Shazia Tariq: This is my favorite desi restaurant in the bay area that I discovered recently. The chicken tikka masala is perfection with the white rice. Also the mango lassi is amazing. I believe this location is now closed as I walked by the other day and the people working inside said it's going to be a Mediterranean restaurant now. If anyone knows if Lahore Karahi is moving to a new location, please update their listing. The other restaurants don't know how to make chicken tikka masala.
Ting Lin: Will definitely visit again if I come back to San Francisco again!Highly recommend 👍👍👍
Muhib Latify: Always fresh & delicious Halal food great Job.
Michael A. Fain: They've got delicious food. Everything prepared fresh on the grill.
Mohammad: I highly recommend this place. Great service and delicious food!
Cyprian Tayrien: Fast, polite, delicious. Generous portions.
Daniel Flores: I’ve been coming to this amazing Indian food restaurant fir over 12 years and it’s still amazingly good. I’m super traditional when I order here it’s always chicken tikka masala, rice, veggies semosas, and garlic naan you can not go wrong with this. In the past I’ve had the Tandoori dishes and they are also amazing. Dinner time can be busy so plan a head. I always order take out but you can dine in and bring your alcohol if you like that. The staff is super friendly.
Dr Murad A. Karam: Recommended dishes Shahi Paneer Tikka Masala, Mango Lassi, Garlic Naan, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Curry, Chilli Naan, Shahi Paneer, Curry, Tikka Masala, Cheese Naan, Sauce, Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka Masala
Karli S: This place has been through it all and they are still standing. I used to live across the street from here and had it every week! Love this place made me fall in love with Indian food and it is highly recommended if you are in town to visit GO HERE. After I moved back to Reno I would come and visit and bring back a bunch of dishes for family and friends. It’s very authentic and a hole in the wall restaurant that is worth every penny HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Dietary restrictions: They have vegan availableWheelchair accessibility: It can be accessed
Shreya Kumawat: Love this restaurant!!! Every time ready to even drive for an hr. to eat Butter Chicken and chilli garlic naan 😋
Sunstruck T.: . Definitely check it out if you're in the Tenderloin and craving some Indian food! They also really creamy Mango Lassi and hot chai on demand.
Tanvir Alam: Amazing taste. Must try Chicken Karahi + Sweet Naan

Corina Lange: Delicious food and large portion sizes for the price! I ordered the chicken biryani and veggie biryani and was quite satisfied with both. The flavour profile of each is solid, and I like that they have the vegetarian option, as other places I have been to didn't offer this. When I arrived to pick up my DoorDash order, the staff were just taking my biryani out of the pan, so it was very fresh. Each portion is a couple of meals worth of food - an excellent value. I will be back the next time I'm craving biryani.
DYJ1948: Very nice place with extremely attentive and friendly staff. We came in about 9:15 and they close at 10 pm but it was no problem as they gave us great service. We did have to pay early since the waitstaff were leaving at 9:30 which was not a problem. The food was good but the matar paneer was just a bit bland and watery. But the chicken tikki masala was tomato based but excellent and the chicken was very tender. The garlic naan was outstanding as was the samosa. Those were must orders!! We’ll be back to try other dishes. They had a photo book of many of their dishes which looked great!
Sarah Jane Underwood: Our favorite Indian food in SF! Love all the vegan options. Just delish and reliable. Nice people too. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Vegan options galore!
Wilson Tsang: I ordered the lunch special for $15 and it comes with two curry and rice. I got the paneer saag and the chicken tiki masala, and everything was very flavorful! It is definitely not made with heavy cream like other places. I think the portion could be a little bigger but overall the food is very flavorful and I would definitely come back for more!
Sugandan Barathy: The staff were so nice and friendly. Me and a friend went just after last call and they took our order and the food was so aromatic and tasted great. Def 5/5 for service and quality

beyza simsekoglu: Truly the most delicious meat I've ever tasted! I highly recommend it. Especially the lemon chicken, onion pancake, spicy beef stew, and lamb shank. The lamb shank was cooked to perfection, the meat was incredibly tender. The same goes for the lemon chicken, which falls apart the moment you touch it. I will DEFINITELY COMING BACK, I LOVED IT!

Tanvi patel: Love the ambience and food. Panner tikka is my favorite there.
Petz: who was a very cheeky sense of humor and gave me the nickname 'PetCo'Mela provides stellar services, top quality food and a great place to introduce your friend to "hookahs n hoses"I'm blessed to call these three my life long friends. Try the cinnamon tea, trust me, they brew it for 24 hours...its absolutely divine!
Russ C.: The TM Mac & Cheese is a great fusion. You should try it! The Shiraz was also very good as was the tandoori. I highly recommend Mela Tandoori Kitchen.

Johnny Mucikyan: Great food, at very reasonable prices
Lucas Banks: Great food. Good price point and service is great.
Rachel Ni: I am so excited to see Sini is open for lunch. This is my weekly spot, I love their salads, pita sandwiches and their rice platter.Don’t forget to try their smoked eggplant ❤️The Turkish meatball is off the chart!Everyone in the restaurant are wearing protective equipment. The lady on the front clean the order table 3 times while I was waiting for my order 😋
Ali Sesli: Definitely recommended, fluffy pita and doner 😋😋😋
Elif Kav.: Amazing food!
Chris Elgee: Good, tasty, honest food. Friendly staff make you feel like a regular on your first visit. (-:
Tariq Syed: Loved the food! It was a bit spicy for kids but if you’re into spicy desi food, this place is worth checking out. I highly recommend take-out option instead of dining in. This place is too congested and there are two restrooms that are filled with graffiti all over their walls. The restrooms are toward the back and they use the walkway to it for all kinds of food-related storage so the smell was very strong and it permeated the dining area, making the eating experience bad.Parking: There is no dedicated parking and only street parking available so it can be challenging to find a parking spot even on a weekday.

Swap: , matar paneer with Green chili naan and garlic naan. We actually ordered the paneer tikka masala but the order got messed up. I didn’t have any complaints about the matar paneer though! And our favorite was the cauliflower roast with the khichdi - a must try!If you’re in SFO and looking for some seriously good Indian food - stop by here! Also a special mention of their service - really, sweet people! After ordering, I realized that I was out of lactaid in my wallet and my spouse needed to make a quick run to Walgreens. They accommodated our request to bring the food out when he was back. Thanks to that kindness, I enjoyed my lunch without having to deal with a tummy ache later!

Umamah Iram: Took koshari on the go while visiting San Fransico. The quantity was good.Food: 4/5Recommended dishes …
Mario Dos Campollo: Tasty Egyptian food in the TenderNob. Affordable prices and nice portion sizes. The lamb and beef shawarma is always a hit in dish form or wrap. And so is the hummus. The Koshari was delicious. It was a beautiful symphony of different flavors and textures. The jute plant soup on the other hand is an acquired taste for sure. Tasty but texture wise.Dietary restrictions: Veggie options
Zohaib Abbasi: Had koshary, it was good
