Paul Schraeder: My stay at the Fairmont was amazing. The best customer service - thanks Antoine and staff! The hotel is central to everything and just three blocks from Chinatown so great food is just steps away.Rooms: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Great value …
Scott Bartels: Staff is nothing but perfect. Had sticker shock for the price of breakfast that was so so. And again when we got drinks at the bar 48$ for 2 drinks???????Rooms: FabulousNearby activities: About a mile and a half from most activities.Safety: I just feel safe until a Gaza protester came into the resturant
Thorsten Knoop: Location: 5/5
Pam C: Just stopped in to pick niece but this place looks AWESOME. Just walking around the main floor is stellar.Noteworthy details: Statues of all the music/rock stars that have stayed, including Beatles, Bowie, etc and a great statue outside of Tony Bennett
Tenzin Subhar: Amazing experience and exceptional front desk service, especially front desk manager Ashley, she was so helpful, kind and though. When she found out it was our son’s Birthday weekend, she made it extra special by sending him a personal birthday card and a gift. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful, very clean and the location was close to everything especially the cable cars. Loved it here and will definitely visit again.

Jessy Rafferty: but it was nice to be on a higher floor with a great view. It also allowed us to check in early. If we didnt up grade they were willing to hold our bags. The room itself was spacious and clean. There was a mini fridge, which is nice to have.We ubered around the city to a few spots and those were usually 20-30 or so, depending on where you wanted to go.The front desk made a great brunch spot recommendation, Sweet Maple. Everything was tastey and it was a short uber or a bit longer of a walk
Jeffrey Allen: If you're heading to San Francisco and want a top-notch stay, look no further than The Clift Royal Sonesta. Seriously, it's got everything you need for a fantastic trip.First off, our room on the 16th floor was killer. Talk about a view! Waking up to sights of the Bay was the perfect start to each day.Parking was a breeze with valet service, so no stress there. Breakfast in the hotel was fast and very good! But what really made our stay special was the staff. Shoutout to Tony at the front desk, that guy's a legend! He helped us with parking, keeping our bags in storage, and giving us awesome tips for seeing the city.Long story short, we can't wait to come back. The Clift definitely made our first trip to San Francisco one for the books!
Kara Larson: . Having an elevator open and waiting is a particularly nice touch.
Susan M: at the Orpheum Theater; I made sure my daughter didn’t follow in my footsteps. The downfall of humanity is visible in the streets.Nearby activities: San Francisco City Guide volunteers provide great tours for a $20 donation. A Strange Loop is playing at the theater next door.Safety: The hotel felt safe and there was a huge police presence during the RSA Conference. But you are on the edge of the troubled Tenderloin district so need to be aware of your surroundings.Walkability: Very walkable, but ask for advice on direction before heading out.Food & drinks: There are plentiful restaurants in the area, especially towards the convention center.
Louis: Very clean hotel and well located for exploring San Francisco. The staff is very friendly. The only small fault is the organization of private parties which can be quite noisy and annoying.Nearby activities: Cocobang and Fino are two excellent restaurants just a few seconds walk away

Ed Caufield: Recommended dishes Chocolate Brownie
Rylee Etherington: Amazing ice cream, I had the salted malted cookie dough and my friend had the honey vanilla both in the waffle cone and we both loved it.
Siddarth Bhagirath: Accidentally found a hair in my cacao and straciatella gelato while I was flirting with the ice cream girl, she apologized and gave me an extra double scoop on the house of salted malted chocolate chip cookie dough.I love you san francisco, and to the cute employee there with the wavy light brown biscoff cookie hair and green eyes please hit me up you're a Cali beauty!
Kassidy Lithgow: We had a wonderful experience here! We came years ago and were happy to come back on this latest visit!Flavors are unique and it’s such amazing quality. The Salted, Malted, Cookie Dough is absolutely fantastic, our favorite we tried. Next favorite was the double folded vanilla. Thirdly we tried the banana bread potato chip flavor which was good! Maybe a bit heavy on the banana bread chunks. Our least favorite this trip was the pear blue cheese. It was honestly really good—but VERY heavy on the blue cheese chunks. The bites that had a small bit of blue cheese was great—but at times it felt there was a mouthful of it.Price is great for how much they give you!

테디: Not bad except that the rooms are old.Nearby activities: Excellent viewSafety: Safe. Security guards are sincere.
Julia Raithel: .The employees were very friendly and attentive. 👍🏼
Desani Redmond: Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value
Uwe Schlei: Apart from the windows, which are very dirty from the outside, the room is very nice.I deducted one star because there is no safe here.
Maud Cappelle: I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and found it very pleasant: the rooms are large and comfortable. You can hear the traffic outside quite a bit, but you get used to it in the background. It takes about 1 hour to get to SF city by public transport: there's a free shuttle bus to Bart station and the 57 bus that goes past traders Joe. I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance of the Emeryville station, so it's about a 20-minute walk. The breakfast on offer at $23 is clearly not worth the money: the rosti is soaked in oil, there's not a choice to match the price. Plus I think there should be reusable glasses for water, not plastic ones.Walkability: It takes 20 min to walk to Emeryville train station and 10 min to a shopping centre but the rest will require a ride or a car
Micah Harrison: Service: 5/5
