I had some questions about the flute, thinking it may be flat of concert pitch. I called with my questions, leaving a message for Jesse. Jesse called me back within an hour or so, carefully listening to my questions. He told me he would contact High Spirits regarding the questions.The following day after Jesse heard back from High Spirits, Jesse followed through to call me giving me several things to try. Alex Wilcox: Tague Music rocks, Jacob is a great tech. Both he and the shop owner Chris set up a guitar I brought in with a floyd rose including installation of a brass block and a couple of DiMarzio Cruisers. Also fixed a Guild s100 that wasn't producing any sound plugged in, but now both guitars sound great. I highly recommend them to anyone for all your guitar needs!
