Béatrice Monat: I’m visiting San Francisco and was looking for a place to work out. Patricia kindly answered all my questions and helped me book my first class this morning. The class was absolutely amazing!! This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a pole studio
Pippi Jones: Absolutely, love this place and the teachers. Very clean and large space with a welcoming atmosphere and knowledge staff.
Patti Weiss: Teachers were great and so helpful.
Nika Sepehri: I started taking Aerial classes for the first time about 9 months ago and I can’t recommend it enough! Deborah has been an amazing instructor, she always makes sure to give instructions that everyone can follow no matter their background in silks, and she is always willing to correct/help you whenever you need it. The SF pole and dance space is very welcoming and friendly, and I always look forward to the next class. Thank you Deborah and SF pole and dance for these amazing classes!
Charles Philpot: Came here for some classes when I was on holiday and it was amazing. Lovely receptionist, lovely studio and instructors. Poles are so so so tall, gorgeous mirrors and good flooring. Highly recommend!
Mama Tety: AND super strong. The best part is I was able to get a trick that I hadn’t been able to do before. She broke it down in a way that really made sense to me. Yay!!
Sarah Hersey: is a knockout and has been instrumental in guiding me here. She is extremely knowledgeable and so kind as an instructor, and I love bringing friends who are pole-curious to her beginning classes. And Yoko! Yoko's choreo classes keep me dancing in my seat all week. Get yourself to her class asap! I love bringing friends who have their heel legs to Yoko's flow classes, they are so much fun, and Yoko's choreography is absolutely gorgeous.Thank you SFP&D for the amazing, safe and beautiful space. And thank you to the amazing teachers who give us their time!
Jessica Nicolet: I’m not sure words can adequately express how much I love this studio and the people who make up its community! From the first time I walked into the SF studio I felt supported and safe to explore and learn, no matter how little experience I came in with, how I looked or who I was. I have absolutely fallen in love with pole dancing and so much of that is due to the amazing community and its phenomenal teachers and staff!I especially want to shout out:Karina for being the best hype-woman there is at 8:30 on a Tuesday morning and being an absolute joy to learn from!Christy is my pole mama and I have learned so much from her in the past 11 months- from the way she breaks down moves into manageable pieces, conditions the sh*t out of you, and cheers you on relentlessly.Maddie is truly masterful with her choreography and made it so easy to pick up the sequence when a group of us did the Fall showcase, and made me feel so badass doing it too.TLDR: every teacher here is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in their students’ success, whatever that looks like for each individual. This studio is incredible, try out a class- you won’t be disappointed!
JR: Jenna is incredibly welcoming at the front desk! Classes with Kyra, Lisa, and Maddie are always INSANELY fun and they really make me feel good about myself! LOVE them!!
Lindsay Dilworth: I love this studio and these people! Classes are fun and challenging--a good workout without feeling like a workout, plus great music. Daisy is my favorite choreo teacher, love the slow flow 333
Michael Tepper: I had the chance to attend a student showcase tonight and wanted to thank Jenna who was working in the front desk for making the check in process so easy! I was a little lost going up trying to find the location but was welcomed by the friendly host and checked into the event smoothly. Thank you!
Elena Vaskovskaia: I’ve been going to this studio for almost a year now, and I totally love everything about it: cool and trendy space, friendly atmosphere, wide variety of classes to choose from, but most importantly — amazing and knowledgeable instructors!!I would especially recommend any of the Os’s classes— he is always extra-attentive to all the details, breaking down the material to such small pieces that your progress, safe for your body, is guaranteed!
Gaby Rosales: I really love Mae Mae's classes. She explains the exercises and tricks in detail so you know exactly how to move. You get better each time!
Mutya Mithi Del Rosario: I also love Aby's style of dancing so much that I've started taking private classes with her regularly, in addition to her Heels Choreo classes. She has really helped me build my strength and my confidence in pole! She is great at correcting me and teaching me good technique, and she is always cheering me on. :
Phiphi Cupcake: She's also super encouraging and she has such fun and positive energy!

Gabrielle Ilenstine: Took their $10 pole intro class as a first time beginner and absolutely LOVED it. Immediately signed up for their 3-class trial deal. I've had a different instructor each time and they are all incredible. Very kind, knowledgeable, fun, and helpful! Absolutely love this studio and am eager to take more classes.
Kathleen Mulhearn: Would recommend for first time people or those who don’t work out regularly or at all like me. Very open and inviting place, instructor was fun, helpful and relaxed. Decent price for the time and space. Great option to do alone or with friends.
Natawut Monaikul: , and you get to meet other great folks. Feels like you're going on a grand journey together :
Isabella Enriquez: have had amazing energy and have been super helpful in my pole journey.
Alexa Schulte: What a great experience - I started coming here with limited pole background and zero other aerial experience. The instructors and community are so helpful, warm, and welcoming. Each teacher has breakdowns of every move and progressions to work toward harder moves alongside helpful cueing and spotting . I’d highly recommend any class here.
Kristen Fang: Love this studio! Often times I can get my own pole and not have to share, which allows me to get more out of each class. All the instructors are great—especially Kyra, Vix , and Patricia. They also have affordable intro options if you just want to give this studio a try.

Eva Pagneux: I’ve been a member for a year, I came curious about connecting with my feminity and sensuality and I’m staying for the community of amazing women and the personal growth I’ve seen in and out of the studio. Such a supportive community of women where I feel comfortable to not only express myself, but also explore beyond anything I thought i was capable of. Thank you for existing 💕
Nora Spalholz: My experience at Sisters in Motion was excellent! I really appreciated Jennie's guidance and care throughout my orientation class. She is graceful, powerful, patient, and encouraging. I also loved all the language around expanding, taking up space, and touching our bodies as we moved. Their focus on female empowerment through movement and community is so vital.
Shan Ren: There are two types of activities in life: energy draining vs energy charging. Energy draining is that feeling when you respond to an email that annoys you to the bone; energy charging is what's left after a soul-satisfying brunch with friends. Let me tell you, my experience at Sisters in Motion has been nothing short of 100% energy charging and soul-fulfilling.Walking through the doors of Sisters in Motion isn't just stepping into a room with poles; it's like entering a space where strength is built, confidence soars, and you're surrounded by a community of supportive women who just get it. The vibe here? It's all about unlocking my potential. The strength-building aspect is phenomenal. The routines challenge my body in ways I never thought possible, sculpting muscles I didn't know existed. It's not just a workout; it's my journey to discover the powerhouse within.Beyond the physical, Sisters in Motion is a haven for confidence building. The instructors create an environment where I feel not just accepted, but celebrated for who I am. Every spin and twirl becomes a testament to my growing confidence. What truly sets this place apart is the sense of community. Surrounded by like-minded women on a similar journey, I'm not just learning to dance; I'm forming connections that extend beyond the studio. The encouragement, shared victories, and camaraderie make Sisters in Motion a community like no other. In a world full of energy-draining activities, Sisters in Motion is my go-to for that boost of energy charging positivity. It's not just a dance studio; it's a sanctuary where strength is built, confidence soars, and a community of supportive women flourishes. Here, every spin becomes a step toward a stronger, more empowered me.
Alex Holiday: Sisters in Motion changes lives! It certainly changed mine. It's where I've learned to feel good in my body, and empowered in my sensuality. If you are considering taking a class, DO IT! It's the best. I am grateful this studio came into my life. 3
Emily Zisman: . I can’t think of any other place that offers this kind of sensual movement meditation and community practice and I encourage anyone who is curious to go all the way there.
Alicia Roberts: This pole studio is unlike any others! I’ve been going for 7 years and it’s been life changing. Yes you learn pole but you also learn the magic and power of your feminine body and curves. The community of women at the studio is incredible. It’s a safe sacred place to explore erotic embodiment through dance and pole. I’m an eternally grateful for this practice and community
Alyssa Tennant: Dancing here every Wednesday is the highlight of my week. As an embodiment coach myself this is where I come to tap in and fill myself up so I can be the best me elsewhere in my life.
Elise May: This studio is actively changing my life as a woman.I came to the studio through a friend who shared with me that she was in an "erotic dance group for women". Little did I know when I arrived, it was pole dancing! I met with Kerry Anne for a private orientation and was open to the movement and my body LOVED IT.It's been 3 months since and my main teacher, Brianne, is just an incredible gem and goddess. This class is the only place I feel safe to explore and play with my sexual energy in the safety of other women who are all cheering me and my beauty on as I cheer on theirs. With each dance class, I am slowly shedding the layers of judgment on myself and others, that my body "needs" to look a certain way to show up and dance like this. When I see how beuatiful the other women are, I see more of my beauty too. And it's a gift and a privilege to witness and support these women in their dance!I feel more confident and more open in my erotic body than I ever have in my whole life. And I'm having so much FUN!!!! in the process!! Thank you Kerry Ann, Brianne, Rio, Whitney, Theresa, Maya, and all the staff and students at Sisters in Motion. This place is a literal Goddess temple and I'm blessed to be a part of it.
