Eric Hart: What a great first experience with renting my first large tractor. I needed a D6t bulldozer for whim project within the week. Steven processed the paperwork quickly and before I knew it Steven had the D6 ready a day before I needed it. Delivery and pick-up crew was very professional and friendly. I went in expecting to be turned away from renting a large tractor because of not having an contractor account. The CAT rental crew in Roseville is top notch. I got the dozer and now my mother has a new driveway, shop pad, road, house pad, and a park like trail across her property.A+ experience!

Dawn OMalley: Great company to rent from. We had to excavate the deep end of our pool to save ourselves money. We rented a mini excavator with a hydraulic hammer.Sunbelt gave us a great price and when we needed a larger bucket it was super easy to obtain the additional bucket.We could not have completed our in ground pool excavation without their help.The staff is very professional and kind. Tim was especially helpful to my husband I. Great equipment, I cannot say enough about this company.

Huge selection of tools. I rented an excavator. They had many sizes availabe from self tow to ones that they will deliver to you. The excavator was like new. There pricing is super competitive also. I definitely will be back.

Jim Ratliff: Rented a buggy of concrete with 1/2 yard to pour at home. Equipment worked OK put the hydraulic dump lever was loose on the drum that needs fixing. The concrete is round rock and hard to work. Not as good of a material as I would like but overall a "B" grade.
