The theater was originally opened in 1921 as the T & D Theatre, designed by Albert W. Cornelius. It was later sold to the Fox West Coast Theatres Chain in 1930 and renamed. The theater underwent several renovations, including a major remodel in 1949 in the Skouras style, and was later purchased by the Martin Family in 1975. In 2007, it was sold to Anthony Lane-Cotroneo and renovated to its current state.
This theater is a versatile venue that can host a wide range of events, including concerts, shows, parties, business functions, weddings, and other events. The first floor can be configured for row seating or banquet style seating, and the balcony level has modern theater seats.
The theater's interior has been beautifully restored to its original Art Deco style, with ornate plaster and decor. The entire inside of the theater has been repainted, and dual bars have been added upstairs that match the original decor. Many other areas in the theater have been restored to maintain its original charm.
