F R: Love it!

Anna Brown: The BEST soulcycle in the city!! Warm, friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff all around. They went above and beyond explaining everything to me as a first timer. They made me feel so welcomed! I love them!

Steven Hsiao: Super upbeat location. Classes always filled

Kate Whitcomb: This place is having a renaissance moment and the instructors and amazing staff are to thank! Soul Cycle Castro is an incredible, welcoming workout environment for any fitness level. It’s a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that takes real investment from the home team to make happen- and they absolutely crush it! Celebrating bdays, ride number accomplishment, learning your name- you feel like family pretty quickly here. Can’t wait for another great year with this crew!

ALONSO AGILA: All the streets are beautiful, very colorful and safe.

Lauri Label: This studio is amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I always feel safe here.Beginners are welcome and will love the class, I just highly recommend making sure to come early to set up the bike and settle in!I have never had a class I didn’t like here at SoulCycle Castro! My fav classes so far have been with Jarreau and Marissa, but you can’t go wrong with anyone. Thank you for creating this beautiful space 💛

Rachel Levy: Love taking classes here. Front desk staff and instructors are all super friendly and welcoming.

Danna Sadetsky: Castro is the the warmest, inclusive, and fun studio!

Alexandra Gambardella: Best front desk staff and instructors!!

Kira Wolpert: I have been going consistently to soulcycle Castro for almost a year now and I have such a blast every time I go! I would say my favorite instructor but they all have such fun energy and their own styles and Ive learn something different about technique from each of them. They also have their own unique DJing which really adds to the class. Devin loves his 80s throwbacks, Marissa loves her pop and rap, Joe is a TS bestie, Casey is an Odesza fan, Chris loves his EDM, Paula is always making funny comparisons of weights time like getting off the waitlist at your favorite restaurant and so much more! I’ve been to soulcycle in 4 cities and this is by far my favorite. The front desk is always so nice and helpful. Will keep coming!

Chris Witmer: Good vibes at this location and fun instructors 💪

Alexander Crisel: Best soul cycle studio hands down.

Andrew Estrada: This place is awesome!!

Neide Oliveira: Amazing experience! The bikes are very good! We really enjoy

Andre Jacobovitz: Toro is amazing holster.I had a small problem with my bike. He immediately changed it to a perfect one. So, I strongly recommend this location if you think to rent a bike.

Rami Abukalam: Toro was fantastic, let me try a few bikes, ended up very satisfied. He gave me great tips on routing and was really patient while I was figuring things out. Helpful and friendly, thanks Toro!

Lynn Pitblado: Totally recommend the electric bikes and going to Tiburon then getting ferry back. 31Km to Tiburon, taking you a very lovely scenic route and over the Golden Gate Bridge. Great photo opportunities along the way and the bikes made it really easy!Staff at Blazing Saddles couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful too

Chad Gordon: Great friendly service and bikes that are kept in top notch condition. Loved our experience with this company and our bike excursion.

Oriela Medellin Amieiro: Great bikes ! Perfect for the hills and the kid attachment was great for my two year old .This is the second time I take them in this trip and Toro helped me with the bikes

Eric Ballotta: This shop is in a SF landmark building “Tower Record’s “ Original San Francisco Location store #2.The building still has the original tower with neon, space needle, the entrance still has the epic Yellow and Red framing.Definitely a place with memories for many.Come rent some bikes and check the building out!

Andy Sharp: After researching various bike rental places in San Francisco we decided to book with basically free bike rentals, it was the best decision of our US holiday! Great service provided by Rich, who advised us to rent electric bikes, and great advice it was too. Amazing day cycling across the golden gate bridge to Sausilito and back, a must for any visitors to SF. We used the voucher Rich gave us in the sports basement the next day, and ended up getting $130 worth of clothing for free. Excellent service and would recommend thoroughly... no brainer!

Thomas Ho: Been recommended this place to rent a bike in San Fran to ride the Golden Gate bridge. Get an electric bike! it makes it so much easierBest thing about this company to hire is...that you basically pay $65 to rent a bike, you can get $65 to spend at their warehouse.IT'S SUCH A GOOD DEAL! it's a sports warehouse, you can buy anything from shirts, to shoes to bikes. I highly recommend and try to pedal up to Battery spencer

Hyejin Oh: You can purchase sports equipment with a voucher equal to the rental amount. The bike was in good condition so I had a good time riding it.

T chen: The staff wasn't very friendly when I first rented it, but the person I saw when I returned it was friendly. You cannot return it in Sausalito. The price is about 10 dollars more expensive than the more backward places, but it's a shame to buy sports equipment with borrowed money. It's a really big place that has all the brands, so it's great. I shopped for an hour haha. I thought I wouldn't have anything to buy, and the electric bike was heavy, so I rented it, but I rode the electric bike to the outlet store. Good to go and buy shoe hoods, etc. The condition of the bike was better than other places.

Oskar Tony Gutierrez Perdomo: Basically Free Bike Rentals & Tour is the best place to rent a bike in San Francisco. The experience was aweson! The staff was friendly and helpful and the store nice

Yuta Matsunaga: The staff is friendly and supportive. I'm from Japan and I can't speak English well, so he spoke slowly and explained clearly.

Elaine Turner: Sounds too good to be true but isn't! You genuinely get $80 of credit for Sports Basement when you hire two sports hybrid bikes for the day. When we went to spend the credit we were told we still had a further $20 to spend because one of our picks was on sale. Couldn't believe they were actively telling us to go pick out something else for free!! No catches, we got really good stuff in the shop and our bikes then basically for free! Really good quality bikes, very easy to ride. Such a good decision to hire them - no better way to see the city.

James “Freshman_GM”: These people are awesome. And they have a nutty tight-rope walker I told my son is his California twin.

J MN: This was one of the best activities we could have chosen for the day in San Francisco, but our absolute BEST decision was getting our bikes from Basically Free Bike Rentals! From the start, Rich was awesome! He worked with us to select our bike and schedule our rental. His best advice: electric assist bike. It was a MUST for the ride; we went on a all day ride exploring SF without having to completely exert ourselves. The credit at Sports Basement was great—make sure you plan time for adequate shopping—the place is HUGE! Great bikes and a great ride for the day—thanks to Rich and his staff for an effortless bike rental experience! Looking forward to our next visit and bike adventure!

Sankalp Gupta: Its amazing and incredible. Full credit usable at the store, no fine print.

B Soley: Very straightforward. Good bikes. Easy streamlined bike rental process. Helpful staff. Great mission.

Andy Ng: This is my third time doing SoulCycle and my third studio, and I had a great experience. I did the NYE SoulSurvivor workout with Kamelle and they were fun, fresh, and fabulous. Never have I sweated so much during a class and felt great afterwards.Staff were friendly and I had good interactions with all of them during my time. They have plenty of lockers, four individual restrooms, and two showers stocked with towels and amenities for post-workout refreshment. Since showers are minimal, please be mindful of others and make it a quick rinse. Our class started 5 minutes late which seems to be a reoccurrence at this studio. Be mindful of this if you're planning on dropping by this location for a workout.

Anna Brown: Baylee was amazing, great atmosphere, helpful staff. Front desk was off putting and not really welcoming to me but besides that the class was amazing!

Gabrielle Garzon: Very cool

Shelby Anderson: Catherine. Camel. Sierra. Baylee.Just ride 🔥

ILIANA GUARIRAPA SHEETZ: Took a class with Garret and he was great. When I come back to SF, I’ll definitely come back to take his class. This location is beautiful as well, very clean and the front desk was very helpful.

Damien: My First Soul Ride at Union with Kamelle on Bike #27 whoop! I’m usually outside waterbiking and cycling through the city on my road bike, but this experience at Soul Cycle was fantastic. Music, choreography, fun mood lighting with expert instructors that are welcoming, fun, energetic, and got me into my happy sweaty place. I’ll be back ready for action, really soon!✔️ Friendly and informative staff✔️Clean changing area✔️Lockers to meet your junk✔️Filtered water✔️Cycling shoes and towels✔️All the latest soul gear in their boutique

Natalie: I went to the Y2K class and it was great. What I liked:The energy was incredibleThe rundown for the machine was thorough and very helpful. I felt very comfortable on the machine and on what my specific bike setup would be.I enjoyed the loud music and dark lights as I felt I could truly let go and be myself. They lent me the shoes for free for my first visit. As an added bonus, the bathrooms and showers are immaculate. I checked before and after the workout and both times there was a bathroom and a shower available. What I didn’t like:As someone with sensory issues I would have liked a warning of the lighting and volume in the room. It was truly deafeningly loud. I accustomed to it but I think it would be good practice as part of the intro for first timers.

Constance Lien: Jacq’s classes were my favorite! Loved her charisma & energy, best in town.

Chloe Becker: Amazing staff, teachers and riders! A good Cow Hollow staple.

Lily Yee: Nice facilities, great instructors, friendly staff. Luigi is awesome!

Selina Wiesinger: Great

Nico Bauer: . The transaction was smooth.

Sonia B: They are super nice and quick. We had a problem with a different bike rental company and this store sort it easily. The bike was in good conditions, specially the breaks!

Marty Reto: Super Service. We reserved the bikes in advance for $32 instead of $40 per bikeI can only recommend it

Sandra Casier: We decided at short notice to rent bikes for a few hours to ride over the Golden Gate Bridge. Golden Gate Bridge Bike Rentals is about 20 minutes by bike from the Golden Gate Bridge and is therefore in a good location. In 5 minutes you can cycle to the water and cycle along beautiful cycle paths. We reserved the bikes online 30 minutes in advance, so a bike cost $32 instead of $40 for one day. It took less than 5 minutes before we had our bikes and helmets. The service was quick and friendly. As a woman, I also had a men's bike, otherwise the bikes were in good condition and had well-functioning brakes. We had a nice bike tour and are very satisfied. Returning the bikes was super quick and easy.

Aaron Shumway: Easy rental, good bikes, and a great ride!

Jorge Garcia: Super good...good service...recommended

Abner Isep: Very good trip, I recommend you go!! They are going to have fun with an electric bike! Thank you golden gate bridge bike rentals

Alexis Pineda: Very good place

Brayan De leon: The bikes are good and they provide good service...

Chris Spurlock: . Would highly recommend, it was great for biking across the golden gate and around the Presidio.

Marvin Hsu: I and my girl friend reserved golden gate bikes for Saturday. Unfortunately, the weather prediction reports it will be a rainy day. I make a phone call to cancel my reservation. The service is quick and straight. He told me that I am all set and refund my money in less than 10 sec. It’s that quick. I like it a lot.😃I will definitely choose this rental bike the next time.

Lori Baril: Yesterday, my husband and I rented E bikes from Golden Gate Bridge bike rentals! They were located directly across from our hotel, so we thought it was natural to rent from them. We rented reserved and paid online before we arrived. That process was easy. We arrived between 9 and 10 AM and there was a little lineup of people waiting to get on their bikes. One young fellow was running the whole show. He did an amazing job of getting people’s info and getting them going on their bikes. we were very impressed with our E bikes. They were in good condition, and my husband noticed that the young fellow really did give the bikes a once over before he gave them to the customers. Our bikes were in great shape and the batteries held all day.We would definitely rent from them again.

Sarah Buchner: Man kann online reservieren. Dann gibt es 20%. Man kann die Fahrräder noch extra versichern. Man bekommt Helme gestellt.

robert kreib: Super friendly owner here, gave us lots of great info on where to go, great pricing for a full day rental, and bikes worked great! Highly recommend

Matthias Wittwer: Very friendly and great tips for your stay in San Francisco. We can only recommend renting the bikes from Gary.

Ilaria Decaro: Thanks Gary for your advise, your expertise and support!See you soon.Ilaria

Nicole Moosbrugger: A family-run business with a great price-performance ratio! The reception at Outspoken was more than just friendly and we opted for 2 normal bikes with no frills! The exact route was shown to us on a map and explained to us. It was an adventure cycling along the San Francisco coast and crossing the Golden Gate Bridge! We planned our tour to Sausalito and back. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely visit Gary and his family again to book a tour!!! Thank you for your work and service. It was a real pleasure for us to get to know you.

Adriaan Aarts: and well maintained as you might expect from the owner being a passionate biker himself

Peter Valdez: We had an excellent experience here! Gary was helpful and very friendly, providing us with great tips about the area along our planned trip to Sausalito from Fisherman's Wharf. He made sure our bikes fit us well and provided us a spare tube and pump in case we had a flat tire. The bikes were in great condition and were very comfortable for the entire ride. Gary promised us a great experience and he delivered! Return was easy and price is perfect.

Sascha: Gary is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable AND competitively priced

Andreas Gehrer: Very friendly and familiar bike rental. We had a very nice time and everthing was working very well. We got very good inspirations for our trip and had nice talks with gary and his family. When we are here again we definitly come back!

Hung T: Easy to book online, price seems better than all other competitiors.Friendly service upon pick up and drop off.Best location to hire your bike is at the ferry building if you are staying close by. After we got off the ferry, return the bike just outside there's plenty of cafes and food options to relax after some riding.

Sven Stöttinger: Very friendly and helpful employee with good knowledge about nice tours through the city. However, next time I would not go for the cheapest bike option.

Felix whereareyou: Easy online booking includes 20% discount, collection of the bikes at the ferry building was really quick and convenient.Good bikes and efficient service, will use again.Be sure to get to the ferry line in Salsolito in good time as on busy days you can wait for an hour to board.

Darren M.: Quick and easy bike rental which included the option to drop off at Fisherman's Wharf. The bikes were fine although pretty old. Did the job though.

JC Baltz Wildblueyonder: Great bikes easy ride to Sausalito and bike Enjoy!

Betty Tobin: but Carl and Suhail are so welcoming and the beginner class has become my favorite exercise of the week!! Instead of intimidating and overwhelming, this place is SO encouraging and supportive. The style of the circuit cycle classes is such a perfect combination of really giving it all you’ve got but also listening to your body, encouraging and supportive! No competition except with yourself. From taking the time to check in with each person at the beginning of class about bike positions to checking in throughout the cycle, it’s overall just such a great experience.I definitely never thought I would be so into spin classes but they make the experience completely fantastic! The facilities are great and very well kept, clean lockers, bathrooms showers. The cherry on top has been the “pop music” rides and especially the Taylor Swift ride- you BET I was cycling so fast you could call ME the getaway car 😎

Ariel: as well as quality soap products.I’ve only ever taken the Circuit class with Carl and he was made to for this line of work - so supportive and respectful

Michele Ranta: PHENOMENAL workout studio! Great class options. I loved the spinning class. It’s fun and challenging like most, but the upper body workout was super cool. The space has great amenities including showers. The owner and staff make you smile! It’s a wonderful thing. 😅

Fabi Letter: I would give them a 10000 star review if I could. For their outstanding service! Every time I come to wheel house I can immediately relax and feel like I am in my oasis, because everyone that works here is constantly making sure that your whole experience from start to finish is amazing. They give the extra mile that no other similar business gives. When I moved to the city I tried quite few indoor cycling studios, but Wheel House definitely stood out in every aspect. Im so happy I have found them.

Emily Serleth: I simply love Wheel House. This studio is so much more than a place to work out: it’s a supportive community built by owners Carl and Suhail and every time I step into Wheel House, my mood improves.Carl’s indoor cycling class is what keeps me coming back - and has for years now. His energy and passion on the bike is contagious! The yoga and strength classes at Wheel House are also challenging and fun!Take as many classes here as you can!

Eva Caisse: Love Emma‘s Saturday morning wake up flow class! I always leave feeling refreshed and energized!🌞

Esha Chaturvedi: Indoor cycle sessions with Carl are just great! The studio is really well set up and the staff is helpful and friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Pramudit Agarwal: Everything about this place is top-notch, the infrastructure, trainers, music, and the overall vibe. I have never been more motivated to continue with the same cycling class/location, and highly recommend it above all of the corporate chains!

Fozia Saleem: . I also find that I work harder when the instructor is talking normally, instead of high-pitched and overexcited lol. By far the best facility around from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. Loved it !!

Shazia Mushtaq: Wow! It was my first live stream class today with Carl doing the sculpt class. It was such an amazing class, within 5 minutes of the lesson I was sweating and could feel my heartbeat pumping so fast.. the instructor waS brilliant and really made me work hard. I've tried many you tube videos, where I've just given up, but there was no way out with Carl. I've already booked my next few classes and I suggest you do too. Thanks Carl and Suhail. Keep up the great work xxx

Tristan Ballard: Great spin classes with a couple different instructors. I haven't tried the other yoga/TRX/core classes yet. Prices are far more reasonable than Soul Cycle, without all the crowding. Plus you get to support a small, local business. Classes and staff are also welcoming to newcomers and much less intimidating I think than Soul Cycle, which can be a bit of a cultish vibe.Masks are not currently required, though you are welcome to wear one, and everyone including instructors is fully vaccinated.

Samuel Shain: I absolutely LOVE Wheelhouse! Carl and Suhail are incredibly supportive, motivational, and friendly owners; they inspire me to bring my best self to every single workout. I recommend this place to everyone without any reservations! Come check out the amazing studio for yourself! 😃

Arta Lahiji: I just love love wheelhouse. I love that they everything I look for in a spin studio. And the new outdoor spin classes are just awesome. It’s so nice to be doing what I love to do on a bike outdoors. The fresh air is amazing and it’s so nice to see wheelhouse back in action keeping us healthy and doing it responsibly! I did the 5:30 outdoor spin class and it was so cathartic to be back on a bike. They had wireless headsets which played music and we could hear the instructor which was perfect!Carl and Suhail are always so welcoming and pleasant! As is everyone else there who always welcome you with positive energy!Their facilities are always immaculately clean including their showers and locker rooms. No charge for towels. Parking validation included. And the instructors are so enthusiastic and pump me up!Just love wheelhouse!Happy to see them back in action! !

Agnieszka Szefer: Awesome instructors and classes! I love spinning classes, especially with Carl and flexline classes are the best workout classes I've found in the city so far.

Valeska Granados-Dickopp: I think these guys are the example for other gyms and fitness centers. They are super flexible- their class packages never expire, they have amazing amenities, run contests year-round to keep you motivated, have specials throughout the year, play amazing music to inspire you to work hard, and hire the best people! I unfortunately don't work close by anymore so it's hard to make it, but I try as I miss their awesome array of classes. Keep up the amazing work!

Irina K: Best yoga instructors, very convenient schedule and location, clean showers. Love it

Sarah Mortier: Had a great time during the class! Be prepared to sweat for 45 minutes

Jérémy FONTERAY: Team is very friendly and coach fantastic for training

Shirley Sy: Loved the class and great instructor but facilities are a bit old and they don’t have nice amenities like other spin studios

James Lombardo: …yet, I drop in when I travel. Staff, both online customer service & in studio were so helpful. They sorted out my old account and Sierra’s class is a must, she’s welcoming, challenging but fair and is a lot of fun in Class. Cheers & Thank you Soma

Hailey Musselman: Not my favorite spin but pretty good. Classes are very expensive compared to some alternatives. Teachers are consistently good but the music isn't fully my taste; it can be less energetic and I miss the big house and hip hop beats that are predominant in other classes. The app can be a bit finicky to book through as It's kind of easy to accidentally book yourself into a class you were just browsing. You can rent shoes at the studio if you don't have your own.

Lucia Campbell: but then the instructor talking loudly over with a mic is a lot. I had a hard time understanding the instructor but I was able to follow along with cues from the rest of the class. Overall, a lot of fun! But just be prepared to enter a dark room with flashing lights and loud music for your workout 😆

Megan Johnson: Paula is the best!

Alice Mylaeus: What an experience! You pay 30USD for one class and get shoes, fiji water and a towel included. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The class was cool and challenging, for my taste the music/microphone was a bit too loud.

Christian Junge: If you ever wondered what doing a spin workout in a dark, crowded, and loud nightclub would be like, look no further. Definitely not my thing, but the staff and the facilities were great.

Gillian Hughes: Incredible

Grace Nicolas -Kim: I highly recommend this place , especially take Auburn’s class if you are not a beginner. Her class is awesome , she is able to correct your forms while engaging with whole class. I got so pumped from her class and I could feel serotonin releasing after class lol

sammi chee: love it! they let me bring my scooter in which is a plus !

Christine Cassis: since their first studio opened in the Marina back in 2012. Since then, I've been pleased to see the team open many locations in the Bay Area and even expand to the east coast and elsewhere. Instructors are knowledgable, personal and approachable. Studios are always clean, music is upbeat and fun and the workouts are great. Front desk staff at the Haight is always fun and friendly. Highly recommend trying a few classes as the machines can be intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it you'll be hooked!

Collin E: Went to a class taught by Caity and it was awesome. I'm still sore and I loved the challenge.
