The care that everyone you come into contact with shows you is topnotch. Everyone is friendly and willing to help.Dr. Duncan called the evening of my procedure to check-in. I did not answer, as I was sleeping, but his message was sincere, caring and also reminded me of the after-care instructions.If you need an oral surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Duncan and the team at 7x7!

They were patient and took their time to explain what was needed and what they could do, scheduled me quickly, and performed tooth extraction and bone graft exactly as detailed. IV sedation was great and, 5 days out, recovery has been without incident.Review after placement of post: Dr. Duncan and the West Portal staff are truly impressive. Scheduling was easy, rescheduling due to flu was accommodating, preop contact and explanation was clear and helpful, medication was called into my pharmacy, and billing was transparent. Again, the procedure and recovery progressed exactly as described. The entire process was professionally and caringly orchestrated. Dr. Duncan even called the evening following surgery to check on me!

    Luna Lightblade: involving extreme pain. I had most of the major risk factors for it, and I in no way hold it against the team here.The outpouring of support that I've gotten from the clinic and surgeon here has completely blown me away. Dr Sodeifi took multiple phone calls from me late into the night, and brought me into the office multiple times on short notice in order to get me the care I needed to address it. When it ultimately became necessary he even got a team together to perform an emergency procedure for me on a Saturday evening - which ended up completely resolving the pain within 24 hours. I don't think I would ever consider doing oral surgery anywhere else, knowing how much this team has my back if something goes awry.

    Norman Cohen: My experience at Bayside was excellent from the first moment. Inwent to the office without an appointment after having seen an endodontist the previous daywho could not complete the root canal procedure.I was promptly put into an exam room, saw the oral surgeon Dr Khallil and prepped for the extraction of the infected molar. This wss done with local anesthesia and finished quiclkly and painlessly. The whole experience took less than an hour.Dr. Khallil was excellent, his staff was superb and the entire process very satisfactory.

After waking up of course i was in panic again but they calmed me down once more before sending me to the recovery room to meet with my partner. They explained how my recovery was going to go and all the steps we should take in helping me. Very great!

    chano ibarra: First time for consultation, got there 20-25 minutes before scheduled appt. I had to wait almost an hour before I met with the Surgeon. It didn't start well.The surgeon was patient, very clear and knowledgeable as to what an implant consisted of.Very very expensive. I do realize it is needed and it is all due to my neglecting my teeth.It was indeed a pleasure to have met Dr. Tsang. I walked out with a clear picture as to what needed to be done.SSF Donps...After obtaining another opinion, exam and expenses in another dental office, I realized that I can't afford the Peninsula Center.
