Michael W.: The J. Crew Factory store in Howe ‘bout Arden Shopping Center is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The store is well organized, and the merchandise is good looking. The prices are reasonable. The salespersons are very nice and attentive. However, the parking lot is jam-packed. I usually park my car a little far in the parking lot with a short walk.

The store still keeps up with the new decoration and maintenance in some areas. But some areas are showing age! The employees are very friendly. They are available when I need them, and some employees are attentive.
Anxiety Girl (macanac): This is a story about a woman who was living in the streets a year ago and then was blessed and found her footing again. Going from one pair of ripped jeans and one shirt and one pair of shoes I was embarrassed to go get clothing. I was embarrassed about everything about myself. This Macy’s proved there is life in this planet. The people helped me become a human being again. Thank you.

T A: Just found this store and it is great! Expensive clothes but well made. The customer service needs a little work as the sales girl asked my name three times?? Otherwise nice place yo shop for quality clothes.

Jasmine Yang: The only time I visit this store is when my mother is in search for nice petite clothing & knowing Ann Taylor has great quality. These few trips made me enjoy browsing the clothes & when you enter, the color coordination is off the charts. I felt enchanted by the colors. It was eye popping. I really love the way they present every clothing. As the store is sectioned into petite/regular fitting, i hope they have clothings from the petite side to be fitted for regulars. My mother has a difficult time with petite clothes & hopes to find one in the regular fitting section, but the product doesn’t appear twice. The service is outgoing & very nice. They make me feel comfortable as if I belong to shop freely. The woman who helped us is named Patricia, I believe. She’s super nice & helpful. I feel like this store needs more recognition especially when it’s placed in a corner of the Arden mall which gets unnoticed as they have amazing clothing.

Alma Limon: Some of the people who serve are very friendly. This store always has beautiful, good quality clothes. It is a little expensive but they have very good offers several times a year and you can buy the clothes at a good price. For example today they have 50% + 20% discount and if you have the store card it is another 5% sometimes they give 80% discount.

Sheila Webb: I ordered a cashmere sweater online, only to get an email it was no longer available. After numerous calls to the 800 number, plus to stores that seemed to have it in stock but did not, I tried the Sacramento store. Sue could not have been more helpful—her store did not have it either, but she offered to call other stores that might. Not only did she find one, all the way back east in Kentucky, she had them hold it and then she called me back with all the info, all of this in the midst of one of the busiest sales days of the year. Just superb service!

Sam: There are really nice clothes here but not if you're too big. I myself wear an XL and I found a nice black dress shirt. The prices are high but that's how everything else is.

Awesome Window Cleaning: I have been cleaning the windows at shops, restaurants, and small businesses plus residential for 35 years In and around Midtown Sacramento, and I have been cleaning the windows at the Cotton Club ever since they opened at that location, and I can say that the owners and the people that have worked there are some of the nicest people that I have cleaned windows for, and in fact, all my customers in Midtown are very nice and friendly, which I know makes it a great place to shop if you value great customer service!

We went for my boyfriend, but she insisted I try on a few pairs of jeans despite me telling her I’m too chunky for jeans right now lol.
