Yoga Flow SF - Ocean: what do users think?

Aleksandra Kleymenova: I really liked this yoga studio, especially heated yoga is the best. Sometimes its just really crowded, and there is no own space. And if its your first class you get rent a yoga-mat for free or you can actually buy one. Overall 👍🏻

Lotika Gulvadi: I enjoy this yoga studio as all their instructors are lovely and the classes are geared for a good work out. Their 12-1pm class is a perfect time for those who work and parents who can get in some exercise while kids are at school. I do wish they had more affordable rates though for their class packs or unlimited class memberships.

Grace Nicolas -Kim: My favorite yoga studio in SF. I love all the instructors at this location . I usually take Neil’s class . His class is intense , combination of meditation and core workout with his amazing live drumming rhythm. I feel rejuvenated and re-energized after his class . Usually his class is packed with many people so if you mind having too many people around you , this is not the right class for you.

John Gallion: This studio is a class operation front desk personnel are extremely helpful on top of that they have a some of the best yoga teachers in San Francisco

Susanne Millar: I've been going to SF Yoga Flow for 5 or 6 years now and I just love this business, their space, and their teachers.I took from Neil Wadhawan again today and he is so amazing. He practices a very strong, solid flow that is interspersed with some philosophy, some music, and encouragement and humor. The space is in this old San Francisco ballroom and it's so beautiful and peaceful.Beware, this is HOT yoga! Not bikram, but the room is heated. You should bring a face towel at a bare minimum and a big bottle of water.

Nadi Sergeevna: the best teacher Rashelle Banares! I appreciate you

Chrissy F: One of the most beautiful studios I have seen, and extremely welcoming. There is something so warm and humble about everyone there and it makes learning/practicing yoga so fun and not intimidating at all. I no longer live in the area and will miss practicing at this studio so much!

mercy mungwadzi: The people have extra love and care. It makes me always want to come back everyday

Tejaswini Ganapathi: I came here just a few times and it feels like a second home to connect with my body, mind and soul. I will be exploring it for their TTC programs as well.

Abinaya Swaminathan: I was here for a Yoga therapy module assessment and graduation. Firstly the course was amazing. There’s was clear communication about the schedule and what we should be expecting on arrival. The institute is well maintained, there’s a lot of room for training student, clients who come for sessions or therapy. A mask is mandatory. There’s a tshirt and book shop as well. As a part of program they cooked us a vegan meal it was healthy and delicious. They provide a lot of TTCs and therapy courses accredited by IYAT & YA.

Patrick “Inspector Pat” McMahon: Went here to take some pictures. Took them. Was told the place was closed through a thick pane of glass on the front door. Left. It was alright...You should change your hours on Google.

Om Kali: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality

MAMUKA MDIVANI: Divine energies

K Rashmi W: you will receive plenty of personal attention and mentoring. The tuition covers all of the materials, free yoga classes offered at the institute, homemade vegetarian meals for Sunday sessions, and a 4-day retreat at Commonweal in Bolinas.

T Witters: Positive Communication, Professionalism

katharine boyd: Wow! What a terrific group of teachers. This is the best Iyengar yoga studio in the Bay Area. All the teachers are true professionals, they start class on time, give correct adjustments and accept all levels and conditions of students in their classes. There are different levels of teachers and they are all skilled and highly compassionate. I've taken on zoom only through the pandemic and the workshops--highly recommended.Throughout the pandemic, IYISF have pivoted to create a variety of positive teaching environments for students. They understand that the role of a teacher is just that to guide students through difficult times both personally and collectively. As a cancer survivor, the classes have been so helpful and the teachers so caring. I strongly support IYISF as they bring so much to the broader community.

Dianne Nielson: Positive:QualityI’ve been enjoying taking zoom classes during the last two years because of the quality iyengar yoga instructors, convenience of taking classes from home, and the variety of times offered.

Natalie Taylor: Well qualified, supportive teachers and a beautiful space.

Richard Blum: Great teachers. Great programs. Educational

Rasha Pecoraro: My sister and I had a great experience doing yoga at Iyengar, and will definitely be back!

Yoga Society of San Francisco: what do users think?

Apoorv Krishak: Beautiful Amazing Lovely ❤️ Home 💖

Marcelo Carvalho: Wonderful.Yoga Classes Gradual Re-OpeningOur yoga classes are open with pre-registration with a maximum of three attendees in the room. Our intention is to reopen with confidence and commitment to the highest standards of health and safety for our teams and students safety

Diana Corati: Amazing templum, sacred and divine

Iski Wordsworth: Wholly welcoming and warm.

Athena Doyle: Quiet

Michelle Reddington: Fantastic Place as resource in community. Morning breath practice, Fire Ceremony, Yoga classes at reasonable donation. Learn Sanscrit

Zoe Frazier: Very Blessed space. Honored by all who enter or live here. Cosmic Temple used for Homas or Fire Rituals has some exquisite chairs..all very unique.I love entering this space removing my shoes and attending meditation, yoga, Deeksha, homas, talks by monks or whatever else might be on the schedule. Upcoming events and schedules post in front hallway. Also sandwich board outside!

Kristina Lanuza: The Yoga Society of San Francisco is a jewel in the Heart of the Mission District. It is a place of healing, authentic yogic teachings, peace and joy. What is remarkable is how Shri Brahmananda Sarasvatī, Guruji, Ramamurti S. Mishra, M.D., founder of Brahmananda Ashram / Yoga Society of San Francisco and his devotees are able to infuse an old Victorian house in the middle of a bustling city with the same stillness and divinity found in remote forest Ashrams. I fly all over the world and yet, come home for healing to the Yoga Society of San Francisco. It is an extraordinary haven and powerful in its subtle grace.

Stefanie S: This is a beautiful yoga space in the Mission with gardens around it a fire ceremony every morning and evening and a great schedule of yoga classes.

Yoga Beach: what do users think?

Anwaya Aras: Loved the studio. Tried my first yoga class today with Cecelia and she was fantastic! Highly recommended!

Nikita Khetan: I've been to a lot of yoga studios in my life and this is by far my favorite one. It's the cutest little spot, totally unpretentious, with super welcoming teachers and community. Sam and Daniela's power/vinayasa flow classes are amazing. Such talented teachers and yogis. I'm sure the other teachers are wonderful as well, I've just enjoyed these two weekend morning teachers so much that it has become my favorite routine and I haven't even tried any of the others! The classes can get crowded but it's really not a big issue - people are warm and welcoming, everyone squeezes in and makes it work. Feels like a community and the teachers here make it a really safe and welcoming space to be.

Patricia Lee: Started back to yoga after 3 yrs off. This is a great neighborhood studio. The teachers are all dedicated and talented. Each is different. I love the variety. Nice community feel with friendly people. Started very stiff in Feb. I went 19x in April, 28x May!The stiffness in body, especially hips is gone. The arthritic pain in my lower back is 70-90 improved on any given day. Legs and neck much better too. My shortness of breath from vaccine and Covid is gone. Thank you YogaBeach!

Katie Koche: but everyone there is really sweet and willing to make room for a fellow yogi.

Tom Fenwick: Great yoga studio for flow yoga which isn't my cup of tea but it's still enjoyable here

John Gallion: Teachers Sam is gifted caring individual who took an entire class to the next Realm of consciousness

Maureen Spengel: A down-to-earth a serene studio to check out. The teachers are very kind, and the space is beautiful and many humble vibes here. I was visiting frequently at the beginning of last year, and I miss my evenings inside this yoga studio. Will be back soon!!

Sharon Profis: , and the packages are reasonable

Boris Roz: It’s nice to have a pro yoga studio in the neighborhood. I enjoy coming here.

Nick Maltagliati: This studio is absolutely amazing. All the instructors are professional and welcoming while the space is tranquil and intimate. I had my first ever class here and I keep coming back!

Matthew: this spot is a little out of the way for me, as I live across the park. but I come here because my homie Nick teaches here. the value of taking yoga classes with a fellow cyclist is immeasurable. he knows what these thighs and knees need. top notch studio, very open and light. it may get crowded but never claustrophobic.

Alex Adkins: I love this place. I'm here 5X week minimum, and I can't say enough about the instructors, the classes, the space and the awesome community this studio has brought together. I've been a regular since Day 1 and tell everyone I know to check it out.
