Aroma Tea Shop: what do users think?

Andrew Standley: Exquisite teas with a terrific variety available.

Gary Kline: Wow, was a great suprise, fresh brewed tea. Lovely girl working there who was very sweet, polite, very helpful. Took time to show us the different teas and brewed the best tea Ive ever had! My daughter had the boaba tea, and loves it as well.

World Wide Ed: Located about a block away from Fisherman's Wharf and just across the street of the popular CoCo's, Aroma Tea Shop has a WIDE variety of fresh tea options to choose from. When you walk in, you'll see tubs of leaves lining the walls on both sides and what's great is you can pick the leaves for your tea base and they will make it custom and fresh right in front of you. This shop has only been open for over a year, but they have a couple other locations around SF. Nice worker and tasty tea = great experience.

Rob Thorne: Very good tea! Had my favorite 武夷山乌龙茶!

Albertino M.: Good quality near high-end tea shop in heart of fisherman wharf. What's unique is you pick out the tea you want to taste and they'll take it from there. Professional demonstration with not a hint of pushing for sale. Bubble tea is why I came and even this forever ending trend they're right up there with some of the bigger well-known boba shops. You'll be surprised here.

Yezenia Ortiz: Great service! And teas are pretty good, highly recommended!

Ganzeses sanchez: Tries the oolong milk tea, it was delicious! Hubby had the peach tea no sugar, really refreshing! Will be coming here again!

Greta Handing: The tea is great!!

Adam Rikisuke (VinxLyfe): Give it a 5 cuz fontine need good reviews n money

Sip Tea Room: what do users think?

Audrey Mills: Perfect for a tea party! The host was amazing and so welcoming. We got the Sip Classic and it was a perfect amount of food. The scones were to die for!Parking: There is enough around the neighborhood, even a parking lot about two blocks away! And there was even free parking when we went close by

Alicia Mullens: , and the service is so warm! Will be planning a return trip!

Gabriela RW: If you need gluten-free, message the owner before your visit so she can meet your needs. The sandwiches were creative, but I was left missing some of the more traditional flavors.. The scones were delightful, as well as the jam. I do wish we could have wrapped up our meal with some petit fours. I also wish they offered hot chocolate for the littles. We bought a little honey pot, which was the cutest. The owner seemed a bit standoffish and not very warm, although she seemed to warm up a bit after I complimented her tea room.Parking is super problematic, so Lyft there.

Greg and Ramona Mayon:

Vital Tea Leaf: what do users think?

Mica Robertson: An amazing tea tasting experience!! You don't want to miss this 🙂

Nick R: This was a very fascinating and pleasurably, informing time. The tea was superb! I highly recommend stopping in at Vital Tea Leaf. Sit down and relax with Kenny. Thank you Kenny, it was a pleasure to meet you and spend some time unwinding and enjoying some great tea.

lang wichman: Chris is a Wealth of knowledge, you should go.

linda morse: Uncle was the best, so entertaining and knowledgeable. The tea was delicious and uncle explained the benefits of each one. Highly suggest going. 10/10 experience

Natividad Ramirez: May is always very helpful. The Teas she has are amazing and if you do as she says they will cure you. You must stop by and see her.

Max Conelly: "Uncle" was a hoot. It was a show and tasting experience. We purchased some tea for home and it is wonderful. He had some sage advice for my teenage son and made his first visit to chinatown a memorable one.

Martin Galaz: This is an amazing experience and the owner is so nice I will come back and buy some tea

Red Blossom Tea Company: what do users think?

ayush kalani: was a heartwarming touch. While we admittedly drank quite a bit of tea that afternoon, the Ao Fu Hou oolong emerged as the clear crowd favorite. The wild leaf Menghai Sheng Pu-erh was undeniably strong, best suited for seasoned tea drinkers.I highly recommend this place and especially their in person tea tasting.

Matee Mana: has changed a lot since 2020, by necessity, of course. I do miss lifting the lids of the tea jars and sampling the scents of the different teas, but I agree with the decision to keep everything pre-packed. Their online shop makes things very convenient, but I do recommend visiting the physical shop if you find yourself in the area. Looking forward to my next tea restock visit!

Ashton Rohmer: - I used it for the first time yesterday and it worked beautifully...plus it is exquisitely designed. Haven't tried the teas I bought yet, but given how informed and kind the staff were, have no doubt they will be delightful.

Matt Savage: For over a decade, I’ve had the pleasure of being a loyal customer at Red Blossom Tea Company. Each visit feels like a delightful escape into the world of tea, where fragrant leaves and rich traditions intertwine.[1] Warm Welcome: Stepping through the door, I’m greeted by an inviting atmosphere—a sanctuary for tea lovers. The knowledgeable staff, led by the gracious owner, Alice, embodies the spirit of hospitality.[2] Tea Exploration: The vast selection of teas beckons, like a library of aromatic treasures. From delicate jasmine to exotic persimmon blossom, each cup tells a story. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve sampled their offerings, always discovering something new.[3] Guidance and Expertise: Alice and her team are more than salespeople; they’re tea guides. Their recommendations are spot-on, tailored to my flavor preferences. Whether I’m seeking tranquility or adventure in a teacup, they steer me toward the perfect brew.[4] Tasting Rituals: Red Blossom invites you to explore. With complimentary tastings, I’ve sipped my way through oolongs, pu-erhs, and delicate white teas. It’s an education in every cup, and I leave with newfound appreciation.[5] Global Connections: The teas sourced from China and Taiwan carry stories of distant mountains, skilled artisans, and ancient traditions. Red Blossom bridges cultures, allowing us to savor the world in a porcelain vessel.[6] Ever-Evolving: Like a tea garden in perpetual bloom, Red Blossom introduces new varieties regularly. Their commitment to quality and sustainability ensures that each sip is an adventure. In summary, Red Blossom Tea Company isn’t just a shop; it’s a journey of flavors and friendship. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or a curious novice, this little haven on Grant Avenue invites you to taste, learn, and linger.

Indra Payne: Red Blossom... thanyou I love the tea. This batch of Chamomile Flower that i recieved. Is the Freshest most potent batch that I've ever had. The aroma is like... Chocolate 🍫 and Cranberry dancing together. Wow and Beautiful are the words.

Ben Scheiner: Very high quality tea at very high prices. My only complaint is that the samplers I took home are very skimpy, at 1g per oz there isn't even enough tea in here to use my 5.5oz gaiwan.

Eric Perret: Really knowledgeable staff. They helped me pick out the correct tea for my mother. They have everything in stock.

Michael Ferri: Thank you so much for your prompt and friendly service. The tea was needed for an upcoming charity auction item - a tea sampler. I mistakenly thought I had previously made the order but finally realized that I had not. I called you and you got the tea to me in 2 days with time to spare. I am so fortunate to have wondered in off the street quite by accident into your shop years ago on a visit to SF. The Golden Threads tea that you introduced me to is my all time, favorite tea. Again, thank you so much!Michael Ferri - Coupeville, WA

Alex Scoble: Had two delightful tasting experiences at Red Blossom tea this week. First was with the owner and second was later in the week with one of their sales staff. Their tea is excellent and knowledge of teas is evident. I bought three teas. I highly recommend visiting this shop or buying from them online.

Rachel Cannon: Absolutely phenomenal experience today, this is a must for any tea enthusiast around the bay. I walked in as my circumstances brought me to SF today with open expectations. Immediately I was greeted and offered a sample of a cold brewed tea on hand. I expressed interest in sampling a few teas and was given a lot of great recommendations and ultimately the teas came home with me!Red Blossom Tea is small, but mighty and boasts generations not only of tea knowledge but their brick and mortar presence. There are mainstay teas available, to include blends, but what impressed me the most were the rare and uncommon varietals/cultivars.The pricing is very transparent at this shop both on purchasing for consumption and the tastings, this is much appreciated. There can be a lack of warmth or perceived elitism when it comes to tea and I can confidently say that I experienced none of that here. There is an abundance of pride for the tea sold here and hearing the stories of the origins, propagation and processing was both informative and engaging.Fortune does not often bring me to SF but I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!

Albert Oku: Visited in late 2021, a wonderful experience and I seek out their curated selection of teas for personal use and as gifts.

Song Tea & Ceramics: what do users think?

Danielle Veluz: A unique shop that specializes in all things about tea - from imported tea leaves to beautifully made ceramics. If you ask them they'll offer you a taste of whatever tea they brewed for the day. My husband and I got to sample their Big Leaf Shuixian, an oolong tea from Taiwan. Relaxing vibe here and helpful staff. Just wish they were open more days of the week!

Ashton Rohmer: . A lovely selection of teas in a beautiful space.

Anthony Nguyen: Loved the tea selection. As a non tea drinker, owner was really helpful with guiding me to my first purchase!

Grace Lee: so glad we met Amanda. She’s super welcoming and shared a ton about tea. Her detailed explanations helped us choose the perfect tea flavor to start with. I highly recommend this place for tea lovers especially those into Taiwanese or Fujian teas. Different spectrum and harvest to explore, along with a selection of cool teaware. Great for gifting or treating yourself with some good tea.

Tara Seshan: Absolutely amazing place. Everyone working there is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The tea is delicious, especially the wide variety of oolong.

Dave Nugent: Excellent selection and taste

SJ Yang: the essence of tea - personified.

David Frank: Walking into the store is a moment of Zen. The staff make you feel welcomed right away and offer you a sample of the tea they are brewing that day. They have a selection that is unparalleled with a few bits of pottery as well. You should not feel shy and ask staff as many questions as you would like. They are happy to talk to you about t&a clearly passionate about what they do.

sue lake: Very knowledgeable and generous with the information.

Pietro T: Little gem for tea lovers in San Francisco. The owners are very kind and have a wide selection of handcrafted products in the shop. Possible tastings

S J: Song is the highest-end tea shop in San Francisco, stocking on everything whole-leaf *except Puerh*. They specialize in Taiwan-grown teas and most of their offerings have an electric oven finishing roast done state-side once imported. I am a particular fan of their Ceramics and Aged Teas. While their prices are certainly high, Song is not your everyday tea shop. In fact, Song Tea's physical storefront is no longer open most days of the week and they generally only offer tea tastings for special pre-booked events.

Christina Lewis: This place is heaven. Was greeted with the most delicious sample of green tea, the people here are so incredibly knowledgeable, and everything about the store is beautiful. Their tea selection is just incredible and unique!

A. A.: Excellent quality tea that I would rate among some of the best tea shops I’ve visited on any continent. The selection is on the small side but everything is quality. Their Old Grove Orchid oolong is as good as it gets.

K. Dickman: beautiful tea well curated

Phoebe Thornock: Absolutely lovely. The ceramics are stunning and the tea displays are beautiful and inviting. Amanda invited us to enjoy a spot of tea and her warmth and magic made us want to return again and again.

Asha Tea House: what do users think?

Jonathan Luu: I think this is one of the few times that a boba shop says “lightly” sweeten and it’s actually not that sweet. I got 100% sweetness and this might be 50% sweetness at other places. This lets the tea really shine through which is something i really like. They have more traditional teas as well so would recommend. I got a matcha cookie and this was excellent as well. There are a few chairs and table here so it’s good spot to work.

Trang Nguyen: Tried their chai latte with boba. It was ok, I didn't like their boba very much

Saman Samikermani: Food: 5/5

Lisa C: Lovely shop, staff knowledgable and helpful. They give brewing instructions with their tea both hot and cold which is really helpful!

Jennifer Juniper: This is still my FAVORITE Japanese tea shop. They have the best quality loose teas, beautiful handmade tea cups & sets, tea accessories, so many cute cat items, and it’s the perfect place to buy gifts. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

arif mir: What an amazing store. Our high schooler went there while on a field trip to Japan Town. He bought a tea cup. Unfortunately it broke on the train. He was disappointed. I called the store to order a new one. Not only did they ship us a new one. They didn't charge us a penny. Bless their heart for their kindness

Victoria Montero: Friendliest staff ever. Amazing Japanese tea selection.

Alexander P: Ordered on line I'm in the Vallejo benicia area just moved out of SF this is my go-to. I would never ever buy any other type of green tea with brown rice or any type of tea unless it's coming from CHATO. I love the packaging. I love that it's from Japan. I love the humidity in Japan is made for tea is delicious. I am sleeping cup right now. Thanks guys. Keep your business driving. I'm a love lifelong customer. I don't drink coffee. I just drink tea and it's just enough for me. MATCHA GenMachia 🌉👌👌👌🖇️👁️🤗🌛🌜👾🔥🌛💫⭐⭐🌟

Panda: Fantastic tea, and merchandise. wonderful people.

Justin Carter: Beautiful tea shop and wonderful staff

annie yu: Cute and intimate shop selling teas, tea pots, tea cups and anything related to teas. Located on the upper level of the Kinokuniya Building. I purchased two tea cups with the Japanese cat for my sister as gifts. It was wrapped nicely in tissue paper. I think she likes them. They are pricey but well made.Great place to shop for house warming gifts and tea lovers.

リアRia: from my home town Fukuoka.Taste like crisps, light and delicious aroma.

Nha Ha: Great tea selection and friendly staff

Ton T: A small store with a selection of tea, tea wares and accessories. Catering for the Japanese tea crowd, much of there wares could also do nicely for Chinese tea services.

b nine: Friendly and really knowledgeable staff

Jean Tsou: Small tea shop sells authentic Japanese tea wares with lots of selections and Japanese tea as well. They serve tea samples here for customers to try. Tea can be served in hot or cold. Lots of great and decent tea wares here from Japan that you don’t usually see it at other stores.

Cassidy Kellogg: This is my favorite tea shop in northern California. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, really taking the time to get to know each customer that comes in. I don't live in the area, but I always make it a point to stop at this store whenever I'm in San Francisco. Their website is simple and easy to use with the shipping being very quick as well, but then you don't get to see and chat with the amazing staff. I have not had a tea I dislike from here and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them!

Georgina Pride: It’s a nice place to buy Japanese tea in Japan town

Tuuyang Thant: oh my oh my god. Real fruits. Very fresh.

Edison Huang: ! The tea flavors here are better than the other boba shops. I still opt for 0% sugar, but y'all may want to go a little bit higher.Sustainability is one of their core values. They offer glass bottles at the same price. You can get 10% off your drink if you reuse it!
