Siphan: is also a great advantage. The majority of the projects we worked on proved quite helpful for my first professional experience in IT; first as an SRE trainee, and now as a developer
V: Very good school for coding in a very startup spirit!
Connor Brereton: Took a tour of the facilities, looks interesting.
Paul Enriquez: The support and motivation here is INSPIRATIONAL !!!
Michelle Lai: throughout the 2 year program. The opportunities available to graduates who have a broader base of knowledge and highly developed soft skills are future-proof!
Ghostwax: This not a bootcamp, its a subsidized recruiting organization.
nicholas boutboul: Learning how to learn instead of learning how to Javascript. Best coding school NA

Alan Barr: Just had a fabulous session with Zak. I have been searching for weeks for a tutor to teach me the basics of rotating and manipulating 3D point clouds in AutoCAD...seemed like nobody on the planet knew how to do this. In an hour, Zak taught me the fundamentals of using the ucs commands to do exactly what I needed to learn to work with these point clouds. Highly recommended!
Team Workroom: Learning CAD has been a desire of ours for a long time but we have been overwhelmed by beginning the process. Zak made the barrier to entry totally dissipate and made learning the program AN ABSOLUTE JOY and incredibly easy. His teaching style is approachable and makes learning a very complex program not intimating in the slightest. He was so incredibly patient during our sessions and built such a strong foundation for us to continue learning on our own. We left our sessions feeling confident and empowered to continue building upon the foundation learned in the class. He is so knowledgable and has taken the long route of thoroughly learning so many programs to offer his students shortcuts that cannot be beat...he really is THE short cut king. On top of this, he is a wonderful person and really did make learning so much fun. We looked so forward to our Friday sessions with Zak! The same praise comes from our other two colleagues who took a Sketch-Up Course with him. Zak is the best and if you need to learn a program, your search is over, folks.
Constanza Scholl: also how the industry uses it on different workflows. I will highly recommend them! 5 stars
Nina Hardy: Zak and Chris are both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable instructors who genuinely care about the success and happiness of their clients. I’ve done one-on-one tutoring with Zak to learn SketchUp, and one-on-one tutoring with Chris to learn AutoCAD. I opted for tutoring versus classes because I wanted to move at an accelerated pace and I had specific goals/objectives that I wanted to achieve. Both Zak and Chris were able to adapt the material to my learning style and pace with ease.In both instances, Zak took the time to speak with me over the phone about my specific needs and goals, to answer all of my questions up front, and to get me scheduled. In both tutoring sessions, Zak and Chris were able to teach me effectively and thoroughly – they have concise and logical lesson plans and teaching styles that make the material fun and engaging. I cannot believe how much I learned from them in these sessions!CADSimplified deserves more than 5 stars.
Cornelia Haber: Zak was my Revit tutor; he teaches with patience, focus and mindfulness. He has a very deep understanding and technical knowledge of Revit, Autocad, and all Autodesk products.Recently I upgraded to the latest Architectural Suite, and ran into some issues. I knew there is only one person who could sort it out. As expected, Zak helped me solve the problem, saving me many hours of unnecessary work. All with the same personal grace and professional efficiency.CAD Simplified is truly standing by the name.
Alicia Vasquez: I Took the Revit Basic & Advance Class, so proud that I found Cad Simplified, because of the Best Teacher I ever meed. I took classes of Revit before, but nothing like this very good essence of the most important topics that definitely are going to be handy for you in the future. Having Zack as a teacher is the best you could ever want in one training as short but concrete as this first and Advanced Revit Course, I do highly recommend it, he is not like typical instructor that stays by the schedule, he makes sure that all the tools he is given you are going to be helpful for each one of us in the hole group of students, ah ! That's another good quality: keeping it simple-not more than 7 student per class, Having a much more personalized service, for me that's amazing, very much appreciated. You could say that the price is quite high, but so worht it, can't complain about the material provided in this class, the best EVER.
Dorfman Pacific: What a great experience! Zak is an amazing instructor. He really helps you wrap your head around the 3-D concept within Sketch Up. I would recommend this class to anyone at any level.
Nicole Portet: Zak is awesome! AutoCAD was feeling like a foreign language but Zak helped explain it well and build my confidence in understanding the program. Zak is super patience and intuitively gets the program which makes his teaching that much more interesting and understandable. Zak is worth every penny!
Fountain Desk: I have an awful teacher at school so consulted Zak for help. He has been wonderful! He explains and teaches in a clear and concise manner making everything so much simpler and understandable. I highly recommend him and CAD Simplified!
Christopher Hardy: Working with Zak from Cad Simplified helped me get over the hump of working in Revit with no previous experience. Zak was fast, able to respond immediately to the specific, and rather unusual aspects of revit that I needed for my work. Couldn't give a more positive rating.
Chad Horwitz: My experience working with Cad Simplified was fantastic. Zak Bilbeisi is able to cater to individual learning styles by adjusting the way he communicates information. Prior to starting class we created a road map of what I wanted to accomplish in each lesson. Not only did Zak meet all of my goals but he also was able to go beyond my expectations. Additionally being able to interact with Zak in person made it possible for me to learn how to operate CAD efficiently. The shortcuts Zak will teach you have the ability to set you apart from the rest of CAD users. Being able to sketch quickly and accurately were the greatest lessons I learned at Cad Simplified. These lessons are hard to learn without having the ability to interact with someone like Zak who has over 15 years of experience using the software. I would highly recommend Cad Simplified to anyone looking to learn how to operate CAD efficiently in a short amount of time.
Jad Ghawi: Zak was a phenomenal teacher that was highly passionate about teaching and catered to every student's needs. His CAD Simplified class emphasized the use of shortcuts and practice to learn how to become very quick. I left the class feeling very confident about my abilities in CAD and how to use it quickly.
Amber Dorsey: . As a professional user of CAD and Revit, I recommend his services highly.
David Rasmussen: CAD Simplified has been a great experience. Zak is a very skilled instructor. With small class sizes of around six people he is always able to give one on one attention to everyone. Zak manages to keep the class moving forward at a good speed for the students that are picking things up quickly while taking the time to make sure nobody falls behind. I have completed the level 1 & 2 classes for AutoCAD at CAD Simplified and the results are incredible. After just 8 evenings I feel like I have been working in AutoCAD for many years. With a little time to refine my skills I feel that I have a very good knowledge of how to use all aspects of this complex program. One of the most important tools I learned from Zak at CAD Simplified is not just how to use the program but how to use it quickly and efficiently. Zak emphasizes the importance of using key commands and short cuts that help you move fluidly and efficiently through any program. I will be returning for more classes at CAD Simplified for the 3rd level of AutoCAD and am seriously thinking about Revit and some of the other great classes that CAD Simplified offers.Sign up for the classes. At such and affordable price and small time commitment it is well worth your while weather you are a first time user or just want to brush up on technique.
Tony Selko: I have had the pleasure of working with Zak at my current architecture firm. I have been in the field for eight years and hands down Zak is the best around when it comes to AutoCAD or Revit knowledge and training. Zak has a positive and fun attitude that makes learning enjoyable. He listens carefully to your questions and has the ability to articulate answers in a way that you truly understand. He sincerely cares about his job and goes out of his way to make it the best experience for everyone.Zak has no problem working with people of different skill levels. He assesses and custom tailors training to best suite each individual's needs. I have highly recommended him to several colleagues, who have also trained with him.Zak is definitely worth every penny and will help your company succeed. He has helped to set up and implement office standards and transitioned the firm into Revit. He has also hosted lunch and learns and after work training courses for Revit. Pretty much all of the new projects in our firm are now in Revit. If you are thinking of transitioning to Revit or just need a brush up in AutoCAD, do not hesitate to contact Zak. It will be the best decision and investment you could make!
Clarice Aguilera: If you want to learn AutoCAD or Revit your best bet is to sign up with one of Zak's classes. I learned so much more from Zak than when I signed up for an 8-week Revit course from Berkeley Extension!Zak’s classes are focused, project oriented and goes beyond the basics. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with his students. He is great at breaking concepts down to make it easier to understand. It is well worth the money to invest in yourself by taking Zak's courses, because the return is two-fold on your career. Zak is also a nice guy and a jack of all trades…that does stand up on the side.
Norman Wong: Revit has helped me immeasurably in my professional endeavors as well as the viability of the company I work for.I recommend Zak without hesitation. Whether it is CAD/BIM training or complete company-wide overhaul of CAD/BIM standards and implementation, Zak is the man.
Ocean Rogoff: What a great teacher. Professional and personable, perfect mix. Zak has energized me! I am hungry to learn all the software has to offer and with his training am well on my way!
M B: Zak is the cure!

If you have a kid who wants to learn more about how to write code in an environment filled with other kids who are also excited about code projects, I highly recommend the Coder School.

My child enjoyed learning to code through the creation of their own games. They presented their game to the parents at the conclusion of camp. Highly recommend.

Lynna, the owner of the school has invested in deeply understanding my child's learning needs and the coaches have all been fabulous.Overall, it is an environment that supports her needs from the social and understanding internet safety, to the technical aspects of coding and syntax. They have even connected her coding to what she is working on in school! She really likes the creative aspects of game building and they find the right balance of creative an technical. I owe it to the great coaches that she has continued being active in this for so long.

Myles Nye: We're so glad we started our 11 year old son at Coder School! The facility is terrific, location is convenient, and the instructors do a great job with communicating. There was a week where our child had to do his lesson remotely and they made the adjustment smoothly, and we really appreciate the post-session notes. Our son loves to learn at Coder School: we're even doing the summer camp! If you have a child who is interested in coding, this is a great place to get them involved.
Aaron Webber: . They have a pretty wide range of programs for different age groups. It's a good introduction to programming and starting with accessible projects that can be completed in a week or less helps build confidence for young kids to take on bigger projects. This year she got to bring the "micro:bit" kit she worked on home with her which is pretty cool and hopefully she will stay interested in it.
Keenan Cummings: Our kids imaginations have exploded with idea of things they can build and code. It's been amazing to see! And the school itself feels like a community. Very glad to have found it!
Saudia Ooyshee: Our 10 and 8 yo love going to coder school every week.
Sandy G: Good! Many Coach’s are UC students and they are young, energetic and enthusiastic. I hope my kid can get better and better in Coding!

James Gilfoil: We have had a great experience at the San Mateo location. The instructors are smart and friendly. Our kids are learning a lot and getting comfortable with code. And, perhaps most importantly, they look forward to each lesson. It's also worth noting that the school is very flexible with cancelations. Meng Lee: Update: we haven’t had any issues with billing for 6 months now. Kids still enjoy attending the class.Great experience for the kids. McGrail and Brynne are also very helpful being flexible with our schedule. Initially, we had some issues with the billing that took longer than expected to resolve but it was taken care of by the staff.
Kate Morgan-Chu: My son really enjoys his weekly coding lessons. He usually gets his “regular “ instructor which is great for consistency. Sometimes I ask him what he did in class and he says “not much, waited for program to load”. But then I get report from teacher and they covered a lot! Just goes to show what a 10 year old remembers.
Kasey Bernard: My son looks forward to his coding session every week. The teachers are great and he has gained confidence and skills every week. Thank you for creating a space like this for kids to learn and grow!
chau ngo: My 7yo son has been going to Coder School for about 3mo. So far he loves being able to build Minecraft & Pokemon games. The information is over my head so cannot comment on the quality. The instructors are nice and very helpful. Most importantly my son enjoys the class and we don’t have to fight about attendance.
Akindele Akinsola: My son has been attending coding classes at the Walnut Creek location and he absolutely loves it. The folks there are very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Warm greetings and receptive attitude. The coaches have the required experience and expertise with the kids. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who wants to have their children to attend coding class

They told me they wished we had put them in at an earlier age. The staff and instructors are friendly, fun and accommodating. This is one class I don’t have to drag my kids to. They look forward to it every week.
Aggie Wu: My son has a great experience in The Coder School in Walnut Creek location. Highly recommended!
Sara Shores: I can’t say enough good things about the CoderSchool! Our 12 year old son signed up for Python coding camp this summer and enjoyed it so much he did a 2nd week of camp, and now goes after school once a week. The coaches are as kind as they are skilled - he always has fun and is excited to explain what he learned in each session. The manager Magrail is especially amazing — he has helped Tyler trouble shoot his 3D printer — even keeping it over night to give it a tune up. Thank you CoderSchool!
Yana M.: McGrails coding school is spectacular. Both my sons 8 and a 13 years of age love their classes with coach Sam. They keep repeating that this is their favorite class and they are very interested and engaged.Thank you for such a wonderful job!!!
Makenna Choi: My son has really enjoyed learning coding. With personal attention to his learning speed and coding language interest, they have done a wonderful job to keep him learning while having fun.
Erica Brescia: This is Jack, and I go to the coder school, everyone has a great sense of humor. They teach you everything they know, in the shortest and most efficient ways possible. Alicia Levey: My 6 and 8 year old have been taking weekly lessons for several months. Both of them are making great progress and really enjoying the sessions. I think the instructors are doing a great job of making the lessons exciting and fun while at the same time keeping lessons challenging while at their skill level.
amanda lee: My 2 children enrolled with the Coder School at the end of Sept 2022 after spending 3 years at another coding school. No longer beginner coders, they had outgrown what their previous school had to offer and were not being challenged or learning the skills they will need to work in the field in the future. Enter the Coder School. I checked out their pathways tree and was very impressed with the languages, and more importantly, the environments that they offered to teach. Coding is about more than just a language. So we reached out and had our trial class. Things went well and the boys liked their instructor, so even though they were nervous, we made the switch. Just this week my youngest told me how much more he enjoys his new coding class. He says no only is he learning a lot, but also he has the opportunity to drive WHAT he learns and what he wants to code. The personalization is perfect. We also really appreciate that there is a virtual option in addition to in person options. Overall, I would highly recommend the Coder School for higher level coding students as well as those just starting out.
