He never tried to upsell me and never showed any frustration when I emailed/called him a half dozen times changing the style of windows I wanted. We ended up getting mostly Tuscany Milgard windows. We had to replace front windows in a duplex for a condo conversion project in San Francisco. Stephen and the team knew their stuff in regards to city codes, and the windows are gorgeous. Stephen was very generous at the end to include a bit of work that we hadn't thought to include in the original bid. Highly recommend.

David Rubin: We collected 3 bids for a sizable window replacement project in our SF condo. Deluxe Windows provided a bid that was significantly lower than the other 2. We were concerned that something must have been lost in translation, but decided to roll the dice. It was one of the best gambles that we have ever made. They were professional and easy to work with. The windows are beautiful, functional and have performed really well during this winter’s storms. We would absolutely use them again.

We live in an older home that is listed in historical neighborhood, so windows replaced had to resemble the original windows. The windows were measured, special ordered, and delivery took about six weeks as it was during the pandemic and also during the holidays. When they were delivered, the windows were professionally installed in one day by Yanek's crew. One window was damaged on delivery, but it was replaced and covered by warranty and installed once it arrived. Installation team was clean, professional, on time, and courteous. Our windows were inspected by San Francisco Building inspector, and we passed first time! I love our windows! Deluxe Windows came way on top mainly because of their choice of brands, expertise and patience in helping us pick the right one for us. Yanek was a great help all along the process. Installation was on time and went very smoothly. They were very open to making the small touch ups we requested. Everyone wore masks at all times which we really appreciated in a time of covid. One window had a manufacturing defect and needed to be replaced. Deluxe Windows handled this proactively, chasing the manufacturer to make sure the replacement is delivered on time and kept us updated on status. Juan Gomez: Deluxe Windows did a fantastic job with our window replacement project, we are very happy with the service we received and our new window.Yanek was very responsive and gave me a quote right away with different options for what we wanted. He scheduled a follow up in-person appointment to take all the measurement and gave me a detailed quote that accommodated all of our HOA requirements. He kept in constant communication while the window was ordered and then quickly scheduled the installation around our schedule once the window was ready.Installation was very quick for the amount of work required and the personal was very timely and professional, leaving the job site very clean and the installed window looks amazing. They had to break the stucco to get the old window out and the new one in, since our HOA doesn't allow retrofits and they did an amazing job patching all the stucco back up, to the point that another contractor that came a few day later remarked on how good the stucco work was.Can't say enough good things about Deluxe Windows, highly recommended!
Julia Pastel: Yanek and his crew just finished replacing all the doors and windows in our Belmont home, and they dida spectacular job. I was a bit apprehensive, simply because we have so many large doors and windows,but in pretty much every way they exceeded expectations. The french doors and windows were done inabout 2 days, and the stucco repair is good. Gary did this and the moldings to a very high level of quality.I was really impressed with the sales process also - Yanek the sales guy was professional, gave us helpfulinformation, and also spotted errors in the quotes given by a couple of other firms. I'd also spotted theerrors earlier in my research, so it gave me confidence he knew what he was talking about - he used tobe an installer. They also followed up quickly when i had questions and they followup up promptly wheni found a defect in the screen door. He gave us a great price too.So, all in all this has been a great experience for us.
John Lampros: I had a French door installed and I noticed that the door was not closing correctly, Yanek had the manufacturer come out and remedy the issue within a week. He turned an otherwise poor experience around and followed up to make sure everything came out great.
