As a young woman, I did not feel unsafe or uncomfortable during our interactions. On the second lockout, he taught me how to pick my front door so that if I’m ever locked out again I can save money! I highly recommend.

I thought buying my own exterior gate lock and replacing it myself would have been least expensive, but he suggested re-keying the existing lock. Even suggested places elsewhere I could take my cylinder to do said re- keying. The other locksmith I had just tried was unavailable and none too helpful. I just opted for the solution right in front of me - have Brian come out. Skills, knowledge, experience and just a great guy. So glad this kind of work ethic still exists in the world!

Robin Bird: Brian at Rhinoceros was a lifesaver when I accidentally got locked out of my petsitting client's house late at night. The first three companies I called either didn't answer, quoted a higher service fee than their website stated, or would have taken until the next morning to come out and required the presence of a police officer. Brian was able to verify that I had the owner's permission to be in the house by other means, gave me instructions on a way I might be able to get back in myself, and then when that didn't work on this door, he came right out and got the door open in about 5-10 minutes, without damaging the lock or doorknob. I'll be recommending him to everyone!
