Laura Phelan: Libbys Labs provides exceptional guidance and formulas. I previously worked with another lab and chemist and lost of money and time. The owner of the other lab kept telling me my bad formulas were my fault because of my limited ingredient list. The staff at Libby Labs is super experienced in formulation, I could immediately tell the difference from the very first formulas they sent me.
