Sophia Lorenzi: Cedric is an angel. I came in with sat-on glasses, as well as a pair of cheapies for adjustments. He was kind, professional, and charming, and I will certainly be returning when it's time for a new pair.
Bryan Neuberg: Cedric is exceptional and embodies the true spirit of service. I came to him with a cracked pair of hand-made glasses that were expensive. My lenses are highly specialized and cost even more at around $1000. So I had to replace the frames with an exact pair or be forced to pay $1500+ for a new set of everything.When I met with him to discuss my options, he offered to have them repaired by an outside vendor--and at a fraction of the price. I was taken aback. This wasn’t even on my radar. I was very thankful and can use the extra savings elsewhere.It's this level of dedication to his clients' needs that deepens their loyalty to Veo Optics.

I first frequented their Union location, but since its closure, I've become a regular at the only remaining store in SF, conveniently situated at the Palace Hotel. SEE's glasses are crafted in small, distinctive batches, ensuring each pair is truly one-of-a-kind. What truly sets SEE apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff, particularly their optician, Dave Bell, is a superstar par excellence in customer service. Over the years, Dave has guided me to numerous pairs of perfect glasses for me, always eliciting questions like, "Where did you get those?!"It's a run, don't walk type of situation folks. Oh! And they get new glasses in every month, pretty cool!

Jan Hier-King: I ordered glasses from the SEE Online site and didn’t hear anything back for a while. I later found out that you can’t order progressive lenses online because they require in-person measurements. So, I dutifully went into the Market St. San Francisco location looking for help. I’m afraid I couldn’t explain what I needed very well, but Anna did a great job figuring it all out and giving me the information I needed to get back to the online order. She was so helpful that I opted to buy another pair while I was there. Two pertinent pieces of information for everyone: the first is the customer service at the Market St. location is superb and the second is don’t attempt to order any unusual lenses online!

He has been very patient when assisting me with finding just the right frames. He’s always a joy to work with. Progressive lenses, sunglasses, Transitions, Zeiss, etc. Their location is convenient, 1 block from BART. They have an amazing selection of frames. It’s not a corporate-owned store. Rowena’s and Angel’s knowledge and customer service are unmatched. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

In sum, the two opticians I encountered couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. They both are truly a credit to Costco, and I don't see any reason to go anywhere else for glasses.
