Squirrel Friend: August Hall is a smaller venue with interesting architecture. It used to be a movie theater BTW. There are some valet garages nearby. The drinks here are larger. There is also an upstairs area. I saw Sophie Ellis-Bextor here and had a good time.
Madeleine Bellard: Super cool venue right around the corner fromUnion Square. Tons of parking garages around it and the line outside/getting us into the venue moved quick. Would love to come back for another show soon!
Jason Derk: Great venue. Great looking inside
Mark Eastwood: Interesting, hadn’t been before. Attended a private party and enjoyed the visit.
Mo G: Sanguisugabogg and peelingflesh were really good. The venue and staff were cool. ada seating was awesome as well. Will be back for more metal 🤘⛧

Steve Marshall: If you want to feel like you’ve time traveled back into the roaring 20’s then this is the place to go. Amazing venue and actors really immerse you into the scenes. It’s not like seeing a show about a speakeasy in the 1920’s, it’s like being in a speakeasy in the 1920’s.Highly recommend. My family and I are still talking about it today. We all want to go back again! Thanks for a great night Soaeakeasy San Francisco! It was the bees knees!
Fabio Herrera: An amazing experience full of twist and turns. A great night with entertainment around every corner. I'll be sure to come back!
Stephanie Smith: Such a stellar experience!! My husband and I had such a fabulous time. Everyone was dressed, the performers were fantastic, and I adored the period details. We will definitely be back. 💜
Mariska Calabrese: What a great venue! We did a party for a conference we held locally and had food catered/gaming tables, etc. The venue, while small, was a fantastic little maze and definitely gave off historic/speakeasy vibes. I’d love to go back for other events and see what else they host!

Anthony DeBerry: One for the history books. Glad I was able to enjoy it while it lasted.
Pete “OtterPop” K.: I love this venue. When it's full the mezzanine is awesome, but even when it's half full the crowd is amazing! Intimate and friendly. Will always see a group or artist if they perform here.
daymellyn perez: Too bad it’s closing or closed now
Michael Ramia: Great place!

nai saephan: Vibe was great, food was great, the ride was bumpy but thats normal and our Server DOROTHY was the highlight of it all. She never missed a beep of refilling our drinks, very attentive to our table, her customer service was just soooo perfect and she gave us an amazing experience being that it was our first time in the horn blower boat.
Mathilda Traylor: Romantic Valentine’s Day Dinner CruiseFor Valentine’s Day this year, we decided to indulge in something truly special – a romantic dinner cruise along the San Francisco skyline. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of magical. As we stepped aboard the elegant ship, we were greeted by the warm smiles of the staff and a glass of champagne. The ambiance was immediately enchanting, with soft lighting and the soothing music from a live DJ.The dinner itself was a culinary journey that delighted the senses. Each course was expertly crafted, featuring a blend of flavors and textures that left us craving more. From succulent seafood appetizers to tender steak entrees and decadent desserts, every bite was a delight. But perhaps the highlight of the night was the scenery. As we cruised along the glistening waters, we were treated to breathtaking views of the city skyline bathed in the soft glow of twilight. The iconic landmarks of Alcatraz Island and the Golden Gate Bridge seemed to sparkle just for us, creating an unforgettable experience.Throughout the evening, the attentive staff ensured that every detail was taken care of, allowing us to relax and savor each moment together. Whether it was the DJ taking our request to play our wedding song or the crew taking a perfect photo under the Golden Gate, their hospitality was truly exceptional. As the cruise came to an end, we couldn’t help but feel a sense of gratitude. The romantic Valentine’s Day dinner cruise had exceeded our expectations, leaving us with memories that we will cherish for years to come. If you’re looking to treat your loved one to a special evening, we highly recommend City Experiences.-Mathilda and Mike
