommodating; showed us different pieces and noted down the models we were interested in. To my surprise, the very next week, she had one of the watches available for purchase and was able to source another watch within a month that my wife wanted. I couldn't be any happier ! Felix: Conclusion: Refreshingly friendly staff and purchase experience. Excited to build out my collection with this local boutique! By far the better of the two Rolex retailers in San Francisco.Since meeting sales professional Ruby towards the end of last year, she was able to help me get a hold of an Explorer 36 within a reasonable time horizon. She set clear expectations and was always a friendly presence during my visits.Subsequent to my purchase, i returned a week later in a walk-in visit half an hour before closing for a bracelet adjustment. Ian and Naomi helped me out with that. Fast and easy and no fuzz.Absymal treatment from other Rolex ADs had soured the brand for me in recent years, but my experience at the Tourneau boutique has gone a long way to rehabilitate that.Additional observations:- It's probably the best use of your SA's time and your own if you plan a visit via appointment.Exhibition professional models are readily available to try on.- One or two OP 41s spotted in the cases, persumably available for walk-in sales.
Kee Pao: I was in San Francisco for a conference and stopped by the Rolex Boutique. It was my first time there. Toni accommodated me and had me try on some pieces that I was interested in. I put my name down for a Yacht-Master 40 blue dial. She told me no promises but she'll try her best. 227 days later and I got "the call". When I was there picking up, they were turning people away. Although the store looked empty, they were extremely busy and only had two sales people working that day. My suggestion is to call ahead or make an appointment. They might not pander to you like other Rolex AD's but they will deliver! Toni is now my Rolex go-to person...

After one month, just before Christmas I received a call from Ruby as told me my watch as arrived. I was very happy and lucky because this model of Rolex is very rare. Kim Dajeong: Always pleasure moment with Jesse. Jesse always makes me comfortable and gives good opinion which catches your own taste exactly. This store is very busy usually you need to make appointment before visiting. If you don't have a sales associate, I highly recommend Jesse.

It's always good to have genuinely helpful people.There's always those luxury stores that have snooty associates. I don't find this to be the case with Cartier.Update 2024: Sorry, but it seems like this place has fallen off- or maybe this is anecdotal. Maybe I'm the lucky one that got the goof up. It happens. I'll leave the 5 star rating in place but from Cartier I'm expecting a bit more-at least communication should be top notch. Dropped a watch off for service more than a month ago. No call, no email no text, no update on status, no nothing.We text the associate that helped us, she got back to us and transferred to Palo Alto. So she knew she was transferring and her clients weren't transferred to someone else? So no one was assigned our service ticket or whatever? My wife had to call herself for the update and come to find out the watch had been ready for weeks. That's not the end. We go pick it up and it was supposed to be sized. It was not. The person helping didn't apologize or anything until we started complaining and then asked if we'd like to "register" the watch again for the link removal. Well, yes! You guys didn't do the job you were supposed to! I'm not demanding in anyway but I feel this brand this, hype, this service should be tippy top. I'll see what happens. Pretty disappointed they're not on top of their service.

However, Jake and this SF Cartier really changed things for us.My bf strolled into the SF Cartier to look at watches since he wanted to get us matching ones for our anniversary. He told me how he walked in dressed in home clothes since it was one of the few moments he had for time off, expecting the SAs to be rude to him. He was pleasantly surprised to be greeted warmly at the door, offered drink and Jake spent a lot of time ensuring my bf’s surprise for me would be perfect.Apparently the Cartier VP was in store that day and Jake introduced my bf to her. After chatting with her about the story of our relationship, she gifted him a super nice bottle of champagne for us to celebrate with! Unfortunately, we moved across the country a month later and long story short the movers that went back to pack the apartment did not pack the champagne since it’s supposedly against their policy :

We made the trip down to SF the next day and was greeted by her manager Rafael who provided exceptional service.
