I first help myself heal — practice self-love, send love and compassion out to the universe, connect deeply with Mother Earth, and respect all sentient beings. If I am not doing the work on my inner self, how can I ask my clients to do the same? We all have life experiences and I like to say we all have a set of luggage we carry with us. Are we willing to open this luggage and be curious about the contents?

I support clients on their journey of self-healing by helping them create a safe space to lean in, clear the clutter from their path, rediscover their true self, and recover their whole being — body, mind, spirit.

We all arrive on this physical plane with a set of keys. Through our life experiences, these keys can become displaced or lost altogether. I help clients find these keys and then shine a light on the doors that the client may want to open supporting them while they are exploring their past, present and future.

My approach is to take a 360-degree view that encompasses the past, current, and future states of your life journey, including your team of personal physician(s) and other medical professionals, and I offer a collaborative view to guide you back to your chosen path. I will always encourage each person to seek professional guidance along this journey of self-healing. Applying a blend of Reiki, Transpersonal Crystal Healing and Sound Healing energies, together we embark on this journey of discovery together. It takes time to create this space and be open to what is revealed along the way and the witnessing of change within ourselves is unique to the client and the journey is theirs to be curious about
