Erin Carew: My patient services advisor was fantastic. I have seen him in the past and he is always extremely professional and caring. I sometimes get a bit dizzy and he always makes me feel extremely comfortable offers me water and makes the experience great!
Leah Okrainsky: Chan is amazing!! My veins are so hard to tap and he got it immediately. Thank you!
L Long: The ease and effectiveness of the gentlemen that assisted me was unmatched. This was the quickest quest appointment I’ve ever had and there was one guy running the entire show.
Mark: Made an appointment for 1:10. Showed up 1:05, followed check in instructions. Was seen within 10 minutes and had what was one of THE FASTEST bloodwork stabs in my life. I blinked and the person had filled a whole vial up in a matter of literal seconds. Which is a godsend for someone with a needle phobia. Man was done before I could even process the fact they were stabbing me.No idea why this place has bad reviews. Got nervous for nothing. Staff was incredibly kind and positive to boot!10/10. Don’t be spooked by the bad reviews. Just make an appointment and show up on time.
Kim Nicol: Great experience! I can’t remember the name of the person, but he was a real pro. It only took a moment, blood draw didn’t hurt a bit, and I was on my way. He was kind, and really good at his work. Thank you!
Sara Star: This is my 2nd positive experience with QUEST! I like the online check-in kiosk -- remember to bring your actual ID drivers license & insurance card! The gentleman working there on a Wednesday handled all patients in waiting area like a PRO! Courteous, efficient, kind, friendly! Fortunately I was on time and a bit early to check-in because a bunch of patients were there waiting for their appointments. If you don't have an appointment and walk-in, you will likely need to wait until there is enough time to check-in and do your labs before the next appointment. I work in healthcare; frankly, Quest should hire a receptionist to handle front desk check-ins and insurance & billing so that the Phlebotomists can do their lab work best without interruptions. It is not easy for 1 employee to do all front desk work, statement printouts, and correctly do Phlebotomy so I gotta hand it to him. Thank You so much, Martin! You're super great and thanks for making the labs drawn seamless and painless!

Tom Hill: for many years, and have been very happy with the service. Peggy
Anna Semina: Peggy is Super professional and has amazing hands!I have been coming to this location for 5 years and never will switch to anything else for the blood taking as long as she works for you!
James Fitts: Fast service, great staff
Rebecca Lee: Peggy drew my blood. For the third time, I have had the best experience. Because of past bad experiences, I have a tendency to faint. With Peggy, I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Then, she’s so efficient in changing the vials, I didn’t feel any pulling or tugging. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
A R: .
April A: Peggy was nice, professional and took the only painless blood draw I’ve ever had in my life.
Mrugesha Sathappan: Im terrified of getting blood removed but Peggy did a great job! She was patient, made sure I was feeling okay the whole time and quick and good at it.

Haley Smith: Despite a lot of the previous reviews, this location is open as of 4/25/24. I had an appointment, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Daniela Rodelo: Had my blood drawn by Laura who was amazing, efficient, steady, and kind. Definitely recommend this place!
Samuel Park: Fast and exact service
Robert Levy: Fast, Generally On Time, Good reporting
Donald Francis: Technician was very polite and professional. Blood on first stab. Quickly called me back after online text activation that I arrived.
Bob Pavese: Quest was very nice, I guess it is strange to come in and not have anyone there to say hello. The check in is reasonably easy and that makes up for no one there.I think the place could use just a little bit of spruce up, nothing more than some fresh paint and a few more inexpensive items would remedy it quickly.

raquelle steiner: Before starting my review of UCSF, I want to mention that this was the second hospital that I visited for Infertility treatments. The initiated treatment with Kaiser and it wasn't terrible, my nurses were wonderful and were the reason I almost didn't leave. I want to give credit to all of the ones that held my hand and cried with me, but especially nurse Tulay Gaines who helped me when I hit a low point in this journey. - When I thought that my cervical stenosis was going to shut down all hope of an IUI or IVF happen, she stayed with me over an hr to make it happen. She found the path! Lastly, I believe that my doctor did the best she could with the workload that she had, ultimately, I needed to find someone who could spend more time with me and use her time to research solutions that could restore my faith in the process.I was assigned to Dr. Mok-Lin, but have also worked with Heather Huddleston on the retrieval. My first impression was that the office was beautiful, but most importantly the doctors are sharp. Dr. Mok-Lin was as kind as her photo looks and was genuine in conversation. I never feel rushed by her, and it feels as if you're talking to a super smart friend. After our visit I told my husband and my sister that I love her and I feel it, this is our doctor. She will tell you like it is, but she doesn't make you feel hopeless. She's a solution seeker and I believe that she's going to be the one to change the course of our lives forever. - Although... at the end of the day our bodies decide whether or not to maintain a pregnancy, but no matter the outcome I believe that she would do her best. This is the hospital and the person that I want to care for me.Heather HuddlestonI saw her photo online and I read her reviews, which were great when the patient was rational in their reviews. Nonetheless, I can tell you from personal experience that she was wonderful to me. She took her time with me when we were speaking, and she answered all of the questions that I had. I would trust working with her again. There was nothing impersonal about our interaction and she got us our bonus egg! Honestly, we expected to retrieve 2-3 eggs, MAYBE 4. But in the end, we ended up with a beautiful 5, 4 of which fertilized the next day. I was very happy and I'm grateful to her.The Nurses in the Procedure roomThe nurses are great. They took such good care of my when I felt scared and the most vulnerable. They made me feel less scared and at times have held my hand during my procedures. I don't know what I would I do without them.Regarding Billing with UCSF:FYI: This has nothing to do with your doctors! In fact, the doctors will sometimes try to bill things in ways to try and help you. Dr. Mok-Lin helped us to dodge a $35k bullet.Due to billing being handled by another dept./team I recommend staying on top of everything and to ask good clarifying questions when you don't understand your benefits. The hospital surgery billing dept for my hysteroscopy was the worst. They were kind and helpful, but they need a bit more training on understanding the complexities of processing insurance claims, especially when it comes to having double coverage. They caused me to lose a cycle and that infuriated me. They confused me and themselves regarding having double coverage and I spent many hours talking to Kaiser, BlueShield, my doctor, the patient surgery coordinator, and Hills Physican - only to have my previous fertility doctor do me a favor by asking my gyno to do the procedure. Free of charge with Kaiser. So, know your benefits, understand what is required to get your claims paid out, and just stay on top of it.Although the billing dept really has me worried sometimes, the service and care that I get from my doctors and the nurses are worth it for me. I'm not easy to impress and I can be cutthroat when it comes to my health, but I do sincerely feel that I am getting top shelf care with CRH. They're a research hospital and the doctors will find solutions for your situation. I highly recommend.
Kate Woodbury: Dr. Cakmak is one of the best physicians I've ever worked with. So grateful for the whole team here but in particular, Dr. Cakmak.
