I called back the following Wednesday and lo and behold they had received the model of battery I needed and were selling it used for $60. I drove right over and picked it up fully charged with a warranty. I will never shop for a car battery anywhere where else.

    Grant Jean: Very communicative shop. I was helped by John one of the service managers. He gave a thorough explanation on warranty coverage and helped price match my service parts to bring my service cost down. Overall great experience

    Derrick Lee: for services. Even with appointment at noon, I was advised to go home and come back because of wait time that might be 4-5pm. I spent 20 dollars on Uber to go home and another 7.00 on public transportation. If I was by myself, I might of waited but I came with parents so they can shop at Ranch 99. This is why I could not give perfect score. But my car was ready around or before 2pm because employee tried to expedite it for me, but I went home and had to come back. Also, public transportation took longer than expected for muni and SamTrans. With SamTrans it did not take me all the way and I had to walk half to one mile. If it was t for Apple map, I might of got lost. But I did like the staff though.

    Tim Chase: The overall experience was better than I had hoped or expected. It would be a 10, but the understaffing was apparent. The gentleman manning the front desk had to do so solo, and for quite an unreasonable time. This had caused email confirmation of my appointment to not happen. They were already booked for the day, but the gentleman confirmed my appointment on the spot, when he did not have to. He was very accommodating in balancing what I needed done vs. what my budget was. And to boot, they got it all done an hour quicker than estimated. I was rather relieved to learn the cost was way under what other estimates were, and they did more work.
