Wayne Leong: . We had checked in a few hours beforehand to avoid having to go to the reservation desk, but still had to wait a while for staff to get to us, finalize paperwork and show us the vehicle. All told, however, the rental process was smooth enough with minimal pain.

Greg: My family and I recently rented from Enterprise at SFO. When we arrived at the rental car garage after a long day in the air I was very worried to see dozens on people in line and camped out on the floor in the facility. I pessimistically walked to the Enterprise counter where there was a sign directing me straight to the garage for assistance. When we arrived at the garage I was happy to see only one customer in front of me and the agent quickly assisted with our needs and we were on our way. Checking in online before arriving saved time and hassle. I'd probably still be in line had I chosen a different company to rent from.
Don Price: They made it easy and quick to pick up my car and drop it off. The car was full of fuel and clean inside and outside.
Bruce Manion: Very easy process. However staff was overworked.

Ingrid Hill: While this is on airport car rental, its not from the terminal. On arrival you have to take the airtrain to the rental building. This is easy enough. You then exit the building to a pickup landing and a shuttle comes for you to take you to the rental desk. It runs every 10-15 minutes. Staff is courteous in arranging the rental. You will have to decide to pre purchase fuel and tolls. Pick up was easy and car has been great!
Zheng Cai (Jed): I was worrying about my first time booking with Fox. Overall, it was pretty good experience. Picked up at 10pm. No issues during car return and deposit refund.

Alexandra Porshnikoff: I rent trucks here at least one or two times a year for various projects. I have always received the highest quality service and care. I normally do things at the last moment and don't make reservations. This location almost always has the type of vehicle I need. The customer service I receive is always top-notch. The agents are personable, kind, professional, and very thoughtful. For example, today my representative Carol was thoughtful enough to find the most accessible car with a full tank of gas. Thank you u-haul!

Deborah Yee: Going to a U-Haul on a weekend is crazy. But this particular location on Bayshore in San Francisco was a good experience. All of the workers there were so patient even though they were so busy. I especially need to give a shout out to Michael in the equipment yard who was running all over the place and yet still so helpful to us. Come with a lot of patience, but be assured they will get what you need. Highly recommend.
