The Becoming Buoyant Method is a unique, custom developed, holistic approach to solving your obstacles and challenges, and fulfilling your goals and desires. It is a step-by-step holistic approach to how to live a happier, more satisfying and meaningful life, that takes you on a journey to Full Circle Freedom (i.e. permanent transformation) in the mind, body and spirit. By focusing on the “whole” being, I am able to bring you through a complete process. Full Circle Freedom entails embodying the Yin (masculine, right brain), and the Yang (feminine, left brain), to make a whole. This is achieved by combining the Inside Out Approach (i.e. emotional healing and spiritual work), with the Outside In Approach (i.e. practical skills & tools, scientific data, etc). They are able to identify and understand what they are feeling. They are also able to identify the emotion, which helps manage that emotion.
