No matter how busy she was, she always made time to call me back or see me right away when I had a concern. She came to see me every day in the hospital after my delivery. She also took the time to help me find an excellent pediatrician for my son.She is passionate about her job. She mentioned every year she receives around 200 postcards from past patients. She remembered every one of them, their names, and their conditions.During my delivery, Dr. Green even took the time to address another medical problem I had which could have been ignored by other doctors. In my experience, it wasn’t that she didn’t listen to your concerns; it was that she wouldn’t follow the solutions that you just found on the internet. I did try my best to convince her to let me deliver my son a week later and do natural birth--I used data, clinical evidence, everything I could, but she didn’t let me. I was worried and frustrated. But I knew enough to trust her and let her do the job.At the end of the day, she is a well-decorated OB and it was her job to find a medical solution for me, not follow what I wanted to do. She has a strong opinion and it is based on tens of thousands of deliveries. She is sharp, to the point, and evidence-based.So if you are looking for a doc to hold your hand and let you pick your medical solutions, she is not a good fit; but if you are looking for an OB with experience, care, and expertise to make strong decisions for you, she is the one.CONCLUSIONMy delivery went smoothly. I have not had a kid in 16 years and there I found her n Google with great reviews and some complainers, but I have yet to receive the energy described on some of these reviews. For my last kid I was receiving prenatal care at UCSF in which I was completely unhappy with and when I found Dr. Green it was like a miracle; she got to know me on a personal level and I fund out she is also the Dr. to several of my colleagues. Iv'e always thought she was warm when being seen by her but if you're looking for that grandmother feeling you probably wont get that from her but she knows this med stuff so well and could probably assist you half sleep if needed lol, and not to mention her experience which is always a plus for me. I could say more, but I think this lady works her butt off and is great for me, and trust, I am very opinionated!

I would definitely recommend Dr Zeng. The front Staff and check out desk were very welcoming and helpful my visit went smoothly .

They also have an on-call dr. phone service, so you can ask questions about your pregnancy at any time, as emergencies might come up. The office was also super helpful when I was navigating the disability leave documentation. Finally, this is not a "Rotational" office: Your OB will be the one delivering your baby, rather than "whoever is on call". For all of these reasons, I had a phenomenal experience, and this office definitely deserves the high ratings.Fun note - we started a tradition of stopping by the 85 Degrees Bakery after our appointments - it has a lot of cute Asian Pastries :

Whenever I have question they response right away! It’s hard to find such responsible medical team nowadays. I cannot tell you how many times I cannot make out the diagnoses on other people's forms but you even included the ICD10's as well for further clarification which is also so rare. I receive hundreds of forms daily with no telephone numbers or fax numbers and the handwriting is so bad, you can't even make out the provider's name to find them on google. PLEASE don't ever change. The little people like me really really appreciate you making our job easier. You are one in a million. And that's a FACT! THANK YOU!

That's dedication to a patient unparalleled to anything I've experienced in the past. For the second labor, she came in and delivered my baby during a difficult delivery two weeks early. I would not have wanted anyone else to deliver my child. She took charge of the delivery room in a professional, quick, kind way, and kept everyone calm, and ensured my baby was safely delivered.Dr Koh is professional, knew how to guide my care during pregnancy, and would take time with me without feeling rushed. She is incredibly nice and caring - and now my kids like to come back in and say hello to her too. It's a small practice and feels like a family to me. She's a fantastic choice and I highly recommend her.

No matter which doctor I saw for my annual exam, I was taken care of, treated thoughtfully and always felt welcome to ask questions. Dr. Koh delivered both of my children. He came out happy, healthy and beautiful and that's more than we could ask for.Dr. Koh truly exceeded all my expectations and I will not hesitate to have her as my OB for the next pregnancy!

No availability for months, just to get birth control refilled. Office is hard to find.But don’t let this stop you. I learned today that once you’re a patient you can get set up through a different portal which makes communication easier. So, for me it’s worth it to have an exceptional doctor.

I came to see Dr. Moy who was extremely knowledgable and provided top tier gynecologic care.I did have to wait several months for an appointment as a new patient, and i did come at the end of the day, which meant i had to wait due to other appointments that ran late.Frankly, there are a lot of reviews complaining about waiting. If you dont want to wait, book your appointments in the morning as they open up. But for me, i value top of the line care, and im willing to wait around to see some of the best doctors in the bay area.I did have some frustrations booking an appointment, but nothing worth complaining about in a review, it eventually was resolved and with not too much hassle.I will be coming back to this practice for Dr Moy!

They called and make sure to inform me then right away helped me to reschedule my appointment. The whole time they are nice and polite.I had appointment with Dr Moy. She is very professional but very nice. She even called me at 6:40pm to tell me everything is fine with my ultrasound results. I was surprised that she called me that late. Pat did my ultrasound and she is simply the most knowledgeable and the nicest sonographer I have ever known! She is very detailed, she explained everything to me and answer my every question.I highly recommend them!
