Mario Rodrigo Paredes: It’s a really nice showroom, the lady at the front desk helped me and she got me exactly what I was hoping to get. I love Porcelanosa products!

Mark Turner: Quality product for your interior tiling needs. The staff was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that what I envisioned could manifest. We're in the final stages of making decisions on what to do, a point we couldn't have arrived at without the supporting vision of staff designer Les. Do yourself a favor and invest spending some time in the showroom, you won't regret it.

June Chan: I worked with Les who I highly recommend. Les patiently searched to find matching mosaic tiles that we had installed in our bathroom over 10 years ago. Less ensured that the overseas order was entirely accurate prior to ordering and facilitated the timely delivery for completion our repairs. The match was near perfect as you can see from the attached photo. Customer Service and communications were beyond excellent and I highly recommend Porcelanosa and Les.

Samiyeh Mahmoudian: This review is mostly about my sale associate Les whom I glad to find. She is my only choice for buying material since I got to know her. I found out about Porcelanosa when we were building our house. I went to the San Francisco showroom and I loved their products. However, it was pricey for my budget. I specially was looking to purchase marble for entire house almost 3000 sq feet of marble. I did not like the quality of cheap Chinese marble and I fell in love with the Persian White Polished marble tile that they had. However, I could not afford this high quality beautiful white marble. I am grateful for meeting the sales associate, Les. She was amazing, friendly and helpful. I would say she saved me 30K by letting me when she mentioned the stone is on promotion. She was always responsive to my emails. I ended up buying all of my tiles for the bathrooms and even the wall tile for the fireplace with her help. I bought a very unique Italian stone for my shower room at an incredible price. The picture of our fireplace tile ended up being used as advertising for the modern linear fireplace we built. This wall is like a master piece in our house and already received so many compliments for the tile. She has a great taste and she knows the product very well and the most important thing is she saved me at least 40K by letting me know about promotions and helping me.

Daisy Dong: We did our house renovation this year. After researching for a while, we went to Porcelanorsa SF showroom and the design consultant Les helped us with our home renovation projects. She helped us with picking tiles, vanity set and kitchen cabinets that match our house theme. The whole process was smooth, and she was very professional and patient. We highly recommend reaching out to Les to help with your home project.

jeffrey giberti: So - wild ride with Porcelanosa. The reason they don't get 5 stars is because in spite of talking in person with sales people at both San Jose and San Francisco - my partner and myself had emails and phone calls not returned. Just blatantly not returned, it felt wild. They almost lost my business in general. However, I feel incredibly fortunate that I was finally connected with Les Ikitseng. She really saved the day. She was incredible, responsive, and 100% the only reason I would work with them. If you like their product, and want a strong, knowledgeable associate - track her down!

Tommy Hirabayashi: ! She was so responsive to our emails, kept us aware of the status of our order and always followed up. We ordered many different items and they arrived at different times, she was always on top of our order. We enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her if you go to the SF store. Les is so personable and knowledgeable about the products ... you can't go wrong using her as a design consultant!

boyu hu: Les has done wonderful job for me. She is very professional, give out great recommendations. She is very fast responding emails/ calls/ placing orders. I highly appreciate her help!! Highly recommend

Kevin Taguchi: I had the perfect experience with Les handling my bathroom remodel. During the project, I my contractor underestimated the materials. I had to go back at least 3 times for different materials and each time Les got what I needed in a timely manner to keep the project going, all with a wide smile and friendly demeanor I could't have been more satisfied

Angela Lingo: We had a great experience working with Les. She was helpful and professional in helping us with our tile selection. She was very knowledgeable about the products. We will shop here again. Bonus points for the showroom!

Jean-Pierre Berthy: I am an interior designer doing very large projects and home owners houses , I have been using Porcelanosa for now 12 years and the product make my life much easy when I need spectacular results , I had a chance to visit the factory in Spain ,very impressive .Love the staff, working hard to please me and my clients. I definitely recommend Porcelanosa

Christy Ortiz: . She is a miracle worker, she was on it and followed up and made it right. Les went above and beyond. So yes, expect 8+ weeks, yes - it might come broken, BUT yes, they will make it right. Beware, if you are in a time crunch, this might not be the place. If you are not and like the product, find Les in the SF showroom, you will find yourself in good hands.

Paul Schraeder: My stay at the Fairmont was amazing. The best customer service - thanks Antoine and staff! The hotel is central to everything and just three blocks from Chinatown so great food is just steps away.Rooms: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Great value …

Scott Bartels: Staff is nothing but perfect. Had sticker shock for the price of breakfast that was so so. And again when we got drinks at the bar 48$ for 2 drinks???????Rooms: FabulousNearby activities: About a mile and a half from most activities.Safety: I just feel safe until a Gaza protester came into the resturant

Thorsten Knoop: Location: 5/5

Pam C: Just stopped in to pick niece but this place looks AWESOME. Just walking around the main floor is stellar.Noteworthy details: Statues of all the music/rock stars that have stayed, including Beatles, Bowie, etc and a great statue outside of Tony Bennett

Tenzin Subhar: Amazing experience and exceptional front desk service, especially front desk manager Ashley, she was so helpful, kind and though. When she found out it was our son’s Birthday weekend, she made it extra special by sending him a personal birthday card and a gift. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful, very clean and the location was close to everything especially the cable cars. Loved it here and will definitely visit again.

Sierra Foxtrot: A good hotel with attentive and friendly staff. It has a central location due to its proximity to a large shopping center. From here you can explore San Francisco on foot. The modern rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows through which you have a good view. There is a luggage storage service for all guests who arrive early or wish to leave in the evening.

Q Wer: comfy, low-anxiety, memorable, & smooth. :

Jarred Capellman: Hands down the best hotel in the world. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times over the last year going to various events in San Francisco. The location is perfect to get around to everything we goto. The rooms have always been super clean, large and luxurious. You really can't beat the floor to glass ceiling views of the bay.The staff has always been courteous even when we have checked in at midnight. The buffet breakfast is also the best breakfast, lots of keto options.Walkability: Giants stadium, Warriors Stadium, Ferry Building and SF Symphony are all within walking distance. Not to mention Enterprise Brewery, Rize Up Bakery and Black Hammer Brewery.

Hortencia Mayorga: Hotel highlights Kid-friendly

James Gilbert: Had the great pleasure of staying in a room with Club lounge access for 4 nights recently with a 20th floor view of seismic proportions. A true treat. Luis and the rest of the lounge staff were as one would hope - helpful, attentive, and great to interact with. The food and beverages were of excellent quality, and the views also from the lounge and the patio were terrific. Do not hesitate to stay here, especially if you opt for the Club lounge. The location can be dicey but that's basically the entire city. So, be a little cautious but do still come.

Neil V: It's a massive hotel conveniently located near all the popular attractions, including Pier 39 and the Golden Gate. Rooms are decent, but wifi isn't free. It's about $14.99/day for non-members but $1/day for Marriott members. The Roof top bar on the 39th floor was amazing. Also, if you want to save some money then don't buy food or drink from the hotel as they could be expensive. There is Target supermarket just across the road.Rooms: The room was serviced daily and was very clean and tidy. Water pressure in the shower isn't that great, though.Nearby activities: San Francisco shopping mall, Target, Star Bucks, Super Burgers, Sales Force Tower. Macy's, Cheesecake Factory

RODOLFO DE OLIVEIRA COSTA: Sure, here's a detailed and positive review for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco:---**A Delightful Stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco**I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Located on the stunning Embarcadero waterfront, this hotel offers not only prime location but also outstanding service and amenities.**Location and Accessibility:**The hotel’s location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Situated right by the Ferry Building and the waterfront, it provides easy access to iconic San Francisco attractions like the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Union Square. John Ko: Great location and service. Rooms are comfortable & clean but worn and needs updating. I’ve stayed here many times and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.Walkability: At the border of union square and Chinatown - easy walk to both. Also close to financial district.

Leo Díaz Longhi: Solid hotel. You won't miss anything in particular and you won't need anything else. But nothing over that. If you want to buy something inside the hotel is super expensive.Elevators are slow. It's a tall building.Rooms: Solid and comfortable rooms. Shows the wear of some time but they still are ok.Nearby activities: Middle of SF. Everything starts here. The beach is far, but there are almost no hotels thereSafety: Homeless people are everywhere in SF. Lots of drugs all day long. They won't do you anything, but it is an uncomfortable situation.Walkability: You can't be wrong in the middle of the city. Pay in advance for the public transportation and you'll get everywhere easily.

FaHaD ALSaMi: The location is suitable and close to services, Macys building, Apple and many international brands..The room was very nice. I lived on the 26th floor. The view is beautiful.. the bed is comfortable and the hotel is quiet..

Doug Gordy: The rooms are really nice. They are spacious and comfortable. The king bed was a nice quality and the turn down service rocked. They have a really nice setup with the TV where you can stream a device to it, so you don't have to mess with the hotel on demand stuff. The tub was a small thing where you really could just use it as a shower. The shower has a shower head that is adjustable in height. My wife is short and I am tall.... It barely reached my head. It is kinda out of the way from the hustle of downtown and honestly not a lot of restaurants that I enjoy were near. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing here and will bend over backwards for you. I would recommend staying here and probably will stay myself again

Charlotte Jupp: Rooms: Functional and clean.Nearby activities: Nice hotel bar. Good location for a lot of the sights. Convenient for Powell Street and the trams.Safety: Safe enough for San Francisco. Busy area.Walkability: Can walk to a lot of locations and central.Food & drinks: Nice rooftop bar for drinks. Didn't eat food.

Leonardo Garcia: The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop bar. The rooms are old and worn out. As usual in San Francisco, it's too expensive for a terrible experience.Rooms: Terrible. Very old and worn out.

Gustavo Nadais: Region with a lot of drug addicts, which makes it scary to go out. But the hotel is still pretty cool.Rooms: Rooms ok, I expected more for the price. But OK.Safety: Hotel security, especially at night or on busier days, is good, but they are very rude. American profile. The streets around are full of drug addicts and homeless people, it's terrible.

Marco Polo: 2 blocks up on Sutter Street, great breakfast. Very good prices.

Elena Belgum (Count Talkula): This place is enormous, I forgot how big it was and that I had gotten lost there more than once. Tower one has 40 or more floors, reception areas huge and has a great but expensive store/ Deli which I think is open 24 hours. Security can be overly Vigilant and rude but considering the location and current situation and the fact that people are sleeping there, it's to be expected. If you are visiting somebody here have their room number and last name and it doesn't hurt to have picture ID and have them call them or come meet you in the lobby or leave a message at the front desk or something like that or you may not get in. The prices are more than double the last time I've been there, I don't know if there was a convention in town or that's just the current pricing or the person I know just didn't have any discounts, but this is definitely not a budget location. They also have A well-stocked gift shop, although I don't think I would rely on it for gifts for any kind of special occasion it's closer to an airport convenience store. They also have a couple of restaurants and bars, pool, hot tub, convention facilities, office equipment, 24/7 room service and maid service etcRooms: I've only seen standard rooms here. They are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are nice and well stocked and I believe most if not all of the rooms have balconies.Nearby activities: Great location near Union Square and the Theater District also near the tenderloin, so don't leave anything in your car if you park here. I wouldn't even leave your car outside of their parking lot or it may not be there when you get back. SF does not have a ton of 24-hour activities and businesses like it used to but if you're going to find them it'll be near that hotel.Safety: Don't walk around this neighborhood altered alone or you are likely to be targeted for robbery or something similar. I would not leave my car there overnight if it was nice and definitely not if it had anything inside . Great for shopping but don't leave any valuables unattended. Great for bars and restaurants but a pricey area, better deals available within a mile or less.Walkability: Almost all of San Francisco is extremely walkable, the tenderloin is much dirtier than it used to be and it's not advisable to walk in anything other than closed-toed shoes and not provocatively dressed unless you like a whole lot of attention. Also keep your wallet hidden and be friendly but not overly friendly if it's late at night. You can see Union Square from a street performers, Broadway level theater, a lot of bars and restaurants and shopping and cable cars, Market street, the ferry building, the Embarcadero, Grace Cathedral and a lot of other great sites and stuff to do within easy walking distance although you might run into a lot of hills.Food & drinks: Available 24/7 at the hotel but very pricey. Available in the area also very pricey, again go to the tenderloin for better prices but keep your wits about you and hide your money. I would recommend going up to Polk street for Napoli Pizza, and other great restaurants and bars for a younger, "hipper" crowd at a lower price than the Union Square area, you'll be passing through the tenderloin to get there which is possibly too Hip for most people and much lower pricing unless you're buying drugs or ice cream. LolNoteworthy details: Most likely the largest hotel in the city, great location, clean professional Etc but much higher pricing than other smaller and possibly more fun hotels which may not offer the same amenities or hours.

Katarina Stewart: We stayed here for a weekend conference, and had the best time! From the moment we pulled up to the building, the staff was phenomenal! They were so kind, professional and attentive, and went above and beyond to give us a great time! The room was beautiful, and the cleaning staff was amazing- you could tell they took pride in their job with all the small details they left behind. Also this was such a great location! All in all, I highly recommend staying here for your trip to San Fran. I felt so pampered and cared for! Loved it!

Andrea Clayton: Was travelling to stay with my best friend to catchup and she had to cancel. St Regis took care to help me get a late check in, book High Tea, book a nail salon - true old world service. I then needed a late check out which they accomodated and also got to enjoy a free champagne in the salon before catching my Uber to the airport! My only dissapointment is other St Regis properties have underfloor heating in the bathrooms - which is such a nice touch! Wish they had at SFO Regis.

Coach Karl: 6pm Sabraģe @ the St Regis lobby bar is a experience befitting royalty.SABRAĢE is 6pm daily#liveexquiste#StRegisSFNearby activities: M0MA & METREON Plaza /Mall are both Meters awaySafety: Safe for friends, family & allNot an area that is impoverished or neglected like the tenderloinWalkability: From M0MA to the Mall this neighborhood is only meters from delightful endeavorsFood & drinks: The Bar is a primarily Cocktail program yet offers a Waygu steak plate & BurgersNot for the faint of cost/price.WORTH THE TIME/ EXPERIENCE.

Pooja Tejani: Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Quiet

Evlyn Liu: My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the SF St. Regis Hotel bar and lounge area! The bartenders and servers were attentive and friendly, ensuring that every moment was enjoyable. However, the standout was the manager, Mandeep, whose excellent service truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend visiting this establishment for their top-notch service and ambiance.

Daniel Mason: Amazing, amazing, amazing. I had never stayed in a hotel like this and my girlfriend and I went for Christmas and to say we were blown away would be an understatement. The rooms, the service, the restaurant, all amazing. I don't usually care for hotel food, but it was actually something I would eat, even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. Everything about this hotel, from the rooms to the slippers they gave us, everything screams luxury and relaxation. It was amazing.

David Kagel: We had a perfect stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the property. From the helpful doormen to the front desk and restaurant we enjoyed every interaction with the staff. The breakfast quality was top notch and so was the service. We had a room with a stunning view on the 44th floor that was beautiful. The shower, and bed and towels and robes were all great. The location is wonderful and easy to walk or grab a quick uber. Can't wait to return!

Rob Stevenson: First time staying here and it was excellent. Great rooms and service. Will stay again.Food & drinks: Bar area was good. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent.

Edwin Chu: What use to be the Mandarin Oriental years ago has now been turned to the Four Seasons. The hotel has great views, city view room. Seamless service. Room service for breakfast was great, we aren't very demanding but the gentleman was courteous and asked how we wanted the table to be setup. Though if I am honest the chairs in the room aren't the best for the seating arrangement for it. But being able to enjoy a meal in the room looking out the window is wonderful. Location is a hit or miss depending on what your itinerary. In the middle of Financial district away from more popular places for tourist in the city.

Jessy Rafferty: but it was nice to be on a higher floor with a great view. It also allowed us to check in early. If we didnt up grade they were willing to hold our bags. The room itself was spacious and clean. There was a mini fridge, which is nice to have.We ubered around the city to a few spots and those were usually 20-30 or so, depending on where you wanted to go.The front desk made a great brunch spot recommendation, Sweet Maple. Everything was tastey and it was a short uber or a bit longer of a walk

Jeffrey Allen: If you're heading to San Francisco and want a top-notch stay, look no further than The Clift Royal Sonesta. Seriously, it's got everything you need for a fantastic trip.First off, our room on the 16th floor was killer. Talk about a view! Waking up to sights of the Bay was the perfect start to each day.Parking was a breeze with valet service, so no stress there. Breakfast in the hotel was fast and very good! But what really made our stay special was the staff. Shoutout to Tony at the front desk, that guy's a legend! He helped us with parking, keeping our bags in storage, and giving us awesome tips for seeing the city.Long story short, we can't wait to come back. The Clift definitely made our first trip to San Francisco one for the books!

Kara Larson: . Having an elevator open and waiting is a particularly nice touch.

Susan M: at the Orpheum Theater; I made sure my daughter didn’t follow in my footsteps. The downfall of humanity is visible in the streets.Nearby activities: San Francisco City Guide volunteers provide great tours for a $20 donation. A Strange Loop is playing at the theater next door.Safety: The hotel felt safe and there was a huge police presence during the RSA Conference. But you are on the edge of the troubled Tenderloin district so need to be aware of your surroundings.Walkability: Very walkable, but ask for advice on direction before heading out.Food & drinks: There are plentiful restaurants in the area, especially towards the convention center.

Louis: Very clean hotel and well located for exploring San Francisco. The staff is very friendly. The only small fault is the organization of private parties which can be quite noisy and annoying.Nearby activities: Cocobang and Fino are two excellent restaurants just a few seconds walk away

Jared Byrne: I regularly attempt to stay at Marriott Hotels on my travels, and this hotel is a great example of why: this is a nice hotel, that has been kept clean - and they have excellent, world-class service! Admittedly, I didn't attempt to use the Gym or the restaurant during my stay, so can't soak directly to those items. The reality that this Marriott is in an amazing location, with a lot to see at a short walk, is an added bonus.

José Manuel González: Went for a business trip. Good breakfast selection every morning starting 6:30amGood service across the board, free tickets to the cable car and dessert coupons.Quiet and cleanNearby activities: Touristic areas in a 2 mile radius and plenty of transportation options.

Dan Tiamzon: I have stayed here twice now and this hotel has always provided top tier hospitality and treated me with excellent service. Given the check in time is later in the afternoon, the front desk accommodated early check-ins arriving around noon. Front desk was very thorough explaining amenities and the hotel fees. Housekeeping team was very accommodating. Rooms are great, nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Great location, walking distance to the wharf with lots of activities to do.The management of this hotel deserves all the praise for this reason: I had a package shipped to the hotel but it didn't arrive until after I had checked out and left town. I contacted the hotel to see what they can do and the director went out of their way to bring the package to the mailing service to do a "return to sender". The package eventually made it back to me. I am a very happy customer and will be staying here again in the future.

Gabriella Rivera: The truth is that I had a very pleasant surprise, on the outside the hotel looks very dated and old, but inside it is modern, comfortable and very quiet despite being between streets that are very busy in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, I don't know. hear no noise coming from outside.Rooms: Very nice rooms, very clean, very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotel beds I have been in. I slept like a princessNearby activities: It is in the center of the city, 1 and a half blocks from the street most visited by tourists, Embarcadero Street, close to many restaurants, clubs, church, everything is within walking distance.Safety: The security of the hotel is very good, very well maintained and protected, you have the option of being able to park your car inside the parking lot of the hotel building, although it has a high cost.Walkability: Super good location 👌🏼 to walk everywhere. It is in the center of the city, 1 and a half blocks from the street most visited by tourists, Embarcadero Street, close to many restaurants, clubs, church, everything is within walking distance.Food & drinks: It has room service, you can also have breakfast at the hotel with buffet service at an extra cost per person.

Shopaholic: and Pier 33 for Alcatraz. We also did the “Big bus” so we could see all the tourist attractions and the first stop was close by so that was convenient. Taking transit in the city was also pretty convenient from this location. If you’re from Toronto, it’s basically like taking the TTC. Overall great experience for our first time in SF!

L C: and trolly stops.Parking is valet only and costs $70 - $85, depending on the size of the car, but there are cheaper overnight parking lots found east of North Point St.Also, a $30 credit is given per room to use at their restaurant, but it's pricey and that credit will be used up quickly. We ordered 3 orange juices and 3 coffees and the bill was over $60. If using the credit to get coffee/juice, make sure you are not getting charged for the full breakfast/brunch.The general building was well kept, the rooms were clean and staff was friendly and attentive.

Arnaud Terrien: Perfect hotel for discovering San Francisco. Very well located not far from Fisherman's Wharf. Spacious and temperate rooms. It is possible to have breakfast either à la carte or at the buffet, offering a variety of choices ranging from sweet to savory, all of good quality but at a relatively excessive price. The servers and reception are smiling and attentive.

Dan Dvorak: . Decent towels. Plenty of USB and charging sockets.Walkability: Located pretty close to the cable-car turnaround and the Fisherman's Wharf. We walked to Pier 39Food & drinks: The hotel bar / restaurant was better than expected. Free sundae was nice.

Stacia H.: Trying to find parking was a bit difficult. You need your room key card to get into the building, up the elevator to your floor, and off course your room. Once inside, the room is beautiful and comfortable. Customer service was very pleasant to work with. They were able to hold our luggage while we went to eat breakfast and grab our vehicle.

Jake Spencer Hammel: Really enjoyed our stay here. The building has such great old architecture, but fully renovated and has a lot of great personality. Staff was great, really happy with the rooms and will def return.Rooms: Great size rooms with everything you need!Safety: Felt very safe here and you need your key to get everywhere so was a very safe stay, no issues.Walkability: We walked or rode bikes to lots of places plus the busses are right in front.Noteworthy details: The architecture was so cute! Classic with modern touches.

Takanori Ohkubo: for multiple hours. Hotel couldn't do anything about it, so I ended up checking out at 3AM and sleeping at the airport.

gaurav prakash: till the Golden Gate. Fisherman’s wharf is not far too. Take the bus or walk if you like long walks!
