Haley Takoch: Oh my gosh!!!! The ramen here is THE best ramen I've ever had! You need to eat here. I had the tantan ramen, and it was to die for. If you get the change, GO!!! you won't be disappointed. The flavors are so rich and delicious. It's insane!!! The restaurant is clean. The staff was very friendly. I'm gonna make it a point to stop here the next time I'm in town. I ate food all week long in San Francisco, and nothing came close to this amazing place.
Angela Q Bridge: The best ramen place north of the Bay Area, and not up for debate. The broth is always so warm, rich, and delicious. Packed with umami flavors 🤤 🍜They also have some delicious non-ramen dishes such as Japanese curry rice bowls, fried chicken, etc.
Dan McCrossen: Searched "best ramen in Roseville" and Fukumi Ramen came up, and I was NOT disappointed! When we arrived there was a 30-45 minute wait, so we ordered to go and got it in about 15 minutes. I ordered the tantan ramen which has a nice heat, but also a touch of sweetness from the pork belly. The noodles were a little thicker than I prefer, but had a nice flavor, and there wasn't too much of it. My wife ordered the miso ramen, and it was velvety and delicious. If you plan to eat there either arrive early or plan to wait. This place will be busy for a while! Very nice staff and low-key decor.

sienna pinney: I'm going to start off with a disclaimer - I do not eat sushi. I love ramen, which is why I came here. My brother ate 2 sushi rolls and said they were delicious, but I couldn't tell you what they were other than fish.I got the Black Garlic Oil Tonkotsu Ramen and it was a solid 10/10. Not spicy if you're worried about heat, but plenty flavorful. A large bowl with a perfectly cooked egg and lots of other delicious toppings.There was plenty of seating available and our server was very friendly and checked on us a few times while we ate.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian rolls and ramens available!
AJ Lamm: First off amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. This lead hostess is always a joy to dine out with, she even gave us special instructions so we didn’t over pay and get the wrong things for our party. Grateful.Next, their menu is super expansive, Bento Boxes, Udons with all the fixings, and lastly their Sushi is out of this world good, very close in quality to the other two or three best Sushi places in town, and then add the All You Can Eat Menu to the list, for $41 to $49 dollars you get an absurd amount and variety of seafood and or other wonderful dishes.All in all one of our favorite restaurants in town.

Spiffy: Came in without a reservation and they were able to seat us immediately. Staff was friendly and quick. The food is the same standard that you'd expect so no complaints. Overall it was a good experience.Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled vegetarian options. I'd recommend the vegten roll.Parking: It's a pretty busy plaza so it was pretty hard to find parking.

Lily B: Awesome little place for over 6 years since we started coming here. This is not a fast pace franchise restaurant! Its small and cozy, and if they have lots of orders, then yes, we wait. Call ahead and order/ask. When a lot of pick-up orders get placed, then they can't serve everyone for dine-in and might even have a closed sign up. Small family owned business ran by just two people. My husband and I love eating here at least on the once a month basis. I love how they pay attention to our preferences where when I forget to ask for specific things, they would remember and provide it like my little slices of lemon. Another great thing about the place is the great price. They are a bit hidden but Google will find it!

Stephen Messenger: After a comprehensive search for the best sushi restaurant in the Roseville area — we literally tried them all — this place takes the cake.Once realizing that, we’ve since tried just about every roll/starter/entree, and with rare exception, they’ve all been memorable and delicious. Those one or two we didn’t love, we still really liked. All fresh and great quality ingredients.Service here is top notch, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Always greeted with a smile.Though the price might not reflect it, this is a high end sushi restaurant.

Amy: My husband and our family have been here a few times. We usually order an assortment of nigiri and sashimi. They have toro if you’re looking for this specific cut. On our recent visit we got the chirashi don, rainbow roll, and black dragon and they all hit the spot. The rice to fish ratio was good too. Black dragon was a little over sauced but was easy to easy to remove. Overall a solid sushi spot.

The Ramen was delicious and the oysters were so fresh.The egg in the ramen was seasoned which was a nice touch, and the meats were tender and flavorful with the noodles.Service was quick, tentative and polite. Didn't get a chance to try the many sake options, but I plan to go back!Would definitely recommend!
Terry Kennington: We found it to be a very quaint restaurant with a good atmosphere and a well and reasonably priced menu. There is a plenty fenestration due to corner location. Service was prompt. The only thing that caught me by surprise is that if you use a credit card, it's an additional 4% of your total fee. And that's after tax. The notice is located at the end of every table. I guess we're going to have to get used to that, thanks to someone making decisions for everybody else. Glad we had cash and I'm going to have to carry more apparently. I think it takes away from the employees receiving the preferred tip rather than what could be or can be afforded. I enjoyed the OMG sushi roll. It was really good. There are many sushi restaurants in that area like Mikuni's which is said to be the best. We have been there recently and it's just not. It is still one of the top sushi restaurants nearby.

Great family owned sushi bar with a great easy-going feel and fresh high-quality sushi. I eat a lot of oysters and many high-quality restaurants over my years. The oysters I had today were definitely in the top of experiences very fresh. They also have a great happy hour menu to choose from.

The sushi came out chilled, it was refreshing. They even made a "kids" ramen for us with noodles and broth only. They were on top of refills and checked on us often even though we sat outside, and they were busy. This will be a must for us when we visit again.Kid-friendliness: We had 5 kids with us 13,12,8,4,and 2 they had something for everyone and even made "kid friendly" chopsticks so they could use them if they wanted. They also brought out forks just in case. They had kid cups and made sure they had everything they could need.In the restroom it would be nice to have a changing tableWheelchair accessibility: It would be a tight fit but definitely doable. The restroom is big enough for a chair to fit comfortably along with a caregiver if needed.

Tanya Meyer: I was at a nearby hotel for work and searched for sushi nearby. Based on menu options and reviews, I came to Sushi Kuma and it was bomb! The fish was super fresh, perfect sauces, and everything melted in my mouth. When I arrived, I was the only one there because it was later in the evening. The service was friendly and hospitable. I’m so thankful they stayed open to their stated hours so I could enjoy this place. I’ll be back.

Heather Weaver: I give it five stars ! I'm glad I didn't let the low stars keep me away . The lady that took my order was very kind and offered me a sample of the homemade teriyaki , which was delicious. I did a to go order . Everything was packaged perfect . I got the shrimp / veggi noodle , and it was fresh seasoned perfectly . She added sesame.on top after she asked . I also ordered their Won Ton soup. The broth was separate to go , and the wonton and other toppings were in a separate container . The ambiance was very casual and tables were wiped clean .I'll be back.
Rodel Romero: Solid lunch spot offering teriyaki plates for around $10. Options include white meat chicken, dark meat chicken, beef, pork, salmon and vegetable teriyaki. You also get a salad and rice with the meal. Will be back to try the Vietnamese menu when they offer it in April 2023..
K B: Always fast service with quality food. They never gives me a hard time for making changes to the Teriyaki plate.Only negative is the salad dressing provided is very small wish they would use bigger containers.
