I didn't do much haggling #1 because I'm horrible at it and #2 the price he gave me on a small sectional couch was GREAT. Cheaper than Ikea. One indecisive customer can really monopolize their attention but It looks like they have additional sales people out on the floor to help. Did my own pickup and delivery. Pick up was as promised on schedule and painless. Furniture was brand new in box and easy to assemble.

Gia Amou (Gi-Gi): I went into the store today primarily window shopping- thinking I wouldn’t be able to truly afford what I wanted and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, smelled good, not too busy and very well organized with ample walking space. I went in braced to haggle and be pushed toward spending more than I intended. Not at all what happened. I was immediately greeted by a pleasant man named Jay who was very respectful and conversational. I told him I was there to buy a mattress and bed frame set. The first thing he asked was how much I wanted to spend and he would work with me. He did not lie. I wanted something in the price range of $600-800 with delivery and setup. Ridiculous I know but hey money has to stretch! He showed me some 3 options on the lower end of my price point, 2 in my upper and 2 a little more than I anticipated. He was very patient and supportive of my family’s needs. He also offered a gift of sheets with my purchase! Super considerate as I’m going from a queen to a California king. I planned to go by a goodwill furniture store to find a look for a cheaper option and said I’d be back in 30 minutes but would think about it. When I came back in 30 minutes not only did he recall my name but he was happy to see and assist me. He even helped me save some $50 on taxes by offering other payment options. I walked out of there with the perfect set, same day delivery for $800 feeling valued and respected. Thank you Jay.

I came into the store at the last minute they helped me out walking around the store show me all different types of mattresses that can fit my budget wind up getting a king size set imagine a box spring feel very helpful the customer service was awesome and anybody needs a bed this is a place to go it's right where the old Rite Aid used to be I give it five stars

Erika Rodriguez-Muñoz: This was the best furniture buying experience ever. My husband and I went into Sacto Furniture randomly. What really drew us into the building were the murals outside. We went in and we were immediately greeted by Andy. Andy was so welcoming! He also asked us what we were looking for and got straight to the point. He told us how much the product was and when it could be delivered. Others might not find this appealing but I did! It was no nonsense purchase and I loved it. I went in on a Thursday and our sectional was delivered on Sunday. Andy contacted me directly and told me when to expect the delivery and also texted me before they came by for the delivery. The set up was super fast and friendly! Andy and his colleague asked me and my husband where we wanted the sectional placed and even asked if we wanted the carpet underneath the couch. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. Most importantly, I will be referring my family and friends to Sacto Furniture. Thank you!
Stacey Muse: We’ve purchased our kitchen table over the summer and most recently, a sleeper sofa from Sacto Furniture. Andy and his team were excellent from start to finish. They were really easy to work with and super helpful. We used their website to find a couple of pieces we liked and then texted to narrow things down. Their prices and quality are great. The Sacto Furniture team is always helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend Sacto Furniture and will definitely buy from them for future furniture needs.
Robert Oloroso: I cannot say enough good things about Sacto Furniture. From the first minute of contact with Andy and his staff was BEYOND amazing at providing service. He provided detailed information about the furniture, confirmed that it would fit appropriately, confirmed the layout of the dining room and made suggestions, and then sent an update for each step of the order. There were no surprises which is amazing. Then came the actual delivery - I have never been so impressed with delivery, set up, and speed. It was perfect. I didn't have to touch or rearrange anything. It came as scheduled, with the guys even calling me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Andy even followed up with me the day of the delivery to make sure that all my expectations were met. Can't beat the price or the service!

We purchased sectional furniture from RC Wiley's and it was delivered without the parts. Needless to say it was returned. Decided to branch off to the Furniture Co and we found what we were looking for. So he had me go to the store to look through the furniture books and see which bunk beds were the best for my son. Then he had my son come and choose the bed that he liked. We went through all the books and marked the ones we liked. Ray and his son called every single bed that we had chose to see if it was in stock before placing the order. We finally found one because most of them were not in stock and they didn't have an estimated delivery time due to the covid-19. He placed the order for the bunk bed and added it to his Monday shipping. He showed me the order invoice just to confirm. Ray and his son made sure we were leaving happy this time and went above and beyond to make sure my son had his bed. I am very pleased with this company for the fact that they made the effort to contact me several times to fix their mistake and gave me a discount on the bunk bed. They took a loss just to keep me happy because they felt very guilty about my bad experience the first time. Ray had called within hours of my review. He felt very guilty because he is a man of faith and did not want this on his conscience. I would definitely come back and purchase some more furniture from this company in the future. I appreciate everything that they had did to make me, my child and husband happy. He stood behind his word and gave great customer service. Thank you Furniture Co.

Accent pillows were not what I expected and he agreed to order and pay for new pillows at no cost to me. They made sure I was happy with my purchase.
