Jackie Kropp: I've been struggling with confusing, undiagnosed tailbone pain since I was about 8 years old. When the pain of each episode became almost unbearable in the last two years, I tried it all. My primary care provider, an orthopedist, x-rays, MRIs, special cushions - nothing gave me the answers or relief I was looking for. That was until I found Priscilla! I was originally drawn to Priscilla because of her roots in dance - and by the fact that she is a woman, making her uniquely qualified to help me finally understand the chronic pain that other practitioners dismissed. Francis Vu: and my shoulder is probably stronger than it was before my injury! She's given me a litany of advice, exercises, massages, and more for my shoulder and for general wellness. While she does provide some tough love, she's absolutely amazing at providing holistic wellness.She's kind, compassionate, and an interesting individual to talk to. Each session does feel like talking to a regular behavioral therapist while also getting the benefit of a physical therapist.I cannot recommend a physical therapist better than Dr. Priscilla. If you have a longstanding body pain or a new one, she should be the first person you see!

Jill Tiutan: TLDR - You won’t regret going to see Dr Priscilla.I first came to her about a year ago due to some discomfort in my hip, and after her diagnosis she was able to fix the issue and taught me how to prevent it from happening moving forward. After she fixed my hip issue, I decided to ask her to also fix a long standing knee pain issue that occasionally flared up. She again helped fix this issue for me and helped me identify what behaviors or environments triggered the pain, and how to both prevent and mitigate it. Since I’m feeling much better than I did before I started seeing her, I’ve continued going to her in the past year for general wellness.I work at a desk all day and didn’t have many good habits to help me take care of my physical health. During our sessions, Dr. Priscilla helped me build strength from scratch and worked on my alignment to complement my recent yoga/pilates interest. She’s also been helping me fix my tech neck and posture issues from work. Needless to say, seeing her has literally changed the way I live, and I feel my body becoming sooo much stronger and healthier – this is the best I've physically felt in ages. Elisa Garcia Anzano: . At our peak, I was doing 3-4 times of 30 mins exercise a week.Through the treatment we identified a misaligned pelvis, one of my legs shorter than the other one, ankle never recovered from breaking years back, knee had been overcompensating for it, lots of weakness on my upper torso, and in general, bad posture and lack of strength/tone. All these things were making me live in pain. Now post treatment, I have zero pain. I am, feel and look strong. If I go hiking or carry my kiddo too much, Priscilla has taught me how to “fix myself” through simple stretches and exercises. Even my mood is better/lighter as I got rid of the pain and I am more active! Priscilla’s treatment was definitely life changing for me. I can’t recommend her enough!

Phil MacEachron: Dr. Priscilla is amazing. I’ve had neck and shoulder pain for a long time, and it was made worse after a snowboarding injury a few years ago. She carefully examined me to determine what the underlying issue was, created a comprehensive plan to help me recover, and was a pleasure to work with through the recovery.My favorite thing about working with her was how thorough she was at identifying the specific weaknesses in my body that were causing me to injure myself with bad form when exercises. Matthew Flegal: When I first met with Dr. Priscilla I was coming off stem cell treatment to heal 17 torn ligaments around my right hip and dealing with painful arthritis in that hip. We worked through an intensive program of healing and training to get me from limping around to now being able to move with little to no pain. Dr. Priscilla has in depth technical knowledge and is always learning and sharing new things. I pretty much picked her name out of a long list of recommended PTs provided by my surgeon, and I couldn’t have gotten any luckier to have found her. She really cares about understanding the wellness of your whole body, and approaches healing techniques holistically. She offered multiple approaches for me to strengthen the healing bone through supplements, herbal remedies, mobility exercises, strengthening for the proximal muscles, cupping, and soft tissue manipulation.Midway through our work on my ankle Priscilla found out that I had been dealing with some shoulder joint pain for many years, and had never experienced any successful treatments. Fanny C: I loved Priscilla holistic approach to her job. I came with multiple injuries: trigger fingers, tennis elbow, shoulder tendonitis and a misplaced rib. She addressed them one by one, directly but also indirectly by strengthening weaker muscles around the area. We used manual therapy, yoga, nutrition and supplements. She videotapes all the exercises which makes it much easier to reproduce them at home. And last but not least, she’s a great human being!

Fiona Tay: Priscilla is great at what she does! I've had weak ankles for years, and sprained one badly before a trip. Dr Park helped me get it under control with a variety of exercises. She explained the exercises well and got me on the road to recovery. I was at first hesitant about in-person sessions during covid times, but I don't regret it, I felt safe at my sessions and I only wished I'd started PT earlier.

Trish Janovic: I have been to more physical therapists than I can count, and Dr. Park has been the best I've experienced. She's incredibly knowledgable and dedicated to her patients. At other places I was feeling frustrated with how often I was being seen by multiple assistants and trainers at PTs offices. At Somatic Nature, I was seen only by Dr. Park and with her different methods of massage, cupping, stretching, strengthening, and yoga, I was able to gain strength that was gone for 7 years after getting an MPFL reconstruction. Gabe Sulkes: Highly recommend Kauno for physical therapy! The team, including Tiara Dunson, Brian King, Eric Lin, Mica Flores, and Allyson Fong, are extremely knowledgeable, patient/friendly and committed to supporting clients through the recovery process. They are focused on core mechanics and lasting/sustainable techniques to maintain physical health. The facility is awesome with great equipment including weightlifting and cardio machines. They also have convenient bike parking inside and a banging music playlist on their Sonos speakers. Finally, they take most insurance and have great appointment availability. Go check out Kauno!

Dan Dascalescu: .This was really impressive, and I'm a skeptical type that's hard to impress. There's a change that my pain would've resolved on its own in about the same time, but the exercises did help in the moment - as in, after I performed them at Kauno, the pain did go away.Other than that, the place is clean, has a variety of equipment, and results-oriented: I never felt pushed to keep coming back. The exercises were sent via an app that helps you follow along.To clarify the scope - as with any PT service, they focus on restoring normal function, so if you need help with stretching or anything performance-related, you'll need to go elsewhere. But for physical therapy, Kauno was excellent!

Marina Tai: I have been going to PHRC for almost two months now after being referred by my urologist. I had no idea on how to approach my pelvic pain and had a very uncertain diagnosis of interstitial cystitis. My PT, Nicole Davis, is a wonderful professional who was able to clear many of my doubts. She came up with a plan which includes our sessions at the clinic, plus in-home exercises and relaxation/breathing techniques. I had a great deal of relief and each time I go back I feel the difference. Highly recommend.

I have been to PT several times and after a couple of sessions I would lose interest because I felt I wasn't benefiting from them.Now I am facing knee surgery and thought I should give PT a try first. Because of my past experiences, at first I was reluctant to try it. Kylene, my physical therapist, is excellent. She is very experienced and so knowledgeable that I'm even motivated to do my exercises while at home. Bryn Smith: I called up SSP and was able to get an appointment with physical therapist Anna Wong a few days later. Anna Wong was easy to talk to and along with the great staff, skillfully helped me with my back pain issues. When I later needed to get help with emergent shoulder rotator pain, they quickly assisted me with that as well. The combination of exercise, physical manipulation of the affected parts, and heated electro stimulation, I was soon on the road to better handle my physical issues.

Letao Chen: I dislocated my shoulder last September and my doctor referred me to SOMA sport and physio. The staff and my PT doctor are very friendly, patient and helpful. With their help and treatment, I was able to get back to normal activity sooner than I expected. Strongly recommend.

Tracy Meng: , so I was really anxious for my shoulders to heal and I wasn’t making any progress with just doing PT on my own. I saw Julian as I had seen him previously for a ski injury and my knee healed well under Julian’s PT support. Julian not only had me do exercises but also did hands on manipulation of my shoulders — the sessions were super painful but after a few sessions I could feel the difference and my shoulders were gaining mobility. Julian’s dry humor helped lighten the mood and the PT assistants were great at adjusting to my needs in helping me do exercises and ice afterwards. It’s more expensive than other PTs and out of network with my insurance but so worth it — each 1 hour session here was so much more valuable than 2 30 min sessions at another practice. After a few months of sessions with him combined with massage therapy, I was healed just in time for my third trimester of pregnancy. I’m so grateful to Julian for what he did to accelerate my healing, and will go back for any other PT needs

Mitchell Frauenheim: This is long overdue; I rehab'd a shoulder sprain with Dr. Julian Cisneros about 8 months ago. I had 2 sessions a week for 3 or 4 weeks. Julian was great! He helped me understand my injury and the timeline for getting back into activities that I was sidelined from. Now I'm weight lifting and playing ultimate frisbee again pain-free. Throughout the process, I worked with aides Brian, Deji, and Jessica. Each of them was fantastic at guiding me through my exercises, correcting my mistakes, and helping me get back to 100%. I can't thank Julian and everyone else enough for helping my shoulder get to where it is today.

He always takes the time to educate me and is patient with my millions of questions.I get a good amount of time with the PT at each session, and the PT assistants are also great. Deji makes me laugh and celebrates my wins. Brian geeks out with me about powerlifting. Priscilla is kind but strict about form, to make sure I'm getting better as quickly as possible. Danielle pumps me up with encouragement.The facility takes covid mitigation seriously - masks are still required and ventilation in the space seems good. It feels like a gym more so than a doctor's office, which is comforting for a gym rat like me. Appointment scheduling is easy. The temperature in there can vary a lot, so you might want to bring layers.Thanks, Soma Sport & Physio team! I hope not to be back. 🤣 But I'll keep telling everyone else you're great.

I got a strained calf during my training program for my first half marathon and I was really concerned I may not be able to be back in running shape in the 6 weeks before the race. But Anna quickly got me back to running without pain and helped support me and get me stronger throughout my training. I feel way better than I could have expected going in! The whole office is a really great training environment and the team is very skilled and competent. I was very sad to move away and not be able to keep going!

Dr. Anna Wong and Deji were especially helpful in rehabilitating my knee after a tibial spine fixation and meniscus repair surgery.

Ally Swain: Came to SOMA Sport and Physio wanting to try and avoid another surgery for an old injury. The difference after going for a few months was amazing- less pain, muscle growth in previously atrophied places, and improved range of motion. But even with the huge improvements I still had pain. So I ended up getting the surgery and went back after. I’m just about to finish up PT and am no longer limited by any activity and am pain free.Anna was great through the whole process giving me a variety of exercises every week that kept PT fun and helped me make progress every week.

She makes you feel very comfortable and we had a lot of nice conversations during our sessions!
