Rudy Stewart: I brought my laptop in cause it was having issues but it turned out the issue was operator error. So embarrassed but they didn't make me feel stupid. Will be returning when my laptop has real issues. They are honest and very nice. Even helped me out to my car. This place is awesome.
Richard Tabor: ABM Computers has taken excellent care of my office's tech needs for a very long time. Whether I call for support or need in office help, they are quick, efficient and always set us up for success. I couldn't run my business without ABM.I consider Jesse and his team as my company's IT department. They have a vast knowledge base and they have never encountered an issue they couldn't resolve. Working with them is second to none and I highly recommend them.
Tan Tran: I recently visited ABM Alameda to reset my Mac Pro, and although everything seemed fine at first, I encountered some issues with Excel and YouTube TV when I got home. I decided to go back on Friday to inquire about the problem, and I was fortunate enough to be helped by Kevin.I must say that Kevin is an absolute expert when it comes to fixing Macs. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. Not only that, but he even took the time to clean both the inside and outside of my Mac, leaving it looking brand new!The customer service at ABM Alameda is truly outstanding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Andres Macia: Jesse helps us and he is a great guy. There are plenty of staff on the team that always are helpful. I am picky and I like Jesse so I do admit I don't really express my issues to anyone but Jesse. That being said the team there all are great its nothing they did I just am a weirdo

Henichi: . He was very kind and knowledgeable in the craft. He had the intellect of one of those white computer nerd kids in school but the build of an Hvac worker. He was amiable and had an easy going aura. It was the kind of gentle aura that serial killers give off to fool people with. Now i’m not saying he gives off serial killer vibes but he is very calming and intellectual as one. Also the girl in the front desk was chill ig.
Donna Fong: The owner, Jesse Nelson, is professional, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. He works as our IT contractor for our company and he is the best I've ever worked with in my decades long experience. Not only the best but the best by a long shot. You won't have a problem he can't fix and he is super nice and accommodating. I'd give him a hundred stars if I could.
Daniel Pratt: Very friendly staff. Kept me updated on the status of my ticket. I needed to get my battery repaired and they let me know when the new one was shipped and delivered to their store so I wasn't left in the dark.Will use again if my computer has any other issues
Rajinder Uppal: Homeless friendly who lent me a laptop to build resume on and now I grew out of it and he gave e me a huge discount t on newer model. God bless people like him who take Chan es on the rusted racehorse who remember everything but hasn't. Grazed the p atches.
