Mrs. Prather provided a concierge service, she explained the consignment process to me and was always available ready and willing to tackle any and all issues immediately. Best of all she was proactive she anticipated my questions and concerns and tackled them on heads on. She was even available to answer questions on weekends.I wish I could grow an extra arm so that I could give her 3 thumbs 👍 up.All in all a very positive experience.

Debbie S: My comments are purely from a local standpoint. I have not dealt with shipping regarding my purchases. I have purchased a few items from this auction house. I did have one issue wherein two items were missing from a lot that I had purchased. Although, I later received a call that the items had been found, the way items are handed over to purchasers needs to be more organized. I was told an itemized list can be received before the auction begins. It is important that when purchasing items you treat this as any other business transaction. Itemized lists should be asked for when considering a purchase, condition should be checked, and inquiries should be made as to the operating procedures of the auction house. I believe this auction house is a reputable business that needs to work on its operating procedures.
