The instructor, Bobby, was amazing. He was very patient and calming, even when I panicked initially due to the choppy water and low visibility. He literally held my hand through the first 15 minutes of the dive, which helped me to feel more comfortable and confident.
The staff were 100% professional, incredibly nice, and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful, both in and out of the water.
