Orpheum Theatre: what do users think?

Mary Tucker: My son & I saw Funny Girl while in town visiting family. Wow! What a cool, old building! Just fantastic. Everyone was really nice. They do a bag check, so be prepared. There are concessions to buy before the show & a really lovely lounge for drinky drinks! And what a stellar performance! đŸ€© Amazing. The most professional show I've seen yet. A+

Ginger Gilliam: did not allow for our legs to sit at a comfortable 90°. To move our legs we had to hit those beside us. If you are as unlucky as I was, you may get someone over 6’0” behind you and experience knees to the back of your head. In addition, if you are broad shouldered or wider in size

Frank A. Brash: Went there for a play. It's an old beauty that serves many people for many shows.Sight lines are good.Acoustics are nice .Balcony seats fall into that " we're going to cram you in because you paid less" mentality .It feels a bit dingy but it works. The carpets have seen better days. All in all, though, it's fun to see Broadway plays in this old belle.

M Wang: Beautiful interior. A great place to see a show!

Trina Turner: Great space!!

Julie: Lovely old theatre

Catarina Gamboa: .The theater is pretty on the inside and great for plays and musicals.

Golden Gate Theatre: what do users think?

Michael Delehanty Real Estate: It has been a bucket list item for me to see Devo and I got that opportunity at the Golden Gate Theater. It’s a beautiful old venue that feels small and relatively elegant and the sound quality is very good. Unfortunately, Devo was a bit disappointing but of course, that’s no reflection on the Theater. I think it’s interesting that I’ve seen dozens of music and stage shows but this was the first time I’ve been to this venue. I’m wondering if the shows I like typically don’t come here so I’ll watch for that going forward. I’m tempted to give this place five stars due to the beautiful building, friendly staff and short drink lines, but the truth is, the Fox in Oakland is so much better. After the show, my buddy and I walked down Market to view the laser which added to a great evening for all.Michael DelehantyCompass Real Estate

Ma Lourdes DeWeerd: This place is great to watch the show of Simon & Garfunkel story.

Jeffrey Nakamura: First time there, quick walk from BART. Clean facilities, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Gay Lyn Montgomery: Excellent time

Eric Valencia: Very historic looking building, but hasn't been updated to be fully ADA accessible. There are no elevators, so unless you are on the ground floor, you will have to take the stairs and store your wheelchair or mobility device on the ground floor. The area immediately surrounding the theater is a bit sketchy, with defecation on the sidewalk, so watch your steps. The seats inside are comfortable and every seat provides a great view of the stage. Bars on each floor, and the ability to pre-order drinks for intermission was awesome.

Tracey Lin Robles: Dear San Francisco was the best show I've ever seen. I love the intimacy of this theater and how they incorporate the audience into the show. Everyone should be going to see this, whether you live in SF or are just visiting. You get full table service from your seat. If you want an even more unique experience, go for the seats that are on the stage! What a beautiful work of art that also functions as a love letter to the city.

Deugracias Castaneda: Dear San Francisco.A must visit show if when you're in SF. Amazing show.

Ashley Grady: Saw "Dear San Francisco" show last Thursday! Prior to the show, we had an easy time finding a ramp to park in close by despite blocked traffic nearby. Club Fugazi is right next to Chinatown, so if you are planning to see a show in the evening, I'd spend the first part of the day exploring Chinatown. The show itself was great... I did wish they had more aerial stunts than they did though. Overall, it was a great performance, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Bay area.

Luca Devin: So much fun, dear San Francisco was a great show.

Nancy grieshop: Friendly staff! Amazing music!!
