Joon Chang: Absolutely amazing, magical hour. Brought my 10 year old niece and he was so gracious in incorporating even her outbursts into his act. I think he used every single audience member as a volunteer, or just about, and the wonderment we all felt brought each of us back to our 10 year old selves. Combine his charisma with truly mind-bending feats, and add his earnest passion for the craft, and no one could regret spending time with the great Jay Alexander!

Sharna Fey: Beautiful local theater that needs our community support! Please find a show to attend there!
Marlon Caballero: Although it is considered a small theater, it was a lovely place to watch a show. I saw Larry the Musical and had a wonderful time. I sat in the middle area and had no problems seeing or hearing the show. I can only assume that because it is a smaller theater, every seat is a good seat. The staff decorated the whole place beautifully and my family and I enjoyed taking photos with all the decorations. I was impressed how they made the bathrooms non-gendered. The bathrooms provided a curtain to separate those who used a urinal versus those who needed to use a stall. So the line for men and women were equal. I also liked the location of this theater as it was very close to some great restaurants. However, if you drive to this area, parking can be a little difficult.
Gian Carlo Baldonado: Nice small theater with powerful plays and performances
Charles B. Shaw: This place is a wonderful event space but one thing: if you aren't used to all gender bathrooms be prepared. If you're a "can't pee if watched" kind of person like me....😁
maria moreno: Amazing local cozy theater highlighting compelling stories, powerful history through musicals and plays. Wild that it's the first time I hear about after many years living in the Mission. Wish it was better known.
Elsie Militar: Great programming. Venue is very comfortable.

Julian Kerr: Really a strong place for emerging theatrical artists
Boris Veytsman: A great small theater. I watched Bald Soprano there. It was one of the best renditions of Ionesco I ever saw.
Christian Bogus: Great performance in such a little theater!

RB: Recently began taking Improv Classes at the New Conservatory Theater and it’s a great place. If you love intimate settings, fun loving people, and interactive fun, this is the place for you. There are several improv shows and classes available to the public. The theater is located on Van Ness and is in the basement of the building. There are three small theaters and a bar. The theater has been around for years and has produced some amazing art. Definitely check them out.

Laura Peters: How lucky we are to have such good theater available in San Francisco. The night I was there, SF Playhouse offered an original play, My Home on the Moon, which was inventive and engaging, beautifully acted and directed. The sets and costumes were first rate. I look forward to seeing The 39 Steps later this month.
Stephen Nocita: Feels like a community theater: small venue, decent casting, uneven play selection.All-in-all, a real gem.
