Zee Williamson-Brewer: I had quite the opposite experience as some of the other reviewers. I had multiple consultations on the products and they didn't seem to upsale too much. The front desk staff were very kind. Jessica did my work and she is a true artist! I was a bit hesitant the next day but things hadn't settled yet. She spent the time necessary and made sure I saw the results in real-time, so there were no surprises. It can be a scary experience to trust someone with your face with results that last over 9 months. I'm glad I took a leap of faith and plan on returning next month!4 months later Update: I had a pretty uncomfortable visit and had it not been for Prunella I probably wouldn't be returning. I don't want to put a lot of negativity into the universe because I believe my concerns have been dealt with, but I do feel the need to put out a bit of an ominous warning. The entire staff are amazing.Let's just say I won't be returning on a day that Anna Marie is on staff. If people want a safe and comfortable experience then I'd recommend requesting Jessica for all your needs.

Daria Gershman: Big shout out to Epi Center and AnaMarie. I have heard great things about this Med Spa over the years and I finally made an appointment for a Holiday face "refresher". I came in for a consult with AnaMarie and she knew just what I needed. I look and now feel rejuvenated. I tried the EZ Gel. She added another couple small touches and I love the results. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5 stars!

Nicole Violet: I would have given it five stars but my first experience was iffy. My first visit was supposed to be for a consult , Botox and possible fillers. I got there and was greeted by the lovely front desk people. those woman are always smiling and so helpful. I met with Jean Marie the rn. She was so rushed. She barely spoke with me. Quickly marking my face- and then began botox. I said I wanted an eye brow lift and she scowled and said " well, if i knew that I would have done it different." Overall, I was in and out in 15 minutes and out $800+. I had thought I could purchase a groupon there and it was sold out. The front desk allowed me to use the groupon for my next visit for fillers. I didn't plan on returning- I felt not heard and rushed. As I was leaving I spoke with Jasmine and she was so kind- I decided to schedule another appointment. This time was Janelle- she was so patient, knowledgeable and she really listened. I didn't feel rushed or like a number. I felt like she honestly cared about the outcome, and not just the money. I will always go to Janelle- I will continue to frequent this med spa. However, If you want to be in and out- like a drive thru- go to the RN. If you want to be heard and explained things to, go to Janelle. As always, the front desk people are so kind and efficient.

They offer a wide range of services and their staff are able to guide and educate you on finding the right treatment for you. Jasmine is the Coolsculpt Master on staff. She provided excellent service, education, and was professional- yet personable. If you’re looking for a MedSpa, I would highly recommend.

Lydia Winn: Quite expensive but extremely responsive, good service and trustworthy. Champagne while you wait if it’s your thing! I had a reaction to a cream once and they sent me home, instead of barreling forward. Not the type to overcharge or do sloppy work!

I feel like the high definition camera up in my face all day really makes me want to freshen my appearance. Kristine conducted the treatment and the whole experience was great. Very little discomfort and she kept me at ease the whole time. The spa was really clean, comfortable, and modern. Everyone was very attentive and professional. Already I can see the coloration around my eyes, nose, and forehead being more even. I like what I see on that camera! Clearer, fresher skin is the new professional dress in the remote work world.
