Sayana: This is a very nice karaoke place! They have a lot of private rooms and a cozy open area. Everything seemed clean and well-organized.We walked in on Saturday evening and luckily got a private room for a couple of hours. However, I recommend making a reservation ahead of time, especially on weekends.The staff was very responsive, which was great.Personally, I thought it was a bit overpriced, but we still had a great time singing and enjoying drinks.

If it's ever been karaoke-ized, they probably have itParking: Parking: street, but generally free, unless you're a weirdo who goes to karaoke mid-day. Try up by the Safeway and walk a block or two.

There’s a market, boba guys, Popeyes, and Starbucks within the area.They have a very nice selection of songs. We went for Mandarin, Cantonese, and English songs. By the end we were very satisfied with the sound system and the sound proofing of the place.It’s not your flashy karaoke place
