With over 7,000 square feet of versatile space, Building 177 provides a striking-yet-minimal canvas for your creativity to run wild.

The venue is open and accessible, encouraging guests to flow naturally from our scenic outdoor patio through an entry foyer and into the main hall. Building 177 comfortably hosts up to 400 guests for a seated reception and 750 guests for a cocktail-style gathering, making it the perfect space for wedding receptions, trade shows, and conferences.

The Moniker Warehouse includes a bright and open cocktail area leading into an intimate main space accented by exposed pillars, original white brick walls, market lights, and garage access. The venue can be set for receptions of up to 180 guests; mix-and-mingle events for up to 250; and concerts for up to 300.

The Warehouse finished an awesome renovation in April 2022 with the addition of 1,500-square-feet to the main space, a private suite, new hardwood floors, a prep-area, and fresh lighting throughout.

Venue rental includes the full venue, sound equipment, rectangle folding tables, white resin chairs, modern farm tables, cocktail tables, lighting, and a full list of vendors upon request. The parking garage fits (30) vehicles, and the neighborhood offers abundant street parking.

Moniker General, located in Liberty Station across from the Liberty Public Market, is a concept retail shop, coffee shop, and Bar with two private, great private spaces for events.
