Overall, we had a great experience working with Made for our bathroom renovation. The design process was very easy and we were able to work with our designer to come up with something we really loved. Made then took care of dealing with our HOA and getting all the permits and necessary paperwork. The majority of this work was done during the Covid-19 shutdown. We were very concerned about how construction would take place with everyone at home but Made worked with the contractor to make sure it was as minimally disruptive as possible. The workers were great and did a really professional job and the end results are beautiful. We did have some hiccups along the way as any renovation would have, pipes not going in the right direction, etc., but Made was very quick to find ways to resolve those issues and stayed in constant communication with us so we knew what was being done. We're looking forward to our next bathroom renovation!

Also, the price is very comparable to the other estimates but includes WAY more services than the others. It's so convenient to have an entire team handling every single step of the process. They have all been very open to my suggestions and provided great insights & suggestions of their own. All of my questions have been answered clearly and promptly. I recently reviewed my renderings & am soooo excited to get started on construction. This is going to be the bathroom of my dreams! It seriously looks like something out of a magazine! I hired Made renovation in early December to perform a conversion from a laundry area to a half bath, with the washer and dryer stacked in a corner closet. We are just finishing the design phase and will move into construction next. But, they have been very easy to work with, punctual, thorough, friendly. Their designer, Gabriela, had great ideas and was also open to customer input. Their 3-D rendering made it easy to see what the final space will look like. So far so good!
